Political Climate ReStoRation Teams

In Colchester, CT,
and possibly in your town too,
we have a LongTerm ReCoVery Committee
looking at 20/20 prevision
for post-pandemic climate health revisions
for wealthy local and global EarthJustice.

So, what have I noticed
that might be economically
and ecologically win/win useful?

In a post-pandemic
post-Trump StraightWhitePatriarchal-capitalist cabal,
post-BusinessAsUsual anthropocentric economic climates
of All-Or-Nothing scarcity
Either-Or caste supremacy
Winner v Loser competitive access to health-care,

We over-value
fundamentally left-brain privileged subconscious
and/or unconscious bipolar LoseAnthroMind+LoseEarthBody
absolutist
caste supremacist
xenophobic
anthropocentric climates

For sorta virally nasty primates
and for our actively curious win/win compassionate
engaged organic allies
immersed in Earth’s restorative justice
and sentient peace mediations

Co-invested witnesses
for co-empathic cooperation

For political,
ecological,
and possibly even win/win systematic teleological,
mutual
and eco-spiritual,
physical
and metaphysical,
compassionate verbal
and non-verbal
mediating communication systems
in our local bioregional outside
non-anthropocentric
environments.

  1. Our unnatural and internationally commodified food
    distribution systems
    are less cost/effectively efficient
    and less environmentally friendly
    than old-fashioned
    local cooperative gardens
    and extended family farms
    organically planned
    and community implemented
    to deliver fresh locally grown
    cooperatively-owned,
    produced,
    and health and wellness wealth
    consumed.
  2. Chronically stressed
    by social-polarized politically
    and economically divesting
    unraveling distancing,
    human nature looks for more multicultural ways
    to reconnect with nearby domestic
    win/win democracy healthy
    and safer Organic Natures.

I have neighbors who had to take a number
to adopt a rescued dog.

I have neighbors whose household income is so reduced
they could afford to continue pet health care
cooperative consumer-owned insurance payments
if a local vet petcare network
with sliding fee and volunteer time-equity payment plans
were available.

I suddenly have a lot of neighbors
who are way more cooperatively invested
in the win/win companionship
of their healthy non-mask wearing dogs
and cats
than they are in masked
or unmasked me.

[Which is OK
because I’ve found myself reduced
more recently seduced
by the sexiness of a MotherTree
standing starkly now this autumn
in Her scandalous scaled
unmasked
unleafed
vulnerable
transparently communicating
nudity.]

  1. I was waiting
    at least six feet apart
    in the Goodwill line
    eighteen miles outside Colchester
    remembering a mom
    who is also an Economic Development Commissioner
    observing that Colchester lacks clothing
    and household goods retail
    because we are a population under-scaled,
    not yet over-infested with corporate big-box
    retailed
    bought-and-sold
    local economy monopolizing
    capitalist economic systems
    overpowering potential local cooperative networks.

And I’m remembering
all the consumer fun I had,
when my kids were still children,
shopping in good-used consignment shops;
a more suburban version
of Goodwill
cooperative-urban.

Then I remembered Colchester,
a new location to me
moved in during this pandemic,
is quietly rural
and village bedroom community,
where sweaters
under and over my arms
wait to travel with me
to our new home;

These may well have come
from Colchester to Norwich,
waiting to travel back again.

I wonder
what it would be like
to have local clothing and household goods
shopping options while riding bike
to a local CoOp and ConSignment Shop

Where good used stuff is further discounted
for CoOp consumers and re-salers,
owner co-managers
include a diverse abilities,
human resource savvy,
LongTerm Win/Win RePurposing Team.

  1. I also noticed
    I have become so horribly contained
    by our national and international addiction
    to win/lose partisan debates
    and vicious circle entertainments
    and mutually antagonistic
    economically viscous capitalistic political assumptions

I forget Earth’s more Whole EcoSystemic
Win/Win regenerative economics
politically empowering,
cooperatively mediating,
mentoring long-term restorative
resilient regeneration

Through Her long-term climate
of health/wealth-care
cooperative wellness trends.

I’ve been listening to local candidates
for democratically healthy leadership positions,

Noticing how many are attorneys,
trained well by and for an adversarial
self-advertising debate
left-brain verbal consciousness dominant
punishing competitions
in eco-political
non-communicating
non-virtuously criminalizing
marginalizing
bullying
partisan debate

Rather than discussing
long-term reconnecting peace opportunities
for local/global
inside/outside
ego/eco-compassionate co-investment.

I also remember
one of many recent zooming conversations
I’ve tried not to have
since Marching 20/20

Listening to an attorney
retrained by win/win-seeking
restorative justice mediating
therapeutic process
progressively mentoring more of a deep listening
multiculturally intelligent
bicamerally balancing
good inside-sacred+outside-organic,
ecological/theological/neurological
metaphysical+physical transformation

Interfaith neuropsychological news
re-ligioning eco-political compassionate communication
for cooperatively empowering
community developing
health/wealth-care resilient systems

And collaboratively enlightening
wealth/health care EarthJustice
local/global
poli/economic
polypathic win/win
cooperative communication network development.

Colchester
must already include
attorneys
and public/private health-care financial investors
and business LeftBrain dominant win/lose
win/win optional strategy,
non-fundamentalistic moderators

Public health evangelizers,
Whole System Thinking/Feeling educators
and mediators,
mentors anticipating other multiculturally ecosystemic thinkers
and collaborative feelers,
AnthroMind+EarthBody balanced teachers and parents,
peace pastoral preachers
and their win v lose caste preservation penitents
capable of 20/20 envisioning/revisioning
win/win compassionate communication

For healthier and wealthier
resilient,
indigenously and multiculturally resonant

(post-pandemic lose/lose,
post-win/lose
anti-ecologically misanthropocentric risks)

For post-pandemic climate health
and resilient democratic wealth-care.

To A Superior Judge

I could not do what you are mandated to do
every day on society’s justice bench,
weighing retributive justice
against restorative healing.

I cannot look at police
and correction officers’
routinely criminalizing vocations,
and injudicious levying of fines
against the young
and black
and brown
and homeless

Punishing prison sentences
for the most obvious trauma victims
of chronic blue-shirt bullying,
theft,
not really clever lies,
racial profiling,
diminishment
and derision by militarized
and miseducated
mercenaries of a rabid Estate.

My son,
now twenty-seven,
was not expected to reach full emotional maturity
until his early thirties,
as evinced by research on ADHD.

However,
that pessimistic projection
may be optimistically skewed,
not accounting for trauma histories
common to significant learning disabilities,
nor a special education black male experience
in a racist and homophobic “corrections” society.

Economic and political maturity
security
integrity
may never arrive at the Promised Land
for the young black male
separated from his birthmother during infancy
to be parented by a mixed-race gay male couple,
having to defend not only himself
but his out gay younger brother
from predative peers
under the radar
of teachers
and school administrators
disabled by “zero tolerance”
means zero compassion
retributive justice
dysfunctional trauma systems.

This is the third time that police officers have failed
to include in their self-righteous reports
that they took hundreds of dollars out of my son’s pocket
and put it in theirs,
and triumphantly reported only a fraction
of the high quality,
organic cannabis found in his car,
while the majority disappeared

Not reported,
not seen,
not returned;
stolen from my young
black
homeless,
high school diploma with a fourth-grade education,
son.

If my oldest son could easily choose to work
at a full-time
living wage job

If he could get to work on time,
on the right remembered schedule,
with a reliable car,
and feel like he was not being judged,
ridiculed,
and bullied by peers
and supervisors,
shamed and blamed for not being smart enough,
clever enough,
quick-witted enough,
middle-class white enough,
man enough,
successful enough,
then he would not choose to spend long hours
and sleepless nights
delivering the only therapeutic self-medication to others
that has helped him numb the pain
of childhood,
community,
chronic post-traumatic stressors
which have led to his current social,
economic,
and political ostracization,
and potential imprisonment.

I am a certified multicultural community mediator,
so my training is about how to most effectively support
those experiencing trauma
and actively looking for restorative peace
and resilient social justice
therapeutic outcomes.

Mediators begin with identifying the victim(s) feelings
safety needs
and healthy wants,
and then explore the probability
that perpetrators too are victims
of childhood,
community,
and environmental
trauma histories,
fraught with
win/lose zero-sum
contextual stress
critical and chronic
non win/win events.

From that lose/lose potential perspective,
my son has been repeatedly victimized
by police officers
defensively trained
to tolerate their own predative
bullying behaviors.

If anyone would benefit from jail time,
and/or fines,
it is the perpetrators of organized,
anti-social crime.

But, again,
from a restorative justice perspective,
blue-shirt officers, too,
have been victimized by a militarized,
miseducated retributive justice system,
rooted in judgment,
blame,
and shame

And not compassion,
curiosity,
and contextual intelligence

Which is why I could not do
what you are mandated to do.

Delivering On EarthWorks Justice

In retributive,
punishing,
vengeance is Ours
court systems,
attorney advocates are taught
to never ask publicly witnessed questions
they do not already have the true
slam-dunk useful answer for,
or at least their known rehearsed
and compliant response.

In restorative,
healing,
EarthJustice systems,
RightBrain courted,
escorted,
and usually LeftHemisphere discounted,

EarthMother advocates actively learn
to always ask personal
and political empowering questions

Which they could never autonomously
or dogmatically answer,
or anticipate with less than enraptured compassion,

Mental health life wealthy
cooperative co-investing,
poly-empathic,
multi-cultural,
resiliently win/win
reiteratively hopeful,
trans-rational
yet transubstantiating
experiential questions
about feelings and needs,
safety and health,
feedings and breeds,
nourishings and nurturings,
communions and communications
throughout EarthJust living history

Of historical justice courts
using scripts win/win useful
and sacred felt experience;

Not confined to dogmatic telling
and retelling of Others’ punishing oral narratives
post-verbally non-transformative
punishing answers
not the least bit useful,
secularizing cover-ups
against Earth’s GreenPeace
pre-verbal matriarchal herstory
of ReGenerative EarthHealth Justice.

The problem of substituting patriarchal
punishing justice systems
for Earth’s original matriarchal
healing just-us networks,
is about believing anthros need more
and more useful
and theoretically predicted win/lose answers
to Earth’s Great Green/Blue Evolutionary needs
and our increasingly depressed
and rabidly polarizing
repressive off-the-LeftBrain-shelf answers

Substituting Others’ historically punitive
dogmatically unholistic Scriptures
for our cooperative EarthLife
multiculturally scripted
empowered
enlightened questions
about feelings
and safe-wealth health needs
longing for EarthJust ReStoration
ReStories
ReMemberings

ReConnecting ego-health
ecology
ReLigioning ecosystemic wealth
theology
for ReStoring EarthJustice
with secular/sacred
co-operatively transubstantiating questions
identifying complex predator/prey feelings
by individuating healing needs

In regenerative,
restorative,
healing,
EarthJustice systems,
RightBrain courted,
network escorted,
and usually LeftHemisphere
patriarchally
and capitalistically
and criminally discounted
win/win resilient
EarthJust Works resonance.

Discomfited By Growing Integrity

I wonder how many parents of students
suffer from studying and teaching white nationalism
against tides of multiculturing change.

And I wonder what our school boards
and state departments of children and family thinkers and doers
feel about child abuse
and neglect to actively love especially wounded children
too familiar with chronic stress
disabling pathological fear,
paranoia
mentally unhealthy domestic anger mismanagement,
demonizing races and integrative mandates
against reporters of conspiring monocultural and/or monotheistic abusers
and multicultural neglecters.

And I wonder how Green EcoSchools
in resilient ecovillage cooperative democratic communities
might one day mentor families better,
and healthier for individual egos,
eco-nomic and eco-logical multicultural restoring design,
implementation,
planting and cooperatively harvesting Future Searches
mutually investing in non-violent ego-divesting communication
of unnecessary and unhealthy monocultural mental illness
and un-historical inaccurate monotheistic unspiritual pathologies
like white nationalism.

And I wonder why
the brilliant mother and doctor
grows uncomfortable with politically correct optimization of democratic health care,
which could be ego-therapeutically recentered
for optimally robust EarthTribe empowerment outcomes
if also ecopolitically centered
on eco-therapeutic political healing
of monocultural threats
and monotheistic supremacy theories
like cancerously autonomous nationalism.

And I wonder if monoculturing/monotheistic nationalism
comes in diverse colors
like white and red and blue and green and black and brown
and ultra-violet
and polycultural genders
and polyphonic classroom harmonic experiences
of WinWin loving synergetic relationships
immunizing against racist and sexist voices at home
and/or white nationalist church
in ZeroZone secular learning and sacred listening
ego/eco-harmonic mentorships.

I wonder if my dad’s
and his dad’s racist nationalism,
disguised as white Christian patriarchal supremacism,
originally intended as WinWin spiritually divine/humane integrity
would have remained abusively within me
active and consuming as global cancer
and simulcast absence of a multiculturally intelligent boundary system,

Able to discern climate healthy GreenAllies
from race and gender patho-unlogical RedPredators,
within my own gated paternal skin
if I had not met, and loved, at public enculturing school
teachers,
administrators,
secretaries,
nurses and social workers,
therapists and cooks and dishwashers,
male and female leaders,
black and brown and white,
Catholic and Protestant and Jewish and Muslim and Buddhist and Taoist and Hindu, and Rastafarian, and Bahai and Jain and Native American EarthWorshipers, and Agnostics and Atheists and Humanists…
more non-violent in words and dance and song,
light and breath,
natural ecology and spiritual theology naturally robust
invited more than the most glorious monoculturing white national conspiracy theory competitions
against overwhelming ancient polyculturing gospel grace
of this sacred PositivEnergy cooperating Earth
inviting each multiculturing species.

I wonder why I experienced communion best
when part of a nurturing fire-circle
warming starlit nights
in a robustly timeless fertile forest.

I wonder if it is not the politicization of health care
that concerns fire-circle me
more than last night’s lack of sleep.
Rather it is de-politicization of wealth,
the anti-democratization of healthy subclimates
measured as long-term true relational wealth
which theoretically happens,
special case,
because of competitive Win/Lose business creation models
for economic medical care delivery
disassociated from our healthier profits
trusting
wise commitments to EarthCentric democracy,
commitment to true polypathic flowing rivers, inside as outside,
through resilient mountains
in communion, inside as outside,
preventive health care, inside as outside,
regardless of pre-existing political conditions
and child abusive conspiracy theories.
