Against Agreeing to Disagree

I have noticed
in negative strong
long feeling settings
a willingness
to accept impatience
to reluctantly embrace tolerance
and Agree to DisAgree.

Yet, to equate this conclusion
with cooperatively
and actively Agreeing to Positively Agree
with anticipation
rather than further fight anxiety
would be to overvalue tolerance
and to underestimate
differences that polarize
and paralyze permeable
and transparent communication.

We do not meet
everybody wins standards of nonviolently held synergy,
powers of positive communication praxis,
by agreeing to chronically disagree,
shrugging
and leaving the dialogue
with win or lose, who knows?
back to hopelessly stuck,
but now further entrenched
in frustrating irresolution,
looking away
tolerance

Of a discernment
too dumb to GoldenRule agree
to act as decent as a healthy
wolfpack

And too ignorant
to co-invest in present
and future benign integrity.

To believe agreeing to disagree
is sufficient for short-term bridges,
let us be forewarned
agreeing to not yet agree
on mutually appreciated plans
for healthy inclusive democracy

Is quite far from cooperative value enhancements
of agreeing to compassionately agree
we are here together
to unconditionally extend
all EarthTribe’s health and safety

robustly balanced
compassionate listening,
feeling,
smelling skills
explicitly communicating
your values and disvalues
for resilient co-empathic sensory experience

Including sexually committed
cooperatively co-empathic
naturally spiritual
actively resonant compassions
in solidarity with all EarthTribes
in felt, heard, fragrant compelling climates
of unsettling ecstatic copulation

As soon as our unsexy wars
and aggressions end in timeless peace
overcoming both internal theological
body-nature v mind-spirit ambivalence,
and external ecological
organic-physical v sacred-metaphysical indifference.

Sexual integrity
is not a mainstream path
toward bodhisattva compassion
or messianic salvation,
nor polyamorous completion.

It is not a shortcut,
although long-term ecstatic belonging
with Earth and all Her passionately sentient Tribes
may become an outcome of mature
ecofeminist synergy.

Whether true or not
I remain cautiously aware
I am not yet mature enough
to curiously
and courageously
know,
explore,
systemically and resonantly design

Compassionately and multi-sensually pleasing,

Testosterone Caste Privilege

One of my several disabilities
of personal knowledge
through experience
and, therefore, empathic intelligence,
is to know what estrogen-driven “horniness”
might feel like,
look and sound like,
taste and smell like.

Gay men require alternative
deviant paths
toward green/blue/red
ultra-nonviolent
cooperatively owned
and perpetually self/other-managed
panentheistically mediated
open WholeEarth systemic
ecofeminist peaceful experience.

I suspect a primal contrast
between an empty holed
deep chakra longing for compassionate relationship,
rather than a pole-addicted belonging
to assertive plundering
the newest available warm wet
unwhole hole,
might be one way
of contrasting secularized patriarchal privilege
with matriarchal holistic submission
to eco-political windy waves
of increasingly rabid aggression,
unilaterally pleasure polarized
and further polarizing capital-headed dominance
of debate horniness
rather than dialogue compassions.

Which brings me to my strong ability,
outgoing,
discontinuously flowing,
capacity to feel and know
smell and taste testosterone-driven “horniness”
of re-membering experience,
although not necessarily that well re-ligiously contemplated,
reflecting on how I might re-connectedly improve
continuous, rather than discontinuous, win+win outcomes
and thereby abolish future win v lose testosterone-caste disasters
of sexual
sensual
sensory
spiritual+natural sentient+conscious practice,
compassion practice,
pleasure+passion practice
until I get testosterone+estrogen horny us
at least imaginatively crown+root balanced,

states of humane-peace+divine-justice
body+brain bright toned passion

Because that, “passion”
and power
and energy,
may become sense-synonymous
“horniness”
felt and emergently known

Balancing exterior structured
cognitive spaces

Ionic harmonic interior flowing

trans-rationally felt
positive longing
and negative not yet belonging
empty co-passioning times

Whether testosterone
or estrogen
or some bisexual multicolored culture,
some multicultural crown-rooted chakra integrity

when compassionately heard,

Great

spiritual teachers

no natural teacher
this side of Eden’s regenerative garden
would dare speculate
we might reasonably anticipate
some great rewoven day
of universal redemption.

It is this Bliss,
too univocal
too monochromatic,
I begin to monotheistically question

If this climatic experience
is like a deep tight pond,
bright
yet stagnantly enclosed
in attractively fond

Rather than a continuously flowing river
of multicultural
multigenerational
polyamorous sensory experiences
spouting out from embodied pleasure mouths
back to light’s first faintly felt flicker

And forward
to bright’s most blissful moments
reflected
inflecting constant flowing functions
of powers robustly positive,
cooperative
compassionate changing paradise
returning me to this river
never entered
or exited
exactly this same fluid nirvana
conversing twice.

Not only because rivers
continuously flow
but also because humane identities
continue to curiously grow communion
sometimes far beyond any happy shores
our natural and spiritual teachers
have hoped to personally know.

Really? What are you considering?

We talked about Howard Odum’s natural trinity
of altruism.

Maybe I skipped that day
way back in premillennial times
before Permaculture Design had taken over deep learning development.
Who is Howard Odum
and how does his natural trinity
diverge from my traditional Holy Trinity?
Or, maybe it doesn’t.

Howard Odum was an early systems theorist
who studied ecosystemic trends
of nutrition building and disintegrating
of sustainable polycultural balance
and runwaway monocultural disasters
like climate and culture and communication
anti-nutritional pathologies.

Did you just say
climate change derives from monocultural overshoot,
an anthropocentric weed patch
taking over our communal garden,
also known as organic Earth?

I guess,
but in this case the weed patch
is over-commodified
LeftBrain dominant
anthropoids.
Odum’s natural trinity of altruism
is about climates of interdependent health,
and not for developing monocultural monopolies
like monotheistic anthropocentrism.

I’m sure I missed this class,
if they even had it back in my Baby Boomer day.

You probably just got the Holy Trinity part,
when you studied metaphysics.
I don’t think they were teaching organic physical theory
when you took MultiCultural Civics Organization classes;
although Howard was published well before your high school years.

It probably took a while for educators
to sort out the health and wealth significance
of ecosystemic balance,
rather than merely lecturing against issues
of unsustainable imbalances
hoping for healthy democracy optimizing,
polyculturing,
and, thereby, self+other polyamorous systems
as win+win wellness,
and not so much win v lose sickness.

Anyway, so is there a summary version of this natural trinity
that you might share?

Well, yes, I suppose the basic idea is as simple
as any convex and therefore also concave co-binary triangle.

I’m already lost.
No recall of convex and concave
in my Holy Trinity.

Oh, right…
you missed postmillennial Bucky Fuller metrics too.
Let’s see…
OK, Odum’s natural trinity
is a dynamic model for balancing organic energy investments,
but at two levels.

The individual anthropocentric biosystem.
And, the collective EarthMother pro-life support system,
conceived as a nondualistic
ongoing space/time
body/mind ecosystem
sharing Earth together
as one organic/sacred
pleasure/compassion-seeking Body.

At both of these levels,
individual and higher-order interdependent civil,
about a third of energy invested into the system
is required for healthy metabolic regeneration
of each and every organic ego-system.

Another consumed third of energy
feeds back to (concavely) sustain mutually subsidiary bioregions,
providers of interdependent fuel and energy and relationship.

The last captured third of energy
produces re-investments outward
to what Odum calls
“higher-order [convex] system controllers.”

Do you have an example?
What might be one of my potential investments
in a higher-order nurture/nutrition system?

Well,
in class
the hierarchical trinity we used
was grass in relationship with rabbits
in relationship with a predator,
like a fox,
for example.

So the rabbit’s energy waste fuels the grass,
and the more vulnerable rabbits feed the foxes.

Yes, especially the young and lame.
The ones who see and sniff and move less well.

I don’t see how that works out so well as a trinitarian third.
If you are young or lame or blind, especially.
But how does Odum approximate this one-third math
at the individual creature level?

That’s what we’re talking about in class.
I would imagine
if you view successfully hunted and devoured
from a predator’s perspective
you might feel the prey had made nearly a 100% re-investment,
perhaps omitting the larger bones,
in your higher-caste controlling species.
Perhaps a hungry pride of lions.

This natural trinity of altruism
seems to suffer in the end
from gluttonous taking without needing
and less compassionate giving without needing to be asked,
which is what I thought altruism was more about.

I suppose Odum was imagining a healthy polyculturing life-support system
as a resonantly deep-concave and wide-convex whole organic system,
in which about one third of ego-support generation,
as seen from a monotheistic perspective,
redeems the other two-thirds sacrifice
by feeding the metabolic thrival needs
of higher-order predators,
controlling risks of overpopulation,
leading to monocultural climates and communications
of descending, and increasingly rabid,
monopolistic pathology.

You mean like mother pigs eating their young
to better feed those remaining in her litter?

OK, if that actually happens
I’m not sure I wanted to know about it.
Also, if that happens,
then we are talking about an out of balance survival system
between older and younger generations within the same species.

Perhaps Odum was speaking of some Gaia Hypothesis balance
of energy and communication transfers.
Really big picture.
Global.
Polypathic energy exchanges.

And maybe higher order systems
are not limited to upper-caste predators.
Perhaps a higher order ecosystem
might nurture bioregional victims
of Earth’s imbalance,
especially our young and wounded
unenlightened and disempowered
by sensory blindness
and malnourished ego-identity expansion,
continuation

Until we each rediscover
that pain and loss and death
could be revisited
reconceived
reconnected
re-ligioned
as equal to two-thirds of compassionate life
and polyculturing gain
through monoculturing absence,
concave emptiness,
loss of egocentric Win v Lose investment,
divestment of upper-caste monotheistic self
as re-investment in Whole PolyCultural System
compassionate communion balance.

So, that would be the inter-religious connection, then,
between Odum’s natural trinity of altruism
and Christianity’s Holy Trinity
of and for EarthMother’s polytheistic
polyamorous altruism.

Where is Holonic Spirit
in this nondualistic trinity
of convex-eco control
with concave-ego nurturance
co-binary producing resilient healthy wealth
of ego/eco-systemic Whole Organic Earth?

That would be the middle ego/eco
co-passionate/pleasure
mind/body balance,
growing out to extend family identity
to include gratitude for annoying cousins
unenlightened politicians
disempowering judges
extending on through our individual biosystemic losses
pains
aches
depressions
systemic traumas
dispassionate/displeasing challenges
to personal higher order thrival.

So, with all that said,
do you both think and feel
that you learned anything enlightening
and empowering at school today?

As I said, maybe.

Radically Religious Love

We are surrounded,
sometimes aversively beset,
upset,
by diverse too hot v too cold
felt attributes of love.

We have each known and felt candidates for resonance,
waiting for our more precise,
yet also generous,
articulation.

Those remaining who believe unfettered capitalism
must grow for sake of appropriate and necessary civil liberties,
secured and maintained
even with military industrialized precision of commodified violence
and at least threat of strong and superlatively armed offenses,
abuse and systematic nutritional neglect,
within our own corporal and capital punishing tribes,
wherein defensive strategies have grown dissociated from conserving organically resonant health
in our local and state armed militias
contractually ready to represent us through arrest and fines
for crimes of poverty
and self-medication,
addiction and absent self-esteem
and lack of behavioral health and safety assurance,
and in our well-capitalized politicians,
not necessarily experienced with judicious win/win diplomacy
even within their own extended family lives,
living in lack of love-leadership cities;
this BusinessAsUsual remaining ungrateful portion
of Earth’s self v other defensive citizens
must be invited by and through mentors
refining attributes of sacred compassion
and organic pleasure.

We need to cool down strong words for sacred outrage.

It has been said
God’s love, like humane love,
can be ruthless against injustice.
Better: relentlessly for peace.

It has been said
Love sometimes requires us to behave savagely.
Better words encourage us to behave wildly and radically
and profoundly forgiving
with gratitude to GaiaEarth
for this anthropocentrically held
extravagant and elegant
co-operative vocation.

It has been said
Sacred love is committed to destroying illusions
born of anger and fear and hatred’s nightmares,
mistrust growing active distrust
of this Win v Lose devolving
descending
species of would-be and self-proclaimed anthro-supremacists.

Yet it is more accurate and precise
to see
and smell
and taste
and hear
and grow love’s full yang/yin

Why should U.S. women continue paying federal taxes?

including deep learning and healthing ego/ecosystems,

This is not just a U.S. women’s federal tax boycott,
but all women who feel suppressed
and know oppression of cooperative investment
in and of and for future generations,
all conservationists of Earth’s healthy futures,
including our own,
and our families,
and our neighbors,
all allies boycotting nationalism
to co-invest in global cooperative nutrition-building networks
of Win+Win sacred ecology,

Nationalism
is a patriarchal political landscape problem.

where?

derive from fear that cooperative love

It’s not that competitive win v lose capitalism is always bad
or intrinsically evil,
it’s more that cooperative Win+Win capital investments
work better

for healthy conservation of multiculturing wealth.

Taxing anthropocentric over-investment
in sustaining caste-privileged life

Defining Delineations

To define is to articulate what lies within
a concept,
a population,
a word,
a paradigm.

To delineate is to articulate what lies beyond
boundaries of a concept,
a population,
a word,
a gestalt.

To extend learning,
and loving,
is to stretch this evolving articulation of boundaries
between what lies within
and without
a concept,
a population,
a tradition,
a still evolving word,
a revolutioning,
multiculturing,
transforming paradigm.

When we become lost in reductive delineations
we can become distracted from expanding
deepening
thickening
capitalizing
heightening polypathic definitions.

For example,
Republicans, and, to a somewhat lesser extent,
Democrats, in the USA,
have begun a new tradition,
and not a healthy one,
of becoming more articulate definers
of what it means to be One
by loudly proclaiming we are not of the Other.
Something similar could be said, unfortunately,
about feminists and patriarchal caste preservationists
as anti-feminists;

the first, and often last, phrase I hear is:
It is not ObamaCare.

Perhaps the only difference
will be measured by comparative NonCare,
leaving further delineating boundaries
between Trumpian and Obamian Care
to evolve further at a later excluded time
for continuing to expand healthcare.

But, in today’s polarizing environment,
health affordability and sustenance
and pathology prevention issues
are increasingly above our active political leadership’s pay scale,
beyond our collective rhetorical mission statements,
now becoming who we are constitutionally not,
because too internally divided by kleptocratic v democratic complexities
of who we might have become
together,
in and among a healthier
wealthier
regenerative space/time
body/mind extending religion
appositional word-pair
liberating population
transforming paradigm.

Deviating Sisters

One of my sisters believes I chose to be queer.

Did you remind her
you had no more choice about chasing guys
than she did?

Yes.
But her favorite televangelist
says I must be mistaken,
or just lying,
because who wouldn’t choose to be hated
by all the hetero homophobes
like televangelists,
and evangelical radio heads,
right?

That makes no sense.
She can’t really believe
you would choose to belong
to any repressed and humiliated minority,
especially during early onset of puberty,
when every girl and boy in any culture
is terrified of becoming different,
or special,
or weeded out of the clickety-clak pack.

Well, as she sees it,
she is in a LoseLose double-bind.
Either I chose to be queer, and am thereby demented,
or God graces all forms of WinWin sexual expression,
which would be contrary to her homophobic enculturation,
so it is easier to believe I am nuts
to choose perversely
than to consider herself nuts
not to choose more graciously,
especially with regard to God’s creative capacity for love,
rather than simplistic judgments
which look and smell and sound like patriarchal sexism
more than radical compassion of God’s healthy pleasure
of regenerative love among all gendered children,
red and yellow,
black and white,
gay and straight
and shades of grey transgendered,
each is precious in our polyamorous
Gaian Hypothesis sight.

What about your other sister?

Oh, she agrees.

With what, or whom?

She agrees we’re all nuts.
Nuts
not to choose healthy love
over pathological hate
and fear
and anger
and greed,
craving to keep all the hot men
for one’s own privileged clan.
