EarthDay CoOperative

It’s hard to say where and when our town’s People of Faith Cooperative started.

After all,
we have all,
and are still,
emerging people of TaoGod,
right?

Our faith includes defining our still humanizing species
as among those not capable of autonomously regenerating ourselves
into our divine health functions,
or even our more pathological dysfunctions
as a People of Multiculturing Faith.

Even Saint Peter, who was probably no one’s idea of a writer and actor
and co-redeemer
who identified himself as one of the common folk,
and most certainly not in a position to be remembering
TaoGod’s grace somehow includes enslaved women,

Even Elitist Patriarch Peter
cooperatively committed to
“Those formerly enslaved
and raped
and owned
and rented at the will of their owners
with approximate value of the food they eat,
water they drink,
air they breathe,
kids they breed
to become chronically repressed,
not even recognized as a fully human Tribe,
are now the cooperatively creolizing women and men,
including all God’s “Bless His Heart” liberties
and proclivities
and frivolities,
and robust, resonant thriving cooperativities,
bound only by our Golden Rule
as the becoming people of regenerative/degenerative TaoGod.

Well, OK, so I threw in a little extra stardust
that St. Peter didn’t explicitly say,
but would it be fake news that these transliterations
may be implied?

And further economized,
quite ecologically,
and cooperatively WinWin Game Theoretic robust,
as always pay Yes forward
unless you have LeftBrain historical proof
that this Other,
also of TaoGod/dess Earth,
defines cooperatively active love
as more for autonomous Ego Identities,
than for Cooperative RightBrain HolySpirit-EcoFlow Optimization,
WinLeft/WinRight Cooperative
(0)-sum Ecologically Reiterative-Dialectal Economics.

Anyway,
another way to begin this energetic cooperative story
was when I decided
not only could I not afford
to not put a solar panel system on my house,
but my neighbors and my town also could not afford
for me to continue consuming from 88% nonrenewable fuel-produced electricity,
when I could switch to producing 100% radiant solar-rooted electricity
for my family,
and a surplus to flow back
to our town’s cooperatively owned grid.

Or, you know,
something like that.

So, if I could do this,
only pay for about half of the system myself
(so, about $10,000,
while relying on the generosity of our combined tax revenues
for the other nearly half)
and also get a 0-interest loan,
with a 10 year repayment calendar,
and in return eliminate my electric bill
and my water bill,
because water and gas and sewer service, like electricity
are owned by my town’s cooperative utility corporation,
then why wouldn’t everyone,
especially TaoGod’s no longer enslaved
and owned and rented people
having chronic issues
with affording to stay in regenerative homes,
with potential capacity to produce solar-cycled electricity,
and, if oversized,
but not overpriced,
also have a cooperatively intended interest
in collecting less bills
they cannot afford to pay.

So, the originators of our town’s People of Faith Cooperative
began with those “Bless Their Heart” properties
defining why our Utility Cooperative
was budgeting over 2 million dollars
in bad debt
each year.

And, as you might suspect,
the large majority of this incapacity to produce cash
came from a handful of repeat offenders.

And, many of our People of Creolizing Faith Cooperative originators
just happened to live in some of these under-performing properties,
or had,
or knew somebody who did.

For every owner of these problem child properties
who installed a solar,
and then, later on, solar and wind-turbine system,
the Coop received $200.
$100 of which went back to the coop member
who brought this deal to contract,
to buy groceries
or maybe a cell phone
allowing internet access
through their cooperative membership.

So everybody’s happy.
The Utility Cooperative is decreasing bad debt trends
and increasing clean energy percentages
and increasing indigenous production percentages,
so we can trend toward becoming a producer town,
that is a NewEngland positive extra energy town
more than a degenerative negative-loss consumer.

We further suspect and actively hope,
that as the towns around us follow suit,
not just trump,
then this cooperative of clean energy producers
will help NewEngland become a net clean energy producer,
and so on.
Sort of like thinking global systemically,
but also local economically,
including personally,
and then acting cooperatively
from ego-center within toward eco-centering without,
from YinRight toward YangLeft
nondually co-arising our People of MultiCulturing Cooperative.

Also a winner on this growing list,
People of Faith now also harvest humanure,
modeled on soil therapy programs
already well-established in Japan,
which allows us to plant and care for
a growing urban forest
of fruit and nut and fig trees,
and berry bushes (no thorns, kid and family friendly)
and various beds of rhubarb and asparagus
and perennial onions,
and so on,
including strawberry fields forever,
which these same People of Faith
forage and graze on
as they wander around downtown,
now partially closed to auto traffic,
facilitated by the cooperative bike-share project,
which was funded through profits
from the Cooperative’s recycling solar panel industry
and solar-wind hybrid installation services.

And, the town government gets 10% of net
from the Utility Cooperative,
so that has gone up a bit,
as bad debt goes down,
and now we can afford to pay cooperative producers
of electricity at almost our retail rate,
so the People of Faith Cooperative
has been saving some of this income
to help cooperative members
buy the solar-heated buildings
they have been renting,
as cooperative landlords and ladies age
and decide to move elsewhere,
although the list of reasons for relocation
continue to fade away
as we slow down
to smell our well-composted forest
we have cooperatively become.

Grace and Pathology

I hope it would not be a parody of Michael Morrell’s political scientific position
to suggest all relationships are political
and all political relationships fall somewhere on a spectrum
between perfect co-empathic trust,
nutritionally and regeneratively favored by creolizing democracy,
and completely mutual distrust, antipathy,
a rabidly nihilistic strain
of totalitarian ballistic terrorism.

Should this spectrum amply describe tensions between democratic multiculturing trust
and plutocratically elitist monoculturing mistrust
then perhaps we can also see this spectral tension
between positive-regenerate social-psychology
and negative-degenerating entropic nihilism;
between cooperativity of Both/And empathic feeling and faith
and competing Either/Or antipathy
hardened reductively negative belief systems
with absence of good and healthy faith.

We might further stretch this same relational spectrum
to include hope and faith and love
as growing stages of healthy positive psychology,
so despair, and selfish faithlessness,
and raging sociopathic hatred
are parallel emerging stages
of pathologically negative anthropocentric
and egocentric
ecopolitics.

Within this wide egocentric Yang and eco-centric Yin spectrum
we learn and grow and develop our positive and negative psychology,
our health and our pathology,
as regenerative trends and our degenerative decompositional losses
into mutual immunity silos of autonomous self and other hatred;
historically characteristic of densely swarming over-populations,
beyond what Earth can ecosystemically hold and feed and enrich.

In this light and dark nondual co-arising view,
I read Dale B Martin’s understanding of how he can both be a person of Christian faith
and a student of religious and theological dark histories.

“It may well be that I have [positive psychology] faith
just because I was raised that way.
Having grown up in a religious [regenerative-normed] family,
itself the [bilateral-maternal and paternal] product of generations
of Christian people,
I may be psychologically inclined
or [co-empathic trust] habituated
to assume some ultimate [balancing] meaningfulness
of the [yang-yin nondual] universe
and the [healthy] centrality of [ecopolitical] faith for life
[rather than nihilistic despair].”

“Moreover,
my family
though attending a very conservative [homophobic] church,
was generally liberal and [inclusively] progressive.
We weren’t particularly bothered if others did not go to church
or went to a different church
[or adhered to a different positive faith system].”

Professor Martin is a brilliant “out” gay white Texas-reared male
now tenured at Yale.
Because of his family’s progressive co-empathic trust,
his parents quickly acclimated their love,
with a heterosexual-norm presumption,
to love for their gay son,
just another creative stretch of their inclusive and always yet-emerging
positive health psychology.

The primary difference between Dale Martin’s Texas experience
and my own rural Michigan experience,
was my absence of a liberal/progressive parental support system
restraining and creolizing the pathological hubris of elitist-supremacist
“from above” messianic grace
rather than “from deep within” co-empathically trusting grace
and karma.

With that difference,
Dale Martin’s positive Christian psychology has been continuous
throughout his still emerging family tree extension
to include the treasures of other regenerative traditions,
while my own journey has been more discontinuous and disjointed,
stressed and stretching
to ultimately arrive at peace with eco-messianic trust
in regenerative MotherEarth,
compatible with co-redemptive messianism,
in a lavishly creolizing composting transubstantiatingly inclusive way,
fractured and reset
rather than organically whole over my lifetime of Christian rediscovery,
as is the more continuously regenerative faith system
of Professor Martin’s still-emerging grace story.

I Know Not

I know not
what produces and consumes regenerative design
any more than wherein lies recreative imagination
or even empathic and trusting intelligence,
yet I do know this cooperative designer is not me,
and yet I am part thereof,
as are you.

I know not
if positive therapeutic faith
is a gift from Earth’s historic nutritional bounty,
or an internal growth programmed as positive developmental requirement,
yet I intuit that trust in Earth’s robust cooperativity
as I grow and mature in this sacred direction also
is fertile rooted
both in collective Earth-regenerate systems
and within regenetic health
as co-empathic trusting consciousness.

I know not
if trust in Earth’s regenerate health is a gift
for mistrusting faith in dispiriting competitions.

I know not
if cooperative faith in our trust regeneration
could become positively therapeutic
consumption of competition-producing capitalism,
to win more and faster, sooner,
than my cooperative owning and co-producing EarthTribe.

I know not
how to compete for capital gains
flowing in my autonomous direction
without also producing roots of mistrust
in Earth’s cooperatively regenerate sufficiency
of revolving spiraling time enough to invest in all.

I know not
how to disinvest of our regenerative tree,
root embedded within Earth’s creolizing temporal unfolding compost
to push out cooperatively transforming branches
beautiful to other tree huggers and warmers,
tasters and smellers
listeners and watchers
shaders and lighters
trusting shared regenerous nurturing root system
of Earth’s outrageously public health-wealth bounty.

I know not
how to RightBrain nonverbally communicate
for fertile robust muticulturing outcomes
while LeftBrain verbally speaks
only in degenerative despair
for an ever more monoculturally competitive edge
rather than remaining Left-Right co-empathic trusting
in our shared cooperative capital investment potential
for producing consumer balance
emerging multiculturally robust slow-regenerative depth
and resonant resolutions
of I know not whom and what as yet.

I know not
why cooperative tree design
stores our nutritional capital investments
to invest seeds and nuts
for and of future wealth of fertile regenerations,
eco-mentoring further co-enrichment,
root health-systemic forests.

I know not
all-consuming production
of and for regenerative design
or even trusted co-empathic intelligence,
yet I do know Earth’s reweaving
invites this cooperative designer,
who is not me or you,
yet is you with me.

Trees of our Forest

Trees in a mindbody forest
work together in hidden ways
and through this cooperation
increase their shared resistance to disease,
mutually held immunities from shared pathologies.

In this way,
densely muticultural forest systems
with mature cooperative resistance
co-evolve even more robust
and mutually creolizing resonant;
not exactly might makes right
but more like right relationships emerge eco-flowing might.

This fertile resonance
is a cooperative face
of mutually competing resistance,
and vice versa.

A glass half empty of mistrust
also half full of trusting climates
and landscapes of emerging proactive health.

We used to have a bicameral legislature
that worked together in hidden and public sector ways
but now has voted more for less through competition
thereby Either/Or reducing our shared WinWin resistance
to mutually terrorizing pathologies,
and avoiding any taint
of mutually creolizing informed and fertile resonance.

We have all heard of
and feared becoming
dumb as a post,
but our larger ecopolitical forest
appears to behave less co-intelligently than a tree.

Same Old Differences

Why is it that philosophers and scientists,
and sometimes even theologians,
find healthier and less degenerative ground
lies in defining what their loves and great pursuits
are not?

Positive self-regenerating definitions
are what lie within
these negative encircling boundaries
of what it,
whatever “it” may be,
is not.

Religion is not science
and philosophy is no longer scientific
and scientific religions are an abomination
(too totalitarian, you see)
and history is none of the above,
but potentially about all of those below,
especially if they were men.

These traditions born of human experience
grow paradigmatic double-binding walls
to co-define what’s in
as what’s not yet out.

Yet, ecology of natural-spiritual systems
respects no such boundaries,
where history/herstory is our global story
of unfolding experiential reunion
with leftbrain scientific
and rightbrain religious flow
remembering
reincarnating
reweaving
nondual co-arising
ecology of karmic grace
as climate health
defined by encroaching ecopolitical
and historical
and too-industrial
climate pathologies of inhumane competing hubris.

Western religious traditions
may differ from Eastern
through telling an historically embedded tale
of co-redemptive grace
rather than timeless nondual philosophy of being
co-enlighteners,
yet both are within one ecological ecopolitical umbrella
of love’s contenting
co-arising regenerativity
as climate health
co-defining decompositional degenerativity
as further Too Busyness
hunting and devouring as competitively usual
far more than gathering and absorbing could balance
and cooperate
drawing LeftBrain boundaries
around what God/dess Earth
has also brought nutritionally
absorbingly
together.

Scientific philosophers,
and sometimes even theologians,
find healthier and more regenerative grounds
defining how our ecological loves
are great transitionally storied
cooperative pursuits.

Buckminster Fuller and Julian Jaynes
recently reviewed their cultural and scientific influence
on health and well-being,
ecological and economic positive outcomes,
during the current CoOperativist NonDual Transitional Era.

Bucky:
I wish I had spent more time speaking as a Unitarian Positive Teleologist.
Perhaps that would have taken care of the overly recessive trends in cultural awareness
of what,
in retrospect,
was exhaustively published
but not really read or comprehended fully;
undervalued and ignorantly ignored:

1. “Synergy,”
everything I ever published about the topic of “synergy,”
is spiritually and intuitively defined as love,
in Western cultures,
and naturally and organically defined as compassionate mindfulness
in Eastern traditions.

2. The encoded regenerative fractal structure of Physical Universal Intelligence
follows DNA/RNA thermodynamic,
electromagnetic,
permacultural,
economic,
psychological and sociological and political,
and ecological Prime Yang/Yin Relationship balance;

and evolutionary dynamics are fractal-dipolar revolving
harmonic Convex-Exterior-Yang OVER Concave-Interior-Yin
(0)-Core Vector Rooted octaves
with branching tree structures.
And,
if I had run into Lin Yutang and Taoism before I published,
I think I would have connected Yang metaphysical principles with Convex-Exterior physical principles,
and Yin metaphysics with Concave-humane natured Interior physical principles
of bicameral-cooperative flow
double-binding bothLeftYang/andRightYin consciousness.

Julian:
Yes,
I can see that same sense of ethological and ecological and teleological dynamic
and emergent awareness in the Left-brain’s evolution
out from RNA regenerative temporal RightBrain affective-aptic memory.

My neural theory of bicameral older-right v. linguistic-deductive organized left information processing,
cultural,
and historical development,
seems to support your equivalency between “synergy” and “love-confluent consciousness,”
and positive psychological ecopolitics as rooted in co-empathic trust,
as well as Gregori Perelman’s cooperative bilateral work,
and William Thurston’s too,
in Group Theory,
and I wonder if there isn’t something in there that pertains to the ecologistics
and statistical/strategic trend predictions
of Cooperative Game Theory,
using reverse-hierarchy Win-Win assumptions.
You know,
so no one id-entity can optimally win
until the weakest link in our chain of interdependence
achieves equivalent nutritional outcome-balancing values?

Absolutely.
Synergy and love retain universal multiculturing integrity,

harmony between Left-languaged deductive memory
and Right-proportional inductive experiential conscience codex
of positive v. negative feeling and personal awareness,
like what Polanyi calls “Personal Knowledge.”

So synergy and love and confluence are neurally appositionally responsive to messages
that do not cause cognitive dissonance,
disease,
dismay,
lack of equivalent symmetric balance and energetic harmony.
Compassionate bicameral mindfulness becomes ego/eco-comprehension
optimized through balancing Left-brained Yang
and Right-brained Yin
ego/eco functions.

Bucky:
Yes, I wish the Clay Math Challenge folks would have realized that Synergetics is really all about the Polynomial v. Not-Polynomial information
lack of bicameral integrity v. notnot binomial entropy problem,
just as Thomas Kuhn’s work
in deductive cultural creolizing revolutions
became troubled with the Problem of Incommensurability.

If +Polynomial information
does not equal rational and sustainable Universal Optimized Intelligence,
then positive does notnot equal a double-binding negative.

(-)(-)Reverse-Polynomial Right-brain DNA/RNA regenerative syntax
evolves eco-systemic Prime Relationship balancing trends.
Yet when disrupted,

There is a world of difference
between schism and jism,

overpower cooperative capital co-investment,
so too does autocratic rationalism
overpower syncretic enculturing con-scientivity,
so too does stale exegetical Traditionalism
corrupt fresh noticing hope
for co-redemptive learning-teaching cooperativity.

We might imagine
our Original Democratic Constitutional Intent
in developing swampy soils
now reincarnated as Washington, D.C.
was to reconstruct what Martin Luther King, Jr.
saw as a staircase rooted in Eden
before The Great Dualistic Competitive Fall
emerging upward and outward
toward a contemporary multiculturally bountiful
Beloved Community.

Washington seems to have fallen short,
perhaps toxically beheaded by civil wars
about civil rights,
collective anger management
where Beloved Eden Community hope
notices prospects for faith
within regenerative love optimization,
civil resonance maturing responsive rights
toward still emerging cooperative economic and political co-owned
authorities of Earth
and Her bountifully democratic multiculturing nation-states.

David Holmgren
encourages us,
Republicans and Democrats,
Libertarians and Climate-Healthy Greens,
to notice freedom’s Beloved Community potential
increasingly constrained by “adverse effects of over-consumption
and over-development”.
And combining thoughts of Julian Jaynes
and Edward De Bono
and Buckminster Fuller,
and countless others,
we add further generic cautions
concerning over-LeftBrain Either/Or competitive disculturation
through monopolistically deductive-reductive Win/Lose
evolutionary/devolutionary dualistic dominance.

Washington’s ecopolitical swampland
sinks through too-competitively investing
in war mongering rather than peace management,
in pathology remediation rather than proactive health care,
in pollution control rather than regenerative democratic co-ownership
of toxic waste and nutritional health streams,
in crime control rather than cooperative co-redemptive co-investment,
in anti-ecological anthrocentric enculturation
rather than regenerative mutual mentoring
education as if multiculturing loves and deaths matter,
in litigation rather than mindful integration
of ego-norms with cooperative economics,
in suboptimizing disservices and dissonance
rather than optimizing health and nutrition consilient services.

Taoism, like Islamic Judeo-Christianity,
and unlike supremacist Chosen Patriarch Catholicism,
and like PermaCulture Design,
is bicamerally nondual rooted
in LeftBrain faith,
as co-empathic ecopolitical trust,
and in ElderMatriarchal RightBrain hope,
which PermaCulture Designers evolve toward Beloved Community PolyCulturing Promise
with simple, contenting, positive bilateral noticing,
nurturing trust in healthy belief
as contrasted against a more Washingtonian negative nihilism.

For the Taoist ecopolitical designer,
as for the Abraham through Mohammed social cooperativist,
faith is co-empathic ecopolitical trust.
What Buddhists notice as Basic Original Intent.
Yet, because of mindbody nondualism,
disembodied faith, not Beloved Community incarnate,
is a dream,
maya.
Faith intrinsically requires positive cooperative action,
co-investment,
co-redemptive eco-messianic co-mentoring.

To have faith in our capacity
to grow Beloved Communities
is to trust in co-redemption,
co-messianic, if you Western prefer,
as one’s nondual egoLeft/ecoRight regenerative becoming.

To grow Beloved Community faith
is to foster cooperatively emergent trust.
To ecopolitically entrust representatives
is fertile-rooted in finding those with cooperative co-mentoring,
co-piloting responsibility/authority ownership optimization skills
and focus of self-with-other bicameral balance,
ego-as-also-eco love optimization,
not monoculturing anger control,
tolerating mutually competitive immunities,
not cultivating further active distrust
rooted in reductive
dualistic absence
of co-redemptive trust.

To which bilateral Yang-Yin nondual Taoists
of cooperative Left deductive belief
emerging from Right inductive trust

blossoms along each and all faith co-redeeming steps
producing and consuming balance,
healthy active cooperativist democracies of co-empathic trust,
Beloved Communities of joy and peace,
love as and of and for contentment
within sufficiency
necessarily conjoining
this shared MotherEarth’s regenerate Beloved Communities,
even in benighted Districts
of Overly-Competitive Columbia.

There is a world of differences
but these all pedagogically end up
