I wonder if
what Buddhist meditation teachings
refer to as “attachments”
and “aversions,”
a medical doctor
might label with different words,
such as addiction
and dissociative diversions.

In both frames
illusions may be recognized
and respected
as deep opportunities to learn;

Illusions and delusions are depreciated
as too risky
not to repress with blame
and suppress with shame
devoid of any therapeutic
transporting

Illusions, illustrations,
dreams and fantasies,
losses and gains,
attachments that can become obsessions
compose sensory attractions

to therapeutically transport
away from addictive-compulsive behaviors

ReForesting Therapy

Deep listeners, like seeds, are germinators.
Generation wears two faces,
as does development,
positive and negative,
regeneration and degeneration.

Some seeds are healthier than others.
Some are positively deviant, atypically robust,
and others are negatively deviant, flawed,
dissonant,
missing a shared median mark
some would see as sin,
which can be forgiven within oneself
by learning to forgive others
for our considerable
but largely unconsidered
negative deviant seeds.

Bill Mollison exhorts us to a global therapeutic project:
Reforesting the Earth
is one of the few tasks
left to us
to express our humanity.

This feels true and right and good,
hopeful and prophetic and WinAnthro/WinEarth,
and yet mysterious and incongruous
transformation rather than deportation.

It raises questions,
like a good parable,
and wisdom literature in general.

I can think of a time within nation-state histories
and even extended family,
tribal development stories,
when some wise patriarch might have said:
Deforesting this place
is one of the few tasks
required of us
to optimize our divine-humane potential.

Did we really have to deforest
to develop a FiveStar FirstWorld Class
to fulfill healthy humane curiosity
and deep ecological wealthy learning
to reforest this Earth

And, whether so or no,
was Original Forest logos
also Original Sin mythos?
Risk and opportunity,

And whom or what he believes left these therapeutic tasks

Optimizing Healthy Investments

If we were to follow a health model
for optimizing both economic and ecological wealth outcomes,
then investment in public and private
compassionate communication educational systems
for active ecotherapeutic practice
and developing cooperative, self-regulating systems,
would become our primary fiscal investment

While surgical and ballistic revenge
against past overly competitive pathologies
would become a more secondary retaliatory Win v Lose
0-sum defensive strategy,
reserved for proportional disinvestment
from further nationalistic and paternalistic sickness.

So, we might have a slow-growing Educational Defense Department
with a big multicultural peace-mentoring curriculum
and proportionally appropriate re-investment priorities
for growing active peace inside
and outside.

And, a more slow-shrinking Military Police Surgical Department,
with a much smaller multicultural re-education agenda
for WinMind+WinBody ecosystemic strategies
for evolving long-term cooperative resonance
to re-establish peaceful needs with justice wants
self-regulating within
as graciously extending our global family
through further revolutions of resilient networks.

Two seminal Biblical teachings seem relevant
to this health and prosperity model.
Those who live by ballistic Win v Lose swords,
shall die by the sword,
alone.
Yet, those who live by active communal co-redemptive love,
shall die in love,

together.

If our personal and political therapeutic love-lives
are a two-edged sword,

to a more secondary defensive strategy
for remedially,

Democratic Health Party

I just read that U.S. Democrats stand in solidarity
against Trump,
but what else?
What is democracy for?

First,
democracy, rather than republican plutocracy,
here confuses collaboration against our competitive opponents
with solidarity,
which must be for both ourselves and our appositional tensions.

Second,
democracy trusts empathy
rather than mistrusting antipathy
much less active distrusting pathology
so democracy stands in solidarity
with polypathic regenerativity,
with wealth optimization as health maximization.

So,
please,
if our parties and cooperatively-owned
and managed
and cared for
healthy workplaces
wear the label of “we are pro-democracy”
then rest assured that being for healthy polycultural evolution
and against degenerative monoculturing competitions
is a humanitarian platform
not limited to gathering votes from 50% of the humane-natural population,
but capable of drawing every vote
from every mind and body of age
to become pro-health for all Earth’s species,
including this less upper-caste privileged variety
of democratically polyamorous party animal.
