Health Policies for Cooperative Action

This is for better as healthier, more regenerative, economic and political health advocates. We begin with a request for proposals from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, with a March 23, 2017 deadline.

Purpose

Policies for Action: Policy and Law Research to Build a Culture of Health (P4A) was created to help build the evidence base for policies that can help build a Culture of Health. P4A seeks to engage long-standing health care, mental and behavioral health, and public health researchers, as well as experts in areas that we recognize have strong influence on health, well-being and equity—such as labor, criminal justice, education, transportation, housing, and the built environment.The research funded under this call for proposals (CFP) should help fill significant gaps in our knowledge about what policies can serve as positive drivers of change, including how the social determinants of health can be used to achieve improvements in population health, well-being, and equity. With that, or some other health-regenerative, rather than pathology-degenerative, Purpose in mind, here is an excerpt from George Lakoff’s “The Political Mind: A Cognitive Scientist’s Guide to your Brain and its Politics” but including my own private/public health-related ‘both-and’ notations in brackets, which I hope will not be too distracting to be useful:

How the Rational [WinLose Competitive LeftBrain Dominant] Actor Model Contradicts Real [Left/Right Bicameral] Reason

This is a book about real [bicameral re-centering] reason–what the cognitive sciences have discovered about how we really [regeneratively-positive and degeneratively-negative] think [and feel]. So far we have seen that we think in terms of [evolving WinWin nutritional] frames, [regenerative/degenerative] narratives, [ecological-nurturing flow-trend] metaphors, [multicultural] metonymies, and [choice-tree WinWin patriarchal/matriarchal Left/RightBrain] prototypes. The rational actor model is itself defined by metaphors, and its stylized [ego/eco-bilateral structural] facts [with inductive trust, mistrust, distrust feelings] are defined by [landscape of organic network, reverse-hierarchical, WinWin choicemaking-tree bilateral] frames. But [organic ecological network] frame-based and [creolization, Jane Anna Gordon] metaphorical [WinWin] thought are largely [inductive-nonlanguaged RightBrain] unconscious and reflexive, while the calculative thought of the rational actor model is [deductive-languaged LeftBrain dominant] conscious and [bilaterally, bicamerally, binomially co-arising] reflective. If you limit what you mean by ‘reason’ to [deductive-only] conscious reflective thought, you might very well be led to believe that the rational [positive-affective co-empathic] actor model [co-facilitative regenerative-reiterative mentor], or something [positive-regenerative WinWin ecopolitical] like it, might define [bicameral] rationality. That is, you might see such a [WinWin Gaming WisdomCouncil] model as defining the rational [bilateral thought/feeling] structure of [empathically trusted health v pathology] reality as well as human [metric-algorithmic-ecological] rationality–allowing human [bicameral] beings to fit their [LeftBrain EgoCentering] reason to the [RightBrain EcoFlow Inductive Feeling] rationality of the [ecopolitically nutritious] world and hence survive [Left WinLose assumption] and thrive [Right WinWin polypathic health-regenerate trust].

…The [bicameral] rational actor model is a [polypathic discernment and dialogue, communication] product of real [health-wealth optimization] reason. But the [WinWin Gaming Patriarchal/Matriarchal Network] model itself makes the inherent claim that [organic] reason does not involve either [mechanistic] metaphors or [merely metric and abstractly languaged] frames. It therefore cannot [not] be a[n ecological] model of real [interdependent WinWin] human [cooperative-dominant rather than competitive] reason. And moreover, when we study the [political health as economic wealth] metaphors, [eco-network gaming] frames, and what [regeneratively/degeneratively] follows from them, we can see the limitations and possible dangers [of LeftBrain Deductive Enculturation Dominance], as well as the [health-optimization, cooperative thrival outcome] benefits, of applying such [ecologically bicameral nutritional-regenerative as also ecopolitical empowerment/disempowerment health] models [of and for WinWin EarthCentered internal and external climates and landscapes of regenerative health, and not so much LeftBrain Dominant degenerating WinLose pathology].

If anyone else out there sees bicameral health-wealth wisdom investing in our shared cooperative WinWin Ego/EcoLogical regenerative-positive/degenerative-negative trend analysis, leading to large-scale Both-And, rather than Either-Or, matriarchal (reverse-patriarchal mutual subsidiarity of nutritional flow-empowerment) choice-developing cooperative health-rooted decision trees, as you explore your own interior psyches, and your discussions with family and friends and aliens and other surprising and curious mixtures of health and safety defensive-progressive ambivalence, maybe we should try to bring this WinWin WisdomCouncil to global ecopolitical cooperative scale, for everyone’s current and future health and safety.

Ego Speaks for YangYin History

Most everything I learned about the history of evolution
feels colored by Julian Jaynes’ theory of language
and culture
and history
and icons of ecological systems and functions,
forms and frequencies,
rhythms and ironic, ionic
dualdark cosmological bicameral transparency.

This is not something peculiar to Jaynes
or even to DNA-syntaxed cultural Memory,
flowing back to Elder Right MindBody ecoroots
of systemic cooperative therapy and health,
DNA/RNA solidarity
through mutual political/economic Left/Right bicameral solidarity,
a regeneratives-only need apply globally nutritious revolution.

When I think back
through RNA’s original prime relationship,
normative gestalt
for fractal-seasonal-temporal ecosystemic development,
I see Ego’s God of ReGenerating Truth
as both Earth’s RNA polyculturally inclusive SunGod,
and Mother’s DNA-embryonic
Open EcoSystemic
Universal Timeless Folding/UnUnFolding CoGravitating Moment,
incarnating (0)-soul Basic Attendance,
BiCameral EarthDominant Consciousness.

Jaynes presents the emergence of a polypathic puzzle
as Ego’s humane/divine balancing vocation,
assigned by RightBrain bilateral-temporal-aptic/synaptic Elder
cousins and plants,
flows and functions,
fractal forms and octave-frequencies
emerging time’s bilateral,
four seasoned, four dimensioned, dialectically reasoned,
and logos-languaged,
ecoconsciousness of healthy-confluence v. cognitive-affective dissonance,
chronic temporal stress
of RNA/DNA solidarity-normed ecotherapy,
Earth’s ecosystemic TimePrimed root system
emerging back to BlackHole timeless embryonic AbsentTransParent

Well, that’s the way this LeftBrain dominant Ego
reads Jaynes back through pre-bicameral history,
but could this be a way of seeing
our humane/divine history as decomposing itself,
in reverse of LeftBrain emergent dominance
as PreMillennial EgoAnthroCentric Time
for processing RNA’s original regenerative development
cooperative embryonic project,
to emerge Exterior Landscape/Interior Landscape
as Ego/EcoSacredCoPresent Absence
due to incarnational mindbody restraints
on Open Systemic (0)-soul God/Goddess of Time’s
Ego/Eco BiLateral CoArising
PolyTherapeutic Evolutionary
EcoPresence.

Well, OK,
there are a lot of paradigmatic nests
in BiCameralYangYin’s ecologically emerging nutritious soup.
But, essentially this evolving Ego
suggests to your evolving Ego/Eco
Interior/Exterior co-enculturing health-outcome agenda
that consciousness evolves
because bicameral eco-consciousness co-evolves
through open systemic genetic codex,
restricted solely by harmonic dipolar balance
within (0)-ecotime
to PostMillennially Transition
back toward Left-Right mutually subsidiary
political and economic balance.

This EgoLeft dominant adventure
unfolds as Moses leads and develops

Perhaps Jaynes did not anticipate

reconnecting with wisdom of Elder Right’s SunGod and EarthGoddess
TransParent Regenerators of Heavenly ecosystems

WinWin Solitairity Game

erupting Golden DiPolar SpaceTime 4D CoRelationRatio,
then Golden Diastatic Logos Rules of ReGenerative Systemic Health,
then Golden Elixir of EcoRegenerative Health/Wealth
Internal/External Landscape co-arising designs and plans,

through SunGod’s co-gravitational revolutionary fields
and forms and functional flows

In right/left relationship
with both full and absent universal landscape,
each will declare
beloved global cooperative community
as Ego has emerged from this Absent Other
History predicts future
only as each and all so resolve,
and co-resonate,
co-emerge this WinWin advent
of revolutionary EcoSolidarity.

Listening together,
with deductive-dipolar bicameral ears,
then speaking with polypathic dialectical confluence,
then acting more regeneratively healthy and safe
with each DNA/RNA Codex Creation Story,
ending without fear and anger
but absorbing synergetic limitless
timelessly open regenerating

into history’s co-gravitating
reincarnating
great-transition memory

of those you will so partially leave behind,

for healthier compost futures.

EcoTherapeutic Earth Wilderness

I was interviewing ecotherapeutic health workers
and ran into one from the Conceptualist School
of Positive Psychology.

While this sounded quite abstractly wonderful,
I asked her for the elevator version.

“Ceptual” derives from “septum”,
a (0)-centric bilateral boundary platform
for “conceptual” as “co-ceptual”
binomial and/or binary syntax field
and flow of language through cultural chronic waves
of evolution
and critical climatic events of revolution.

Conceptualists cognize
“exceptional” as Left-brain ego-centric
and “inceptual” as Right-brain negentropic-autonomic
RNA-encrypted
cellularly ubiquitous intelligence
regenerative ceptual self/other eco-centric therapeutic organic logic.

Behaviors are the forms
of Conceptually Bilateral functions.

Inception,
like Permaculture Design’s “decomposition”,
is like breathing through cognitive dissonance
with an enthymematic positive clue
from your Elder intuitive con-septum.

Conceptual bicameral consciousness
co-arises binomial cultural/linguistic memory,
exegetical/eisegetical values for truth
and economic balanced optimization trends,
and political justice.

Conceptual ecoconsciousness
co-arises coincidental forms with dual-boundary functions,
natural flows and octave frequencies
of informational strings
in reformational rings
we reiteratively call “life”
as “ego”/eco-consciousness.

Inceptual pre-consciousness
revolves incidental-only septic function,
reverse “ego”-dominatrix
decommodifying flow
toward full eco-bright (0)-centric abundance,
twilightenment co-consciousness,
TransParent Thinker becomes co-passionate co-arising
thought as positive-functional form.

That felt like a really long elevator ride,
but I somehow resonated with where we landed,
it seemed to fit my view of self as Dad
doing the best I can
to retain Zero-Time’s quintessential
bilateral Placeholder-role
in Basic Attendance,
prehending binomial language’s analogical universe
as prime-binary boundary syntax,
dividing posi-nomial vertexial form
from double-negentropic vortexial dipolar functions,
my metric logic equates +P Universe
with -(-P),
with Neg-.50 contraction
as 50% Midway Tipping Point
as Bucky Fuller + Teilhard de Chardin’s
(0)Mega Point.

So, I gave Professor Glory my permaculturalist survey
for ecotherapeutic Continuous Quality Improvement
meeting regenerative outcome
Assurance Standards,

1. When you see and hear and feel this word “crazy”
or “mad”
or “sick”
or “ill”
or “negative trending lack-of-normative organic communication”
do you associate each of these more with
“genius-as-wildness”
or
“pathology”?

Are you more likely to agree or to disagree with each of the following statements?

2. “Wild” seems more hopeful for the possibility of genius
than does the word “pathology.”

3. I would be surprised if a mental health professional
described herself as a “pathologist”
or “sociopathologist”
rather than a
“therapist”

“wild ecotherapist.”

capable of distinguishing

as dissonance clarification and therapy
through redundant analogicalism as ecologicalism

advise disinvesting in Left-brain contractive-contentious-competitive-dominant
deductive-reductive informating,

in gaming and logistic and strategic assumptions
about normative balance;
thereby suboptimizing their eco-centric
self-other optimization
of healthy wealth trends,
accessible thru Left-Right bicameral
dipolar (0)-centered eco-consciousness
of Bilateral SpaceTime
as Binomial Yang/YinYin Tao
wu wei permaculturally climax-oriented balance,
timeless co-arising eternity
as Beloved Community.”

To which she responded
with plethora of double-negative redundancy
and kindness karma
and gracious gift-it-forward eco-normics.

And so EcoTherapeutic Earth and I
co-habitate each day.
