Locker Room Intimacies

I don’t recall all that much talk in locker rooms.
These are typically quiet as reflective libraries
unless involved in team sports.

Then locker room talk may review a well played game,
but, again, those played less fortunately,
less familiarly,
not really too much to say,
sometimes thinking of other more nutritionally feeding things,
people,
places in time’s perpetually receding memory.

Rooms for locking up over yanged secrets
are not known for either quality or quantity of affluent speech.
These are more about actions outside these locking up rooms,
reveling to reveal ourselves and others
an embarrassment of self-ridiculing riches.

But, I do recall
I thought I could hear which brand of ecopolitical life
a locker room voice would choose,
usually somewhere between
raping victims only good for bullying
and standing in solidarity with teams and leagues and games
where we learn more from losing together
than winning apart
in superhero myths and antics
of unfettered self-supremacy,
hubris of engorged,
yet over-rated disengaged,
penises with hands for grabbing and taking
what can only be given as an intimate gift.

In some ways
we are all locked rooms,
craving intimacy
that causes tremors
terrible tremblings,
not terror
and yet terror’s opposite.

What names we have found for ecstasy
of unlocked talking and walking,
playing and working
and wondering how could ecstasy sustain
through decades of morning and night time
dressing to undress routines
and all invitations in between.

Deep Learning Evolution of Learning

Four essential elements of my developed position are…to be found there [in C. G. Hempel, Fundamentals of Concept Formation in Empirical Science]:

scientific [and other language-learning] terms are regularly learned in [positively rewarded] use;

that [fertile, nutritious] use involves the [not dis-ecological] description of one or another [regenerative gestalt-universe subclimate] paradigmatic example of nature’s [experiential landscape of external] behavior;

a number of such examples are required for the [evolutionary rumination, relearning] process to work [principle of polymorphic quasi-redundant reiteration]]

and, finally, when the [acclimation] process is complete, the language or concept learner has acquired not only [teleological, purposive, contextually interdependent] meanings

but also, inseparably [nondually], [ethological, ecological regenerative purpose of nature ourselves] generalizations about nature.

[confluent with larger multicultural, bicameral ecoconsciousness as positively deviant in comparison with a priori consilient network states of comprehending self/other exegetical-interrelational information]

“The [Deep Learning] Theoretician’s Dilemma”…[also referring to Hempel] was how to preserve [sustain] a principled distinction between what he then still called ‘observational’ [experiential, ontological] and ‘theoretical terms’ [explanatory, contextual and teleologically ecological]. When, a few years later still, he began instead to describe the distinction as one between ‘antecedently available terms [variables, rhythms, patterns, relationships, memes, reified nomials, language choices] and those learned together, with[in] a new [reforming, retermed experience repurposing language within its multiculturally natural ecological universe of remembered thought/feeling healthy/pathology experientially fertile optimization] theory, I could see him as having implicitly adopted a developmental [evolving ecologic of ecopolitical truth/beauty/ as health/wealth] historical stance.

But what I primarily owe him [Hempel] is not from the realm of ideas. Rather it is the experience of working [learning] with a philosopher [researcher, explorer, traveler, pilgrim] who cares more about arriving at [ecological] truth than about winning [ecopolitical] arguments.

…[T]he historical [evolutionary] approach I joined in developing owed as much to difficulties encountered by the [uneco]logical-empiricist [dis-integrative, not syncretic, un-unitarian, notnot interdependent, dualistically reified philosophical] tradition as it did to [experiential revolutions within the] history of science [and other forms of transcultural learning].

Carnap emphasized untranslatability [logically incommensurable] as I do…. One language might permit statements that could not be translated into another, but anything properly classified as scientific [ecologically systemic health/pathology confluent, fertile, internal/external landscape consilient] knowledge could be both stated and scrutinized in either language, using the same [multiculturally interdependent numeric-calculating] method and gaining [outcoming] the same [experientially calibrated pattern] result. The factors responsible for the use of one language rather than another were irrelevant both to the results achieved and, more especially, to their [acclimative] cognitive status.

This aspect of Carnap’s position has never been available to me. Concerned from the start with the development of knowledge [language, learning, ecoconsciousness] I have seen each stage in the evolution of a given field as built—not quite squarely—upon its predecessor, [yet also interdependently coincidental bilaterally within an ecopolitical elite population sharing a specialized, reified theoretical gestalt-dialectal ecology] the earlier stage providing the problems, the data, and most of the concepts [exegetically] prerequisite to the emergence of the [revolutioning eisegetical] stage that followed. In addition, I have insisted that some changes in conceptual [interdependent dialectal] vocabulary are required for the assimilation and development of the [newly exegeting] observations, laws, and [permaculturally restabilizing health/pathology] theories deployed in the later [transubstantiation from eisegetical to exegetical] stage (whence the phrase ‘not quite squarely’ above).  Given those beliefs, the process of [small-evolutionary/great-revolutionary] transition from old state to new becomes an integral part of science, a process that must be understood by the [permacultural, multicultural] methodologist concerned to analyze the [nutrient] cognitive [and affective] basis for [healthy-fertile] scientific beliefs. Language change is cognitively [and affectively, nondual ecological effectively] significant for me as it was not for Carnap.

[Language listening to learn ecologically confluent relationships, correlations, positive and negative, follows a dialectal ecologically-confluent positive harmonious past-power path through co-empathic trusting exegetical-ionic-iconic DNA thermodynamic experience of sustained ecotherapeutic cognitive/affective balance v. cognitive/affective emergent dissonance. Whether paradigmatic climate change is Business As Usual slow-emergence, or revolutionary, whether evolutionary or revolutionary, depends on whether one notices day-to-day emergence or whether one notices great transitional ectosymbiotic emergence of positive relationship-building between two or more dialectally interdependent paradigms suddenly, as in Buber’s “Aha!” gestalt, is a difference between bicameral aptic normal deductive-dominant learning, and bicameral polypathic synaptic learning to learn cognitive-affective ecopolitical healthy/pathology nondual tipping point consilience, suddenly surprisingly reconciling the previously known only as incommensurable, for the first synaptically blissful resolving, resonant, now-fully-present time.

Endosymbiotic evolution is our emerging internal integrity potential for great ectosymbiotic revolutions, actively-mutually-engaging, co-present, full-ecoconsciously abundant, timeless climate of interdependent co-relation.  Atheism of  (0)-sum economic Empty is to normal science as panentheism of organic Interdependence is to (0)-soul bilateral political revolutions of syncretic learning to re-search as re-listen more effectively, more nutritiously, more therapeutically, more happily, more positively, more prosperously, more fertilely, together.]

EcoPolitics of Psychologically Healthy Climates

If you don’t like the look or taste or smell of an Old Overly-Competitive Climate, then notice how it is slowly and intricately evolving into and toward dipolar abundance as a Revolutionary New EcoPolitical System, hopefully and empathically more trustingly and faithfully cooperative.  (A very loose paraphrase of Buckminster Fuller on great transitioning between old and new systems as  information-ing networks, and cooperatively developing ecopolitical climates.)

To love, agapic and/or erotic,
is a positive economic-political relational choice
to trust whomever
and whatever
is our Other right now
with our open caring empathy,
even when we may feel like withdrawing
into our suffering,
self-isolating
depressive,
repressed concerns of mistrust and dissonance,
because we have faith
that not only is this choice to integratively love,
to pay love forward,
how we define doing our ecopolitical and ecological best,
but also because we trust from prior experience
this is most likely to facilitate Others
doing their best as well.

Circles of affection and disaffection are both viral,
but only one is viciously so,
Both positive and negative psyches unveil viscous potential,
but only one tends toward sustained reiterative communication
in kind,
benign,
the other viscosity trends toward unkind, active distrust,
eventually hatred,
also a learned ecopolitical choice, at one time,
over several habitual and then hypnotizing times.

When this becomes most interesting for me
when I turn from thinking of Other as a person
or a group of people
or a set of people
or the human natural-languaged species,
and think, instead of Other as a member of some other organic species,
including those with root systems,
including coral reefs and tidal barriers,
or even other natural Black Hole environments and gestalts,
networking mandalas of seas
and mountain trails
throughout the changing of each season,
where love is my ubiquitously obvious and natural default,
not so much feeling like a choice,
but like what I have known as good and healthy and beautiful,
occasionally interrupted by pests.

Yet, even noticing whiney mosquitoes
and buzzing icky biting flies,
short of a horde swarming all about paranoid me,
is often cause for bittersweet slaps and swats
and imaginary battles between David and Goliath,
with me cast as the benignly-intended Monster Giant,
merely out to protect my own skin
regardless of mortal consequences
and risks
and ecopolitical opportunities
of Other,
smashed to bits.

When my days become overly clogged with strictly human discourse,
when human nature monopolizes my monoculturish time,
my symbol seems to be that of a molting snake,
awakening to a new but uncertain skin each dewy morning,
a somewhat different identity
than those accumulated through all my dreamy/nightmare yesterdays.

But, when I recreate outdoors
in and with and of more virginal embryonic Earthy nature,
then my icon becomes an inviting hummingbird,
always curiously flying about seeking and sending succulent rapture,
far too fast and urgently blissful for noticing,
much less slitherally eating, those pesky mosquitoes.

Inviting co-empathic trust
defines
Doing my best to follow
our Golden Rule,
for and of and with me
and my Elders
and our kids.

Inviting empathic cooperatively-invested trust
is to invite a climate of informed
incarnate
kosmic risks and opportunities
usually small yet sometimes Great Transitions
of Grace as Love as Karma as Positive Psychology
as a healthy regenerative ecopolitical gestalt,
mandala,
network,
ecosystem,
Earth,
natural-spiritual dipolar co-arising
profane-sacred
humane-divine
Tao-BiCameral Universe
of Snakes greeting Hummingbirds

I suppose a Jewish therapist
deeply immersed within the Torah,
reading words of Jesus
in the first three gospels
might easily imagine these the teachings
of an often depressed schizophrenic
with compulsive self-obsession
as a sacrificial lamb
living in an unredeemed economy,
but this sidesteps sacred truths,
yeast does transubstantiate diastolically through organic bodies,
a positively deviant virus becoming fertile nutritional commodities
for anthrocentrically benign-as-healthy
wealthy evolving purposes,
preferences,
norms,
traditions,
etching yet evolving through yeasty regenerations
of self-redeeming health with beauty generations.

If the original primal Christian intent
was also the Tao of Self+Other ecoconscious

then Jesus of Nazareth was also transubstantiating
Eastern nondual co-arising ecology of nature-spirit mindbodies
into Jewish sacred organic ecopolitically correct sheepish language.

My backyard birds call me each morning.

invocations, with us.

a long regenerating family
of singing flying swimming

We each,
together,
build our shrine in Earth’s wilderness,

Dancing Soul Disorders

If I could write as dance,
sometimes get down mean
and sexy dirty blues,
recreating confusing hybrids
not safely translated in static language,
these ecstatic moments
entered and left without embodied holy shadows,
remembered fondly but soulfully
in smiling enspirited muscles
unwilling to let go of sensual life
without breathing glistened music.

Refrain training love moments to last through
passion rails of kicks and licks
balance taking giving leaps of faith
Earth will hold these swirling bones
bound arteries of flowing bliss
and dripping pulpy agonies.

Dance scripts unveil
moves and positions already body revealed and loved
within Earth’s kindness
and just balancing reward,
truth in and through beauty,
healthy love abundance in rich organic life
and peacefully arresting pause of death,
pregnant silent pause.

I lust not merely right write
but dance
with each cell swelling to sing
big and small
fast then slow
up as down
around each day’s choreography
on through abandoned freedom’s passion night.

If I could dance as write.

Sacred Natives

Sacred native forests
remain enraptured in souls
shadowing mysterious nature’s silence.

Or when so deluged and brisk winded,
stormed to rage wild absence of restraint
overpowering more domesticated sounds of commodifying busyness,

carrying walky-talky caffeine flying drivers,
warning blares of commerce’s trains
for those without bodies and brains
to move away from rumbling dust river of busy tracks.

Native forests
speak sacred wilderness power through all five senses.
I cannot see a sacred forest
singing I Did It My Way,
or My Way Or The HighWay
appropriate anthems in their less bird-songed place, yes,
but not sacred lusty psalms of organic notes
for and from native forests,
where sacred sights
sound naturally right
and smell absent of stinky busy fright,
and taste and feel recycling peace.

Belief v No Thanks

We believe in truths we empathically
ecopolitically
humanely
nutritionally trust.

We grow therapeutic faith in empathic trusts
too peacefully pregnantly beautiful
to not become true, one day,
this day, if at all possible.

We actively distrust those competing truths
within potentially cooperative powers
we multiculturally love to hate.

We can not not believe in/with  ecological truths
of/for
deeply etched nutritionally resonant trusts.

If we assume Earth, including Anthros,
is biosystemically fully invested in cooperatively healthy climate systems
and disinvesting away from dissonating and unstable toxins,
what each of us believes and disbelieves in
becomes more a question
of what and whom we ecopolitically/ecologically believe and disbelieve with.
