Historic Healing Projects

I had two big projects
from 1970 to 1975,
The first,
to earn a usually white Bachelor dual-major degree
(which sounds at least sexist
as a usually black, brown, red, yellow Mistress nondegree)
of deep learning about yin/yang,
right/left,
east/west interconnections
cultural communions
between persuasive Speech [and non-verbal] Communication
and attitude changing Psychology.

My second project,
like the first,
was about coming out of my investigating queer closet;
how to find peace
ease
resonance
within a new, yet resilient, extended family
through healthy attitude change
about GLBTQ identity
and hetero/homo interdependent family persuasions.

These two projects,
one feeding my left brain academic hunger,
the other watering my right mind emotive thirst
for healthy communicating win/win relationships
of untold infinite harmonic historic resonance
for EarthTribe rememory climates,
theological inside metaphors
for resilient outside ecological communions,
healings,
regenerations,
creolization of interdependent gratitude
rather than heterosexual colonization attitude;
became One curious and courageous investigative aptitude,
Project.

This comes to mind
as I think about how the religious,
theologically driven, sector
of my local community is,
and is not,
prepared to lead us into climate rapture
rather than more degenerate business as usual climates of trauma,
loss,
lose-ego/lose-eco death.

Healing competitive win or lose climates,
sadly heading toward almost inevitable traumatic loss
of living EarthTribe identities
and living Earth
invites historians to remember
“traumatized parts stay frozen in time
for a reason, right?”
(from Sarah Peyton’s “Your Resonant Self” p. 105)
AND
therapeutically interdependent parts stay fluid
across historic climate changes
for a reason, left and right?…

Whether theologically perceived as secular NotGod nature
or ecologically felt as sacred Gaia spiritual webs
of interdependently complex emergent EarthMother
historically co-present rebirthing wombs,

Disconnected religious-theological memories
protect business as usual
eco-illogical exploitation
of sacred Earth,

Ecological life continues
while local faith community theologies
are planning for other rapturous and hellish things

Bowing to our own collective trauma
of universal sacred interdependence
giving way to immersion experiences
in disconnecting traumas
of fallen
fallow win/lose competitive human egocentric nature
more powerful than right mind Earth-climate balancing spirits
creolizing hetero/homo historical resilience,
multi/mono-cultural resonance.

So,
our early 2020 historical revision project
begins with revisiting our diverse faith community
local histories.
How were these motivated
to bring together for healing
lives ignored
neglected
marginalized
suppressed
enslaved
raped
inquisitioned
and otherwise abused
by already established good/bad faith communities?

How were established theological communions
potentially enriched
by their new neighbors?
Prepared for healthy win/win creolization climates
rather than ever more chaotic trauma
of win/lose side-by-side stiff-jawed tolerance
of not cooperative gospel-singing divisions
between lives co-present on sacred Earth
intended for interdependent raptures
of healthy-wealth webs and wombs
for actively hopeful life?

What are the original founders,
our local saints of communal faith inheritance,
inviting us to reconsider?
How to grow theological and ecologically healthy resilience
to end traumatized-by-negative-climate degeneration
pollution
rabidly competitive over-populated
and under-inspired
merely tolerated secular multiculturalism
rather than actively curious poly-culturalistic sacred immersion experiences
in locally complex histories
reweaving future win/win communal potentialities,
left brain resilient climates
with right mind theologically resonant local nature/spirit
trans-regeneration
transubstantiating theo/eco-logical communion
for present
and future
co-inhabiting past
health/wealth climates of co-revival,
inter-religious thrival.

Are We Safe?

Am I safe?
Do I matter?

Are we safe?
Do we matter?

Am I sustainably healthy?
Do I resonantly matter enough?
to survive win/lose evolutionary assumptions
about history,
to thrive within win/win multicultural wealth.

According to the amygdala center
of our Default Mode Network
bicameral in/ex-formation processor,
“Am I safe?”
we originally ask of EarthMother womb,
While “Do I matter enough to survive?”
MotherEarth asks of still individuating me/we.

Climate and multicultural trends
premillennially presumed to answer “Yes!”
to both questions
optimistically predicting win/lose evolution
would lead,
through MotherEarth’s manifestly destined reach,
toward win/win Alpha/Omega Tipping Point Balance,
ZeroParadise organic zones
of multicultural design
for enriched polyculturing global outcomes.

But,
in this post-millennial Time,
Whose mighty Yang Amygdala
does not answer these same questions
with a crippling and troubling,
dissonant “No!”?

I am not safe
from inhumane mortality of life,
for cooperatively interdependent species,
for survivable Earth history
for continuing communication,
for complexly organized organic relationship.

Do I matter?
to survival history of Earth,
to thrival win/win multicultural economies
regenerationally reborn by EarthMothers
of all colors
and stripes
and spots
haired and furred,
wooled and feathered,
shelled and fish-scaled.

Are we safe?
How deeply
and extensively
do we matter
to Earth’s living history?
to GaiaEarth’s healthy multicultural outcomes
and incomes,
divestments and investments,
detachments and attachments,
degenerations and regenerations,
entropy and energy?

Why are we safe/not safe?
How do we matter/not matter?

What is the historic significance of communication;
the multicultural transcendence of relationship?

Why are we health
communicating?
How do we widely
and deeply wealth
rooted relationships?

Educating Roots

I have noticed
all my daily educational journeys
begin with,
Where do I come from?
And how do I feel today
about my journey so far from yesterday?
Our journey so far,
and yet not far enough?

I come from living waters
as profoundly liberating as the air
we would soon learn to breathe.

I am feeling said
for all the opportunities I avoided
to escape all the risks
invited by my shortages of curiosity
and patience,

Sad for settling into my most intimate low commons denominator
lack of commitments
neglecting my healthiest potential connections
with other living waters,
natural spirited inspired inspirational experiences

With those who might have had ears to hear,
surf to ebb and swell emotion’s wane and wax,
with low-bar instructions
to stay out of troubled oceans
seas and seasons,
lakes and swampy ponds,
waiting to be industriously drained,
rivers and endless wondering wandering tributaries
of wet extracted nutrition.

Sacred water murmurs more active hope,
a spray tickling across a lucid lupine stream
speaking mountain voices with and through rounded
risky
stones

Actively seeking sights higher
deeper
wider
narrower
there
here
then flowing on into higher water marks
now threatening to swamp organisms
and organizations along the shore
of change in all relationships of Earth.

I feel said
I have not set my well-watered sights higher
than do no harm
to those living waters
flowing forward into time’s healthiest
transparent
vulnerable,
curious and courageous future sluggish currents of nutrition,
prophets of soon to come malnutrition,
and all climatic hopes and fears
angers and sadness
in-between drowning risks
and strong-flowing currencies of win/win
wellness watering opportunity

Tocqueville Talk

Patrick Deneen follows Tocqueville
speaking of risks to Western liberal democratic experiments,
great personal enlightenment adventures
seldom calm within a federating kettle
of competing selected fish,
and usually not cooperatively resilient
for health optimization
of local community peaceful resonant wealth.

In Tocqueville’s time and place,
liberal democracy evolved from feudal win/lose pre-industrial aristocracy
overpowering non-elite serfs, and lesser natural organic beings,

capital-invested democratic consumer legitimacy

fragmenting mono-generational cultural contracts
with multi-regenerational fields
and nutritional species

robust mountains
and calm river valleys.

Where Divine covenants
signed, sealed, and delivered
to predator Aristocrats
were rooted in creeds
dogma
Divinely inspired scriptures,
psalms
sonnets
holy creation stories
sacred pre-historic memories,
usually of patriarchal governors
and their court-appointed entertainers,
fire-circle dancers
loyal soldiers
and oral legend-tellers,

Presentism fragments intergenerational liturgical-nutritional commitments,

Difficult Discernment

We were discussing a line
between reasonable compromise
and unconscionable denial
in this time of rapidly escalating fragmentation

When I thought I heard a raw spot
deepened and widened by dissonant history
of disagreement,
antagonistic feelings about noetic consciousness
of past pathological
bad climate events.

Yet
when I ask how you feel
about how we are responding to your position,
story,
exposition,
entrenched in anxious missed communication opportunities
to share your own excitement,
You respond by blaming yourself
for not making your experience clear
quickly enough
given our limited time for co-invested commitment.

Is that your raw spot?
Our limited consciousness
about raw and bleeding climates of mortal turmoil
metaphysically remembered
through past regenerations/degenerations of limited time,
inevitable demise of relationship
currently valued by investment felt
in a more win/win
than win/lose history of personal communication,
communion,
mutually compassionate understanding
feelings of safe yet free dialogue
between appreciative teachers
who are first curious and compassionate listeners,

Listeners to now,
co-presence of ancient raw and therapeutic places
for terror and nurture,
for replanting and reharvesting,
for teaching and listening,
for articulating painful memory
and reflecting on therapeutic future response,
for win/lose plots within win/win commitment spots,
for curious thoughts
and feelings of emergent integrity,
experiential and yet re-membering
co-presently teaching here with active listening now
for past and future emotional voices,
some with, and many without, full consciousness
of responsive choices

For discussing discernment
between reasonable win/lose climates of compromise
and unconscionable denial
of life impeaching raw spots
in this time of rapidly escalating fragmentation,
where inclusive vulnerability
would better seek and find integrity.

To the No Relationship Association,

I suppose we will never find
a healthy way to prove
Lovelock’s Gaian Hypothesis
we have nothing left to lose
by cooperating more Win/Win
and competing less Lose/Lose.

No more or less than we could prove
our sun will reappear
to rise this next tomorrow
any more or less synergetically
than fundamental fragmentationally
apart.

Still, if not true
that love cooperatively empowers
more than hate competitively disempowers,
then how would we understand life becomes
more powerful than non-life’s static being?

If non-life artifacts of becoming
rocks in streams
of living water
shaped of star dust
and gaseous non-relationships
instead of nothing,

How could no thing
emerge from no ballistic space?

And why would no space for belonging
submerge this flow
of universal ergodic time
yang-health forward
restoring yin-wealth
of listening in non-violent
co-passionate DNA communion,
historic past?

Still,
I see your pointed rifle.
I suppose we will never find
a healthy way to wealthy prove
and disprove
unprove
reprove
pre-approve
Lovelock’s Gaian Synergetic Hypothesis
we have no right integrity

Restoring Natural Spirits

Dear Attorney Thompson Page, LLC
Sentient Advocate for Domestic Companions

Thank you for reminding me
last evening, as I was feeling unfree,
Retributive justice is rooted in ecological principles
of healthy empathic relationships
responsibilities
judgments
discernments
communications between sentient beings.

For remembering that good
healthy
effective legal systems
intend to protect our interdependent webs
while too often building punishing walls
settling into side-by-side cells
of separation,
fragmentation of wealthy democratic purposes
like robust well-being,
cooperatively-owned curiosity and prosperity,
healthy and courageous happiness,

Constitutional gratitude for compassionate priorities
win/wins for both justice and peace possibilities
of EarthTribe patriotic loyalties
encompassing suffering and joy.

You mentioned several crimes against sentient beings.
Some punished by legal precedent
for protecting human nature
more than Earth-nature’s other sentient breathing forms
legally misunderstood,
under-refined,
not well-defined,
as mere property,

Properties autonomously owned by narcissistic human natures,
Legally presumed as morally superior sentient beings,
becoming evermore integrity’s active win/win advocates,
inclusively aware
we are not humanely alone
in our co-empathic capacities for emotive communication.

I am wondering,
this morning,
if it would make a nondualistic difference
to our legal-moral systems
to notice, and give germane standing, to Lovelock’s Gaian Hypothesis
that multicultural Earth is a globally sentient ecosystem
capable of internal/external balancing health care,
evolutionary regenerative development
through complex organically organized sentience,
ecosystemically communicating awareness
between subclimates managing our diverse property
and properties for competitive/cooperative
EitherOr/BothAnd
walled/webbed bicameral communion.

If our legal oaths,
moral allegiances,
were to understand
One nation, under God
as also
One of many interdependent nations
and a few continents
and oceans
within Earth’s sentient integrity
of ecotherapeutic properties,

I wonder if punishing and fragmenting judgment systems
would fade into second place,
deferring to primal natural justice
for restoring healthy sentient relationships
between Earth’s propertied tribes,
species,
elements,

Could natural/spiritual legal properties
swing back toward universally uniting
what could not be healthy secular/sacred divided
by health-intelligent
Earth’s most sentient-wealthy beings?
