Tao as Positive Teleological Panentheism

Toward a Positive (0) Soul Panentheism

 

This narrative attempts to define a three-dimensional cognitive spacetime within a 4 dimensioned Hilbert space optimized-meaning metric-system universe. This binomial Hilbert Space algorithmic structure assumes a 4-based metric system (one base for each of 4 universe dimensions) and +/- e-function  [agreeing with Euler and B. Fuller that information and metric systems are more primally about relational function (verbs) than nouns, so (0) Core function is the prime root of all form] bears a prime relationship to +/- pi-squared diametric form.

 

DEFINITIONS toward a Positive Teleological Theorem

 

Theorem: Exegetically “True” [+1] that a conjecture could not be “False” [-0]

 

In-Formation: enthymematic potentially confluent synchronization in an explicating (David Bohm) positive trajectory [+e-function]

 

Ex-Formed: NonPolynomial side of binomial +/- information axial-polar implied (David Bohm), predicated, ergetic-ionic gravitational [B. Fuller]  relational structure.

Dark Relationship (Hole) is  spacetime chaos, or shadow, universe.

Hilbert Space relational geometric constants liminally prime-bind, and optimize cognitive orthopraxis, physical relativity within logical/rational limits of consciousness and, therefore, metric structure.

4-Based diametric (binomial) positive teleological assumption. For now, the best I can do is an analogy. Imagine that there is a Tree of spacetime evolution and that the human species’ bicameral mind perceives the tree growing up toward the sky as Physical Universe, and the tree growing down toward the (0) Core of ergetic spin as Metaphysical Universe. The metaphysical roots of this Positive Teleological Evolutionary Tree are our Species’ nutrient/composting DNA string, unweaving all the way back and within Dark spacetime toward the origins of RNA, which may be the beginning of spaciated time (see Julian Jaynes on the ethological evolution of our bicameral information processors and his correlated evolutionary theory of space perception deriving from a more primal temporal aptic/synaptic  relational awareness) differentiating Self [-0] from Other [+1].

0-soul theorem: Gregori Perelman and Group Theory work by William Thurston predict no more than 4-binomial +/- geometrically balanced ellipses, in 0 through 4 prime dimensions.  Within each ellipse, we follow Buckminster Fuller in heuristically assuming universal smooth-structure. His Trimtab greatest effect with least dissonant loss design principle also intends to follow systemic tipping points to minimize disvalues, irrationality, insanity, through a 0-Core Vector/Vortex. Fuller assumes metric information systems express relationship, including potential change, more primally, and significantly, than being about algebra’s variables, nouns, nomials. Math is about function more primally than nomial form. In this he follows Euler, so that Fuller’s 0-soul core vector might be expressed as +e/-e diametric binomial (0) Core Vector/Vortex, radiating and synergizing a 4-Based fractal universal Omega Point (borrowing from Teilhard de Chardin).

According to this 0-soul theorem’s smooth-structured assumption, dense analogical geometric corollaries follow:

This latter corollary suggests that Bayesian trend analysis, using +1/-0 polynomial assumptions, are also binomial assumptions of Positive Teleology and thermodynamic magnetic polarity balance. This may be why the combination of QBit stage analysis of potential information, especially as structured in the development code of the Higgs Boson, and Bayesian statistical analysis predicts an e-function for Bohm’s implicate order as ex- or un-forming. Potential information loses a geometric 4-dimensional rational structure beyond nature’s RNA-coded accessibility to deductive reason and commodification capacity. Irrational numerics are not prime relationship balanced, by definition. Prime and irrationality are mutually self-definitive and refining, like polynomial and not-polynomial language processing trends.

Not-polynomial information (NP) = appositionally reversed-binary polynomial information (P) relationship. P and NP are digitally vector/vortex balanced polarity expression. If so, we might predict that Continuous Quality Improvement information system codes for network improvement might look something like

Bicameral mutual positive/negative feedback between two information processors would start here, with +1 representing +111, and -0 representing -000. Within each information bit lies a Dark Relationship Fractal Vortex implicating within each individual bit’s 4-binomial Byte familial boundary:

+100 = -011 [and F = -G for full musical resonance, just as +U = -C within the RNA information fractal]

Prime octave thermodynamic balance assumes +e/-e constancy which is binary system expressed as +e radiance (up and out) = -e ergetic diastolic function (down and in) as gravity.

Information is to exformed noise as Prime Relationship pattern-trends are to irrationally patterned algorithms. For Fuller, non-sensical (not sensory-information frequency prime rooted) for humans as a species to actually use for optimally inclusive effect.

 

Panentheism: Binomial (Spirit/Nature = Down/Up = Within/Without) Metaphysics/Physics mutually regenerative and informative enthymematicism. This has to do with the appearance of temporal reversal between deductive and inductive learning. Our Right, older-brain, hemisphere perceives prime relationship in reverse spatial-temporal sequence and order. Metaphysics is within Earth and within Self, and Physics is what happens on and above Earth’s skin, in my exterior landscape of Other.

Enthymematic is before and yet within the relationship between two nomials, variables, nouns, verbs, memes, paradigms, paths, systems, universes; like an interior and exterior fractal Janus-faced relationship between before and after a spacetime event. (Please see Robert Norton and David Brenders, 1996, on enthymematic communication strings, and the laws of interactive relationship-string development.)

In Positive Teleological Panentheism, God-Physical Universe emerges as WeSelf = +1.00% while

Individuating Person–my “Self”– is an emergent but temporally-constant-presence, 4-dimensioned; a cognitive mind Identity-Universe metrically expressed as a combination of Planck’s Constant meets Positive Teleological Prime Relationship meets Turing’s incomplete search for a logically optimized information processor design meets a double-bind event horizon of the holographic principle in string theory. This is self-consciousness of a “Self” identity = +/-(0.00-Temporal-Centric)% = -(1.00)% spacetime eisegetical awareness (basically Polanyi”s Personal Knowledge) is implicately coded with a binomially balanced normative original instruction to follow natural systemic assumptions for  smooth-structured positive teleological orthonormative optimization .

This Self is, in Group Theory, a (0) prime-rooted binomial information universe, +e/-e-functionally balanced.

God as WeSelf Universe is bicamerally human functioned in the Right hemisphere, older brain. For important work in this area Julian Jaynes’ work on the evolutionary ethology of bicameral development, essential to the development of  consciousness, 3-dimensional spatial awareness, language, and symbolic abstraction, is well-complemented and updated somewhat by the more recent work of David Abram.  Especially note the evolutionary functional implications for “Other” synaptic messages as the exception to our RNA-Codex default setting of +U as aptic-sustained–probably something like hibernation, at some point in our species’ history.

WeSelf as Other+Me identity is positively [+e] functional, congruent, confluent in the Left hemisphere–the resting place of deductive reasoning and bicameral self-consciousness.

Left-brained conversation with Right-brained may be + Teleological default or (-)Teleological corrective, but is usually somewhere between positive-deductive-synaptic and negative-inductive synchronic. Fuller’s word is synergetic to describe those events in which these two cognitive threads (deduction and induction) recognize each other. His precession, refers to the diastolic half of an active diastatic enculturative and regenerative trend. Diastolic is generally understood as an ergetic-gravitational pull inward toward an appositional synaptic stasis, which is synaptic-fractal for RNA’s living natural string system. Diastolic-aptic-precessive-trends are rests between beats, breaths, and moments of mind-consciousness, or self-awareness.

Reverse polarity causes appositional disorders. Autism is the full spectrum of dissonance between Right and Left hemispheric message transfer anomalies within our bicameral  multisensory systemic information transfer economy. Left sensory receptors propose, while Right message receivers dispose using permacultured principles of complementarity and subsidiarity. Cognitive dissonance is the result of the chronic incapacity to synchronize receptor and information processor messages which may be associated with any one, some, or all of our senses (taste, touch, smell, hear, see). The Right hemisphere functions exegetically with +NP (essentially, in logic, a double negative double-bind; in photography, the negative development enthymematic toward the development of a positive image) code frequency balance assumptions for sensory forms, functions, and frequency rhythms.

Dissonance between hemispheres may occur from very high-frequency receptors through very low aptic-default expression, from schizophrenia through cognitive limitations approaching flat-line morbidity. Generally we reserve the term “autistic spectrum” for those who are on the low-moderate through high-functioning portion of the bipolar chronically-disassociating spectrum. Critical event bipolar disassociations are more likely for those with Fetal Alcohol and others with chemically-related bipolar understories. In other words, we are all normatively bipolar but we use the word “bipolar disorder” to refer to issues related to critical event dissonance between right and left hemispheres. We usually diagnose “autistic spectrum disorder” when right-left dissonance  expresses chronically, as well as critically, and within moderate to high-frequency sensory receptor issues.

A double-bind boundary functions normatively for maintaining individual constant identity within any one individuating metaphysical (binomial) information universe; any one person, or bicameral information system. The double-bind line between deductive-left and inductive-right awareness may be symbolized as the line between polarities; the line we draw between numerator and denominator, the line within the % icon, between + and (-), between Other and Self and between the appositive fields in 2-dimensionally expressed digital binary fields, and algorithms use “=” or not-so-equal signs.

Teleology: The Positive human-nature speciated faith that we will continue to evolve toward mindful compassion, where purpose and meaning connect, as do longing and belonging, becoming syncs to being, and individuation (a life-long maturation process) joins WeSelf  identity, as ontological form meets phenomenological function. Our species’ cultural evolution history from our earliest DNA-emergent string to the present day is mythologically and analogically articulated  as variations on the Golden Rule and Golden Ratio and Golden Fleece theme.

According to BuckyFuller, a deeply creative functional design is not only an evolutionary paradise for the designer but an Omega Point (de Chardin) to which we point as a Species through discovery of first or prime principles of nature. A prime principle would encompass and transliterate the relationships between our prime laws of physics and metrics and information. Indeed, a theory of everything, or at least a theory of information itself; an explanation of the unfolding relationship between form and its creative, regenerative, function. This is the point where we can satisfactorily connect the original purpose and source of informing purpose with what form means.

What is the ultimate function of form itself? is answered by looking back through evolution to when form began. For each of us, and for himself, and for our species as an information string stretching back to the original event of RNA self-regenerative capacity, Fuller’s answer was to become most fully who WeSelf are, finding optimized personal integrity within Universal Intelligence synergy by following the greatest effect with least dissonance principle of positive TrimTab adjustment. This is our becoming process toward a state of increasing balance between not only Left and Right personally, but as a species, within an RNA information-regenerative string. As more recently evinced in emerging theories of what lies behind Positive Psychology and the effectiveness of the Positive Deviance Initiative (www.positivedeviance.org), greatest sustainable complementarity with least dissonance for inclusive subsidiarity is our becoming process toward a state of increasing balance. Fuller’s active optimization through Trimtab intent and practice, also found as fundamental to Permaculture Design, is transculturally accessible through mindfulness of our richly diverse complementarity (within universal WeSelf) optimally sustained by our passionate gratefulness for our mutual equity of subsidiarity (as Self, mutually regenerating individuation and incarnation of WeSelf).

We see this normative definition of equity fractally expressed in natural system development, such as the four seasons of spin, life, and learning, as well as the emergence of the hydrogen atom from helium, perhaps a predication of the 4-dimensioned emergence of +e/-e-cubed, perhaps predicating+U/-C, predicating +We-synaptic/-Self-aptic, predicating Explicated Natural Universe Order/Implied Spiritual Metaphysical Universal Mind (Fuller’s Intelligence) as self-consciousness of Me-Identity, predicating

+1.11%/-0.00% may become a 4-Based metric thermodynamic balanced dimensional proof that P cannot be unequal to NP if we can optimally assume that +1 = -0 within binary binomial digital systems. And, a significant corollary for our iconic human nature, that for every +1 explicating, informing QBit we are invited to comprehend a -1 QBit implicated order of exformative, reversely-positionally functional fractally organized place-holder, a mind-space WeSelf regenerating spacetime WeSelf, as without, so within; exterior and interior landscapes become mutually +/- self-referencing.

Positive (P), then, is not-negative (NP) information as Yang-Yin prime relationship emergent double-bind balance.

 

Yin-Exformation devolves, recovers, in an enthymematically prime relationship with Yang’s positive information-uncovering events. -0 predicates +1 and -0 is the enthymematic binomial predicator of the possibility of +1QBit = +e-functional informing event AND

+/-0 QBit also stands equidistant between -1 QBit, a –e-dysfunctioning irrationally noisy and dissonant appositional balance that is invisible to Left or Right hemisphere alone–yet abundantly obvious when looked at stereophonically and thermodynamically together; -0QBit without a positive-balancer devolves toward an implicating -1.11% Dark Non-relationship C-aptic Codex of Self without Other, which cannot possibly exist.

After any +1QBit e-function event, -1QBit bears an enthymematic relationship to its NP equivalently implied non-event. This prime relationship balance is significant for orthonormal optimization within Hilbert spacetime. This may be the useful for comprehending the correlation between Bayesian statistical analysis to analyze the dynamic relationship between our diverse pathologies and their implications for predicting optimized therapeutic interventions.

Implied, exformed, enthymematic +/-0-frequency, the diastatic balanced moment between function and dysfunction, is the equidistant double boundary between Physical-natural universe and Metaphysical-mind universe, between explicated +1 and implicating -1 QBit. The Dark Universe of implied Prime Relationship Codex liminally defined by Light Universe’s prime natural explication is a dark vortex boson that, when noticed, displays an enthymematic reverse-formative potential function for predicating rich future possibilities for joining our spiritual meanings to our naturally experienced purposes, syncing where we have been with where we would like to sustainably arrive; comprehending form as the functional evolution of emerging WeSelf refinement, self-regenerative fusing definition within our meta-codexed universe. This sounds almost full circle back to the “divination” project of early alchemy, back in the days when science and religion and math were three languages about one mutually-shared Universe.

 

A prime relationship design corollary of Positive Teleological Panentheism:

The greatest synergetic effect (defined as confluent universally inclusive information complementarity) is the reverse face of least subsidiary negative gravitational and pathological dissonance, dismay, and decay. Our therapy is implicated, predicated, predicted when we listen to our pathology as a deeply rooted systemic teacher of meaning/purpose, longing/belonging, conjoined in comprehending Trimtab Original Intent, rebalancing as the Tao of Yang/Yin regenerative balance.

The President’s EcoChaplain

Sr. Kathleen Brennan, of the Order of Positive Intentions, is the 11th Interreligious EcoMinister Chaplain to the U.S. Congress, where she has been unusually…useful, and apparently ubiquitous. President Fuller is suffering from 2nd-term despondence-syndrome. His Cabinet seems to be leaking, the House is total chaos, and, while the Senate is somewhat more bicamerally balanced, good intentions far outweigh sustainable outcomes. Fuller feels ironically emptier of hope, much less faith that this mess will reweave into a viable fabric within his life time, much less his remaining two years.

When Ms. Fuller, his wife, found him flirting with suicidal ideation, she rather firmly invited onto his schedule a pastoral visit with the Congressional EcoMinister. Although not exactly sure that this appointment would add up to a regenerative future, his not-so-little intuitive voice resonated hopefully with this suggestion because of Sr. Brennan’s reputation as somehow unusually…useful.

President: Sr. Brennan, good of you to stop by. Hoping you might be able to help.

Chaplain: In what way, Mr. President?

P: Well, certainly not that way. Just “Bucky” please. “Mr. President” feels much too heavy right now, like somebody else I never really wanted to be.

C: So presidential Bucky isn’t unfolding as you had hoped, or intended, somehow.

P: I see what you did there, that reference to your Order’s vocational formation. What does that mean, anyway, I don’t recall meeting anyone else from the Positive Intentions Order. Ironic, Washington is a veritable compost pile of good intentions that don’t seem to come together anywhere close to whatever it is you are doing with this Positive Intention ecotherapy, or whatever you call it.

C: You covered quite a lot of ground there, Bucky. Maybe it would be helpful to talk about this disparity between your good intentions and how you define Positive Intent.

P: Well, maybe that’s part of my problem, while I am painfully aware that the road toward good intentions has killed far more people than malignant intent, I can’t work out why, exactly.

C: I doubt you know anyone with malignant intent.

P: What would you call suicidal ideation?

C: I would call that an oxymoron, If you have a positive intent toward self-destruction, you cannot actually incarnate that potentiality without sacrificing the positive polarity of your intended trajectory toward a sustainably peaceful life.

P: My life has been to try to be useful, where most needed, as inclusively as possible. But, it is the inclusivity itself that seems so utterly impossible from this position in Universal Intelligence.

C: Which is…?

P: As I am sure you know very well, the Regenerative System Development Platform has advocated for a cooperative (0)-sum post-millennial Trimtab transition for optimizing global Continuous Quality Improvement.

C: Quite a circular mouthful. So, your positive-teleological position revolves around this (0)-PrimeMutual value system. Is that how you define our “good intentions?”

P: Probably, although I would certainly use a lot more words, and numbers, and generate many polysyllabic hybrids about natural-metric systems development.

C: That does seem to be where you lose your constituency, all the irrational words, numbers, and assumption of malignant intent within the belief systems of those who oppose you, those malingering “Nay!”-sayers.

How do you reconcile your faith that we are all in this mess together with this fear of some proactive, organized, Order of Malignant Intent? While I doubt you have met anyone wearing society’s imprimatur of “Hopeless Sociopath,” I have spent some time in your prisons. A bicameral system with addictive sociopathology issues explores homicide as vicarious suicide. It feels like naked-wild risk, with the prophylactic of clothed hiddenness.

My (0)-sum win-win faith, and positive teleological intent, are not compatible with the view that your constituency would elect representatives who are addicted sociopathologists.  In other words, I wonder if you are confusing Positive Intent toward a regenerative, and sociotherapeutic, economy with Negative Intent toward globally inclusive suicide, as a species, and personally, within yourself.

P:  While I would be vastly relieved to learn that I am confused about the Other-Side’s malignant intent, I just can’t get my data-crunchers to come up with that optimized sustainable outcome trajectory. I mean, for example, if the rich and powerful define Winning the Economy Game as continuing to grow their wealth deposits, then all our synthesized projections for the future show exploding global population of increasingly marginal poverty, to say nothing of what it is doing to the dimming prospects of any (0)-carbon air-bound/soil-bound balanced ecosystem surviving anywhere on Earth.

C: So, your global information system is telling you that we cannot play a Win-Win Sustainable Ecology Game using Win-Lose socio-economic strategies.

Try this metaphor. Imagine that your constituency is a population of lotus flowers, able to physically see each other only above the surface of our Earth-pond. Your Prime (0)-sum cooperative economic platform is the pond’s surface. But, when you plunge down, under the surface, you can see that our species’ (0)-sum ecological center goes deeper down to where we share an emergent root system reaching down, with diminishing, yet still positively-regenerative intentional structure, into Earth’s rich polycultured compost. This cooperative permaculture feeds our root system, so nutrients flowing up have a regenerative infrastructural trajectory for all the individual lotus flowers, and their seed-bearing future generations.

On the other hand, one of the lotus flowers decides that he and his neighbors are more important than some other weedy-kinda-flowers on the other side of the pond, so they start sucking up all the nutrients, watching their distant RNA-cousins wilt and suffer, under the mistaken belief that they are protecting their childrens’ future while they are actually strangling their entire economic and ecological root-systemic capacity. The apparent suicidal ideation of those wilting flower-cultures on the other side of Earth’s pond are a lesson to all of us: Don’t forget that we are all (0)-sum centered where information fully reflects our most inclusive root system. This deeper ecologically balanced plateau emerges endosymbiotic Win-Win cooperative economies for nutrient flow up toward the next generation of lotus flowers.

Your suicidal ideation is your poli-cultural teacher, reminding you that we are all in this together, regardless of all the push-back necessary to bring global peace to the surface of Earth’s pond. You have no more right to choose suicide, Bucky, than a bipolar sociopath has to choose homicide. Choose to regenerate inclusive, cooperative polycultures; avoid malignant competitive monocultural silos of us-v-them, and me-v-we boundaries.

P: Is that your spiritual advice?

C: That’s my eco-equity Continuous Quality Improvement permacultured advice, straight out of the Order of Positive Intent’s prayer book, for greatest effect with least dissonance. We used to call it the Golden Rule, but now we are learning to apply it somewhat more broadly, to how we treat all species, all information, all communication, moments, days, lives, learning, and generations, past, present, and future, as EcoSelf (0) = Grace of Thermodynamic Balance [+ = (-)(-), as Yang = Reverse-Yin diametric restraint, as P = NP]—not so much Self-Centric, and refusing to play nice.

P: I think I regenerate, theoretically, what you did there—and I’m feeling positive, even hopeful, about this analogical way of comprehending QBit spacetime, and bicameral in/ex-formating systems development, and comprehensive coincidentalism, and universalism, and integral intelligence, and sociotherapy, and bicameral psychotherapy, and bioethics, and….

Assuming this might go on for a few hours, Sr. Brennan, EcoMinistry Chaplain, excused herself; without any apparent interruption of Bucky’s positively regenerative, and inclusively analogical, string theory, traveling its regenerative pilgrimage toward self-perpetuating organic compost.

Infometric EcoSystems: Tegmark meets Fuller

I appreciated Tegmark’s growing awareness of scientific research as a cooperative enterprise. It reminds me of Gregori Perelman’s reasons for disappearing into the metaphysical universe of anonymity after rejecting the Clay Millennium Math Prize for what became the 0-soul theorem.

Going back a bit further into the history of metric systems as reality and as metaphysics, I was disappointed to not find any relationship between Tegmark’s double hypothesis and the earlier work of Buckminster Fuller’s “Synergetics,” Synergetics: Explorations in the Geometry of Thinking in turn rooted in Euler’s understanding of metric systems as not so much about numeric symbols and forms, but about function. Fuller recognized both physical and metaphysical universes sharing a (0)-Core Vector, or Vortex, in a verb-functional relationship, and potentially rational, Whole System Universal Intelligence. So, I was surprised that Tegmark modeled and analogized about a universal metric stability, unchanging structures, rather than potentially regenerative when fractally wave-functioned, within a 4-equidimensional Information System, following Einstein’s 4-prime dimensional equi-valent assumption.

In Fuller’s field, or stage, theory of synergetic regenerativity, information explicates, emerges and sustains, our Physical Universe, just as a “Dark” exformed-implicated reverse-trending magnetic-ergetic wave frequency implicates our bicameral Metaphysical Universe. As without, so within, but right-brain cognized as an unraveling negative-reversed-film-fading icon of sensory memory. While this remains a conjecture, there is an appealing aesthetic quality to its thermodynamic and magnetic wave trend balance, with information synergetically wrapping into a physical universe string, composed of intertwined solar system strings, composed of planetary threads, and this one, called Earth, more recently pushing out a double-elliptical binomially-balanced DNA self-regenerating string.

All these string-systems are teleologically imaged as unraveling in reverse-implicated temporal wave streams of exformation. I am disappointed that Max Tegmark has apparently missed the geometrics and the Universal Intelligent design of Bucky Fuller. This conversation would be a more synergetic read, and a read of this synergy might emerge as a scientific cultural Trimtab–greatest effectiveness with least anomaly or dissonance. Perhaps, underlying the other laws of thermodynamic/magnetic waving and stringing about, is the proto-historical teleological assumption that the Prime Law, or First Systemetric Principle, is the Law of Thermodynamic Balance, where + = (-)(-), and +Polynomials in any n-dimension = (-)Polynomials OR spacetime geo/biometrics are intrinsically irrational and dissonant without sustainable systemic formation, function, wave frequencies, or bicameral/binary/binomial balance.

In a balanced and positive teleological formation trend, metric form is to function, as +/- function is to positive/informative and negative/exforming frequency trends. All of this within a (0)-soul vector(+P)/vortex(-P) smooth-structured self-regenerative double-elliptical torus. Imagine a self-perpetuating tree-information system in which informative nutrients develop richly nutritious seeds that fall down into the soil providing enthymematic nutrients for the tree’s magnetic-south trending (implicating tendrils reaching down into the fertile rich soil) root system. What is positive for the root system is also positive trending for the leaves and blossom development.

So I guess the greatest sustainable effect for this +/-(0)Prime Relationship infometric development system is to water the flowers of cooperative intent and mindfulness, while listening with wisdom to the weeds of competitive paradigmatic monocultures, information silos of specialization, hoarding fatty wealth deposits, and lack of intent to communicate back through the wisdom of our elders and colleagues for the Continuous Quality Improvement of future generations.

Tegmark seems better at balancing ethical values than he is at balancing metric values and functions. And, if I had to choose which is most important to learn about, I would choose his flowers over his weeds.

CT-ReGenesis Project’s proposed mission is to rearrange our State more nutritiously and equitably; one home, one neighborhood, one cooperative moment in time.

 

We believe Habitat for Humanity, the Food Alliance, Council for Interreligious Understanding, and the Melville Charitable Trust already participate in this mission, as do we all. Some more intentionally; some less so.

 

This communication will introduce each of us to the others, within a proposal to design a cooperative network together. This cooperative project might have the potential to significantly expand how we define optimally supportive housing and homes, nutrition, and healthy well-being.

Who is in this CT-ReGenesis Network?

 

We are an informal cluster of individuals, three of whom are currently working part-time to propose that the four organizations (counting HfH chapters as representative of one international organization) could form a Core Network Team:

 

Mary Millican is a parent, former special needs school administrator, former owner of vintage retail enterprises, estate staging and closure experienced, master gardener, avid recycler. She wants to help Habitat ReStores, and other non-profit materials recyclers discuss how they might optimize their individual effectiveness for clients while minimizing transportation and acquisition expenses through cooperative networking and resource sharing.

 

Janet Tanner is a real estate agent with ReMax, an international brokerage firm. Her eco-justice and social justice experience includes advocacy for affordable housing, Habitat volunteer, horrible gardener and cook, shops at thrift stores because it is the logical thing to do, parent of a fully employed ADHD young adult. She wants to help people who are selling their houses get rid of their unwanted resources as generously, efficiently, and cost-effectively as possible, recycling goods into a cooperative distribution network where each item will return highest and best use where it is most needed in the local community. Habitat ReStores would be ideal organizing anchors for local gathering and distribution networks.

 

Gerald Dillenbeck, M. Div., MPA in Community Development, Permaculture Designer with special interest in the economics of ecological and nutritional development for at-risk populations. Interreligious EcoMinistry Chaplain at the Sustainable Farm School. He is a Taoist Christian, more or less; Ph.D. candidate in Holistic Teleology, occasionally; dissertation research is relevant to the mission of the proposed CT-Restore Cooperative Network. He is a former Habitat Board member (New Haven, in the 90s), sometimes a not-so-great community gardener, and vegetarian cook, member of the Order of Universal Interfaith, former President of the CT Housing Coalition, former grants administrator for Covenant to Care for Children, which, among other things, distributes clothes, and sometimes nutrients, through a network of faith communities, to at-risk kids throughout Connecticut.

 

Jerry (seldom “Gerald”) would like to help form religious and secular youth leadership teams to discuss and grow toward CQI standards for optimal nutrition, home environments, and sustainable vocations in a globally “rearranging” self-awareness. This requires formational environments mindful of the diverse and mutual well-being of all individuals, and all species. His favorite story is Dr. Seuss’ Horton Hears a Who, “A person’s a person. No matter how small.”

CT-ReGenesis Network’s potential value for HfH and ReStores: Two Scenarios

 

First Scenario

 

Each Habitat ReStore is loaded with great resources including many that have filtered through various Youth Transition Teams, sometimes as community improvement volunteer projects that have led to establishing entrepreneurial cooperative enterprises, vocations, and guild associations. The Americorps/VISTA programmatic platform has been tailored to support challenged young adults move into sustainable Transition Team vocations.

  • Good reconditioned appliances [entrepreneurial venture of a Youth Transition Team]
  • Furnishings, including refinished/painted by a Transition Team(s)

Most of the more established real estate agents in Connecticut are supporting the ReStore Cooperative Network’s expenses to pick up their property sellers’ unwanted items prior to closing, then distribute those goods where they will return the highest value. This follows the CQI value template for greatest effectiveness in response to trauma, potential pathology, lack of well-being, with least overall resource loss. Resource investments include living-wage time invested by cooperative worker-owners, and energy/nutrient depletion.

 

Also available at the ReStores, or other neighborhood/community center space, are Restoration Incubators for homeschool education, training, recreation, and vocational development space. These Centers are home to the HfH, Food, and Housing AmeriCorps/Vista youth leadership and internship programs, and may provide after-school Deep Learning activities available from the Sustainable Farm School, Gaia University, etc. AmeriCorps stipends are initially paid through a Melville Foundation grant, and eventually through ReStore sales and cooperative exchanges within the Network.

 

Additional classes, cooperative employment, activities that might emerge from these Incubators, depending on local interest and needs:

  • staging services for real estate sales,
  • solar and wind energy production,
  • Community Farm Association transactions, food banks,
  • designing organic, edible landscapes and gardens, and installation support services,
  • mural design teams,
  • cooperative stores and exchange centers for clothing, toys, books, tools, seeds, organic fertilizers, mulch,
  • child and elder care,
  • tax assistance,
  • classes in nonviolent communication, writing, entrepreneurial development, natural construction and crafts, permaculture design, interfaith dialogue, cooking, preserving, yoga, Tai Chi, meditation,
  • support for the formation of residential cooperatives, partnering indigenous tenants in multis with property owners looking for a buyer.

 

Second Scenario

 

Each Habitat homeowner receives a broader scope of services, as needed and welcomed.

  • Recycled, natural and low carbon-footprint building materials and  systems design;
  • Optimized functional, aesthetic, and ecological site planning and landscape design;
  • Access to cooperative-subsidized alternative energy [a potential Transition Team enterprise];
  • Green/natural/recycled/refinished/repurposed furnishings and interior design, new homes fully staged in consultation with homeowners [Transition Team enterprise];
  • Edible landscape design, including organic gardening, on site, or within a nearby community garden setting [Transition Team enterprise];
  • Full garden-to-table-to-compost nutritional loop support system—implementation and/or maintenance, as needed and wanted [Transition Team service];
  • Functional bicycles/tricycles, cargo pedal systems, possibly battery-fueled vehicles eventually [Transition Team services and/or entrepreneurial enterprise];
  • Access to organic CFA cooperative;
  • Access to treadmills, exercise bikes, aerobic equipment connected to electric meters [Transition Team enterprise];
  • Solar panels, wind/water turbine energy production system on site as feasible [Transition Team enterprise].

 

In addition to these two scenarios, HfH relationships with constituent faith communities may be enriched with enhanced youth ministry connectivity and a broader band of useful volunteer skill sets, more inclusive of all ages and genders.

 

 

CT-ReGenesis  significant values for the CT Council for Interreligious Understanding (CCIU)

 

This opportunity framework is somewhat the mutually symbiotic reverse of the Habitat possible futures scenarios.

 

Adolescence through young adulthood is the stage we are increasingly losing kids from intentional faith communities, and other formational systems, such as schools. Perhaps even more true in a globally interfacing culture, young adults are discovering their life journeys informed by the “Religious Commons,” what is held as sacred by all faith traditions, including those that have become secularized, like science, the arts, humanities.

 

Resilient, “deep learning” development systems help us understand ourselves and mature most effectively in an intentionally diverse environment, with others we may primordially see as not like me. Deviant frames of reference, appreciatively facilitated, become richly valued diversity for better understanding the range of assets, resources, and nutrients in Universe. Cultural strengths and challenges inform each other through the individual’s original lens of meaning and value. This seems to be true in all regenerative economies, whether they are pedagogical, spiritual, financial, communication, ecological, or possibly even genetic information systems.

 

CT-ReGenesis is informed by a combined economic, ecological, and social justice agenda long familiar to the religious sector. Faith community participation in this cooperative network may increase interreligious opportunities for dialogue, understanding, and cooperative neighborhood improvement projects. Those with skills and interests in alternative energy, new economics, eco-justice, international justice dialogue and discernment, gardening and agriculture, nutrition and food preparation, therapeutic and nutritional education, permaculture design, holistic therapies and medicines, planning and design, nonviolent communication and living, group facilitation, compassionate therapy, are a rich source for mentoring, team leaders, and skill-shares.

 

Faith community members may want to consider stronger nutritional and environmental standards for their own properties. For example, more edible plants and less grass, buying into an alternative energy cooperative, harvesting solar and/or wind power on-site, group purchases of local CFA contracts, investing in local cooperatives, organic farms, and intentional communities, responding to local needs for more affordable and sustainable habitats.

 

Faith communities may come to think of their HfH affiliate as the local religious sector’s incubator for housing, economic and nutritional and vocational development, and neighborhood improvement partnerships. Individuals may discover that their religious tradition is more dynamic and compelling within a more inclusive polyculture. If participation in this cooperative network transforms Habitat’s Restores into incubators, participation by CCIU may transform this platform for mutual understanding into more of a positive teleological laboratory. CT-ReGenesis network developers may want to consider the Interfaith Youth Core (www.ifyc.org) as a rich resource for linking youth ministry to interreligious understanding and housing/human/environmental service projects. There is also a federal initiative for interreligious cooperation and community service that may be useful for drawing higher profile momentum.

 

 

Regenerative Nutrients for the CT Food System Alliance

 

Food systems are nutrient systems. Food, power, medicine, health are words that have been closely associated with each other since early symbolic communication, and these are all about nutritional flow. The Permaculture Design principle of greatest effect with least effort is all about optimizing the improvement of quality, measured in nutrients, energy, vigor, thriving, rather than the lower qualitative standard of survival of the fittest. Regenerative evolution of nutritional flow aspires to abundance, resilience, healthy sustainability far into our future. The evolution of nutrient systems becomes revolutionary as our focus moves from survival toward global thriving.

 

Thich Nhat Hanh understands communication as a type of nutrition. What we sensorily absorb from our environment, whether through taste, sight, insight, or hearing, lies on a spectrum from abundantly nutritious to offensively toxic, even poisonous in sufficient amounts. Substances, sounds, views, fragrances, feelings, ideas, informationthat we are drawn to because they enrich our selves, and our Universe, are nutritious; those we avoid have proven to be toxic.

 

Both science and religions agree that our neural and nutritional systems evolved through natural systems experience, following natural principles of thermodynamic balance and development, regardless of the polynomial, polycultural, paradigmatic, or power/energy frame through which we have learned to comprehend Universe. Our most permanently-encultured (PermaCultured) frames, or narrative strings, extend back through our proto-history toward an even more Primal Root in the form of shared RNA Codex.  RNA-coded nutrient-fed-and-yielding development systems define the form and function of all living cells. In a sense, natural sciences recognize RNA as our universal progenitor of life, and each neural/nutrient system is an articulation of that global, natural, and primal plasmatic river. Our neural systems thrive with natural nutrition abundance, and avoid dissonant, toxic, anomalous, and entropic dissonance patterns (negative deviance, in Group, BioEvolutionary, and Cognitive Dissonance Theories).

 

Forming a newly-activated intentionally designed polyculture with affordable housing developers, neighborhood organizations, interreligious intentional communities, and post-millennial young leaders, heads of young families, populations at-risk of homelessness and poor nutrition, promises greatest inclusive effectiveness, with least redundancy of organizational and program-delivery expense. Strategies that are more academic and school-based tend to be less effective and well-sustained at the family level because these are not responsive to the specific situations of each household.  Program delivery limited to school-based participation seldom engage at-risk parents in the sustained and holistic way that would be most helpful for family well-being and health, including mental and economic health.

 

Organic carrots, even habitually devoured, will only go so far in meeting the full nutritional needs of a family living in a chronically stressed environment.  On the other hand, a family suffering from PTSD eating organic carrots will probably do better than the neighbor devouring the equivalent weight of quick-fix toxins and sugars.

 

Youth EcoMinistry settings are also ideal opportunities for all of us to teach each other about our growing awareness that nutrition v. toxin is a range of resource variables that crosses all sensory receptors, from touch through sight. Both positive and negative deviance information travels across all natural systems and paradigms, sometimes enriching, sometimes decaying, adding further dissonance, sometimes adding great beauty and grace and feeling to a growing global comprehension of our nutritional vocation to be sure every individual’s health and energy developmental needs are met. Nutrition optimization is healthy self-care (greatest effect) and dissonance prevention (least resistance).

Community and Economic Developers, and Permaculture Designers, come to the topic of nutrition from an unusual position, especially if they have watched and listened to the nutritional flow of our global wealth evaporate.  While research funders are finding significant productive value in cooperative-learning structures, philanthropists are finding the competitive grants economy unsuitable for encouraging cooperation and networking. This dissonance becomes more urgent as social investors of good will are confronted by the viral growth of the non-profit sector, each becoming increasingly skilled as a special interest lobby for its exclusive domain, territory, and mission.

 

Adding considerable climatic cacophony to the evaporative trend of philanthropic dollars: When investment markets do poorly, the suffering of competing worthy missions raises to a higher pitch. Generous social investors’ wealth deposits shrink, and calcify, deplete, and become of incrementally less functional value in the face of further climatic change. The nutritional power of the grants and research economy wanes as need becomes more acute, critical, dissonant, chaotic, moving toward despair. The nutritional wealth of our communities ebbs as our communication resonantly echoes and flows with the discord of not enough, and exclusion, and not in my backyard.

 

Diverse theories and practices of systemic change frequently note that enduring transformation is more likely in the presence of both (a) a compassionate sense of urgency, and (b) an inclusively mindful intention to develop resilient cooperative relationships. The greatest compassionate effect, in the face of increasingly critical global suffering, is to be and do the opposite of what is least mindful, most exclusionary and competitive—creating a vacuum of subcultural, exclusionary, chauvinism. Housing is the Answer! when our questions are provincial, rather than mindful of whole household-systems analysis.

 

Solving the problem of homelessness, especially through diverse forms of Supportive Housing was a strategic choice at a time when the philanthropic sector was investing in food and nutrition, but not so much in shelter. The scandal of people without shelter in the midst of affluence appalled the Trust’s Founders. This combination of urgent compassion and holistically mindful strategy has superlatively served the MCT in achieving remarkable socioeconomic influence for a more inclusively equitable society.

 

This cooperatively intended proposal celebrates a watershed moment in the possibilities for achieving realistic CQI outcomes for eco-justice and for humanity, for inclusively restoring people in a place of increasing climatic vulnerability.

 

Until recently, social investors have been offered opportunities to invest in prevention of loss strategies or more urgent intervention to remediate critical losses already incurred. Supportive Housing has usually been an intervention tool, while affordable housing projects, more broadly argue that local access to affordability helps prevent homelessness, as well as having other well-being benefits.

 

Based on the symbiotic principles of Permaculture Design and Buckminster Fuller’s Theory of Regenerativity, the CT-ReGenesis Cooperative Network seeks a more inclusive regeneration strategy. Restoring value in people, places, materials, thoughts, actions, words intends to prevent decay of our commonly held values (air, water, soil, nutrients, communication, information, beauty, gratitude, love, mindfulness, equity, integrity), one moment at a time heuristically assumed as an eternal positive teleological place. Somewhere within our network of diverse repurposing, we can help each other find our most mutually confluent home and purpose, if we choose cooperative rather than the more competitive side-by-sideness of walled missions designed to support institutional survival more than shared vocational purpose.

 

Restoration intervenes at the first identified risk of loss and disvalue, minimizes loss by identifying highest potential purpose through existing relationships, reorientation, reuse with least economic and ecological cost to our present and future. This seems like an appropriate metric for Continuous Quality Improvement within any system, set, or universe.

 

Cooperative polycultures are more productive of positive resources, nutrients, information, more resilient, easily and inexpensively maintained, resistant to dissonance and disease, mutually enriching, mutually grateful for nutritious diversity, than the competitive economies of scarcity in monocultural self-preoccupied identities.

 

A pre-development grant to mutually design the CT-Restore Network from three individuals to four, and more, cooperative, mutually-investing, organizations would be helpful. More significant in the larger picture, perhaps the MCT could invite other New England/New York social investors to discuss and discern the possibilities for supporting cooperative enterprises informed by regenerative values, intent, and practice. Our path is recycling; our goal is profoundly deep socio-ecological regeneration.

 

It would be extremely helpful if the MCT Executive Director and/or Trustees could collaborate on a media plan for this project and the ecology of cooperative economics, social investment, and philanthropy that forms this cooperative project’s theoretical infrastructure. This might conceivably be of interest not only to the CT Council for Philanthropy, but also communication outlets beyond Connecticut.

 

Our philanthropic foundational question becomes “If we are not 100% invested in cooperative and community-based regenerative initiatives, then on what basis would we expect highest CQI sustainable return on our investments? Is it ethical, is it morally appropriate to the needs and expectations of future generations and species, to settle for anything less than our 100% commitment to a regeneratively equitable and inclusive economy and ecology; bringing us the biggest bang for least bucks?

 

At the end of the day, each era, each project, we are each and all recycled nature, restoring our pilgrimage home, where past greets future, with gratitude for what we have started, and what may further evolve from our own endings.

The Taoist Doctor of Ministry Proposal

Greetings:
I hope you might let me know if you have any interest in a Doctor of Ministry project that would essentially blend M. T. Winter’s work in Quantum Theology with the positive teleological assumptions implied by Buckminster Fuller’s “Synergetics”, which he defined as equivalent to an ecology of love, and/or grace.
While this may be more appropriate to the Doctor of Philosophy program, I am personally more interested in its holistic and feminist applications to at-risk populations in Connecticut, than I am Fuller’s Theory of Regenerativity, as an obscure, but certainly holistic, metaphysical system.
Whatever you think best for Hartford Seminary, and opportunities to link this dissertation/research project with current Hartford Institute initiatives, is fine with me.
Synopsis:
There appears to be a moment in every religious tradition when human enlightenment comprehends why the threshold to paradise requires absolute ego-purgation. Two metric systems theorists who may exemplify this level of comprehension are Buckminster Fuller and Gregori Perelman, of Group Theory fame. Yet the underlying positive teleological assumption that we are, each and all, better as holonically related to an omnipresent and omnipotent Universal Intelligence is as old and culturally pervasive as the Golden Rule. Doing to Environment as we positively hope, with gratitude, Environment will regenerate me is predicated on a rational belief that each of us is systemically related to Environment. The Universal Intelligence Brahman and the CoCreator Atmanic “Ego-Self” are primally related as

If this adage-meets-analogy way of seeing the prime relationship between natural and spiritual systems proves to be scientifically and metrically accurate, pastoral and sociotherapeutic implications abound. One example of the richly abundant wealth of this perspective is the interesting work within Permaculture Design’s “Interior Landscape” of self- and people-care, and this Design’s economic/ecological equity-normative value system. Nutrient flows through our constituencies may be positive resources and/or negatively dissonant and toxic when sustained, tending toward systemic effects that are increasingly volatile, climatic, chaotic, and, in some teleological perspectives, even demonic. Positively confluent deviance is the opposite perspective from that captured in Cognitive Dissonance Theory. The socio- and eco-therapeutic advantages of a Positive Teleological Assumption run rampant through
  • Positive Psychology,
  • the brilliant Positive Deviance Initiative’s missional effectiveness for developing sustainable, indigenously-resourced, well-being systemic change (www.positivedeviance.org),
  • the Ecology of inductive Grace as profoundly balanced with Natural Law and deductive Logic,
  • and may even offer a theoretical and dynamic explanation for the apparent strength of Feminist Psycho-Social Therapy (see Laura Brown, “Subversive Dialogues” as an excellent example).
Financial incentives for Hartford Seminary may be equally generous.
  • The proposed CT Youth ReGenesis EcoMinistry Project may fit confluently with the Association of Theological Schools’ “comprehensive initiative on global awareness and engagement,” currently funded by the Henry Luce Foundation.
  • An information systemic implication of Regenerativity Theory may be that Polynomial Information equals Non (or “Ex”)-Polynomial Information. A mathematically and teleologically satisfactory theorem proving this conjecture of metric equity could qualify Hartford Seminary for anywhere from one to seven million dollars in Clay Millennium Challenge awards, pending two years of juried acceptance. Research in this area would also be of interest to the National Science Foundation and the National Endowment for the Humanities.
  • Engaging the Hartford Institute as the research center for the proposed CT Youth ReGenesis EcoMinistry Project could attract both private and public-sector philanthropic and social-investor interest, and serve as an international prototype for synergetically developing interreligious communities of mindful practice and Appreciative Inquiry (www.centerforappreciativeinquiry.net). As an active member of the National Coalition for Dialogue and Deliberation (NCDD), I am certain that there would be considerable interest in many academic departments throughout Connecticut and beyond. This proposal is essentially about dynamically balanced communities of spirit-nature discernment. There are global and national political, legislative, policy, and public governance “practice” implications.
  • Finally, I believe it may place in regenerative context the issue of growing and sustaining faith-filled communities, individuals, and culturally-informed species. In this light, all the current Hartford Institute research projects might be theoretically informed by Regenerativity Theory and its Positive Teleological Assumption.
When I last talked to David Roozen about the feasibility of entering the Doctor of Ministry program, I still lacked two essential resources to proceed.  One is capacity to pay tuition and fees–which remains problematic, although I believe I could generate far more than that through research grants and fellowship income should you be willing to take that risk with me. The other was a ministry site. Last week I was offered the part-time position of Chaplain at the Sustainable Farm School, entering its fourth year with a relocation to the 400 block of Farmington Avenue, West End, Hartford (your neighborhood). SFS is an interreligious parochial–but never provincial–laboratory for youth formation in Permaculture Design, both Interior and Exterior Landscapes.
Attached is my final paper for Professor Roozen’s excellent class on change-agency within communities of faith. In it I took some analogous liberties with M.T. Winter’s Paradoxology, which I hope will resonate; and not cause more dissonance.

ReGenesis on the 0-soul Comprehensive Post-Millennial Cusp

Bruce Schuman recently reminded me of  Bucky Fuller’s intimations of a near-future pulsating and networked genius, he often referred to as Universal Intelligence. Others, earlier prophets perhaps, referred to Fuller’s U.I. as Original Intent, or Original Instruction.

Fuller’s Theory of ReGenerativity can get rather too metric for most, but his metaphysical analogies are easier to follow. Basically, Fuller believed that the Golden Ratio and the Golden Relationship Rule are mutually analogous and rationally related; a kind of Prime Relationship, like Yang is to Yin,
1 is to 0,
plus is to minus,
therapy is to pathology,
Deduction is to Induction,
as Bohm’s Explicate Order is to Implicate Order.
These are each appositionally dipolar related, mutually defining Prime Axial Relationships of Universal Law and Analogy (Metaphoric and Mythic).

To be Pro-Genitor is also to be
pre-generative, is also to becoming
an In-formative QBit; but not yet In-Formed, or no longer In-Formative [Ex-Formed, unformed, not  a bit informed, not formed].

So, pro-genitive, Creator, Deep Gratitude bonds are Prime Relationship Bonds of mutual gravity, thermodynamics, and gratitude. SuperEco-Equity is metric, but also normative; economic, but also ecological; natural, but also spiritual; Physical, but also Metaphysical; synergetically patterned, but also curvilinearly flowing; metanoia, but also diastasis; Orthodox, but also Paradox; Yang, but also Reverse-Yinned; Information, but also Ex-Formed; and Ex-Formed, but also Pro-Genitive; Decompositioned, but also Regenerative potential compost; leads to ReGenetive Awareness, leads to ReGenesis.

If we were to conjoin the genius of Fuller to the genius of Julian Jaynes (and David Abram) regarding the cultural and linguistic development of Left-hemisphere dominance, and the concomitant dominance of deductive reasoning, over inductive comprehension; of logic over analogy; of male over female; of Law over grace and mercy; of Western Culture over Eastern Culture; then

Dissonant worry and anxiety about the future [Yang function]
Reflect dissonant experience within our shared past [balances Yin frequencies].

Worrying about the future [Yang function] indicates

First Stage: Urgent Need for a Climatic Trend Reversal AND Grateful-Mindful Leadership

 

The most gratifying attribute of cyclical and self-reproducing Living Systems is their permanence, their lack of ending. Their greatest weakness is the reverse view; there is no place in particular to begin to tell their story.

 

Connecticut is in disarray. Faith in the future evaporates with the aquifer, and healthy air and soil and lives. The sense of urgency, not for more random change, but for socio-economic and ecological transformation, emergently grows toward its own ominous conclusion; Business As Usual is dying.

 

The voluntary, and sometimes involuntary, exodus of the Millennial Generation from our places of formation–schools, temples, churches, farms, skilled labor guilds, extended families and small villages—leads to a healthy heuristic assumption that our need for urgency is sufficiently tilted toward a new “highest and best use” Search status.  As an emergent post-millennial community of (0)-Carbon Footprint Faith, perhaps we are ready to re-link (re-ligion) our PermaCultured Golden Rule/Ratio Traditions to our Left-Brain’s favorite child, Deductive Scientific Method.

 

The literature on organizing improvement within faith communities (and the term faithless community appears oxymoronic to anyone who has ever tried to live in the semblance of a sane community, so perhaps we can simply agree that any assembly of people deserving the appellation community also deserves to be thought of as a “faith community”) redundantly emphasizes two necessary ingredients for successful change, urgency and mindful-grateful leadership; leadership quality that is itself openly and inclusively responsive to constituents. While some emphasize urgency over effective leadership (Schaller, Macy and Johnstone, Gershon, Kotter) and others appear to emphasize  effective leadership over sense of urgency (McNeal, Bass, Schwarz, Dale, Atlee), probably we all agree that having both is optimal, and presumably necessary to sustain community spirit for revival into perpetuity.

 

The proposed D. Min. project topic, “Intentional ReGenesis: A Case Study in PermaCultured Youth Sustainability through EcoMinistry Formation,” is metrically and naturally rooted in Buckminster Fuller’s Theory of Regenerativity. However, it is spiritually and normatively rooted in an elaborate polycultural map. On this map, the Dalai Lama’s definition of compassion will point toward a collective sense of urgency to relieve shared suffering. Our Polyculture Map also uses the Dalai Lama’s definition of mindfulness as the necessary avenue toward an effective leadership of prehensile, enthymematic, and diastatically engorged gratitude.

 

Fuller’s Metaphysical metrics and predictions regarding “an eternally changeless definition of all understanding,” translated into Taoist, Buddhist, and Trinitarian terminology, offer us the heuristic assumption that the most regeneratively balanced ecology is the one that is most sustainable and resilient through transformative change. We will define this Prime Relationship Balance as:

Compassionate suffering Yin (purgative awareness) = -0 Prime-Linear Appositional Information about urgent disvalue (Ex-Formative sociopathology beliefs), AND

Mind/grate-ful mutual leadership Yang (sublimation is defined as mutual-exegetical synergetic understanding) = +1.00% Prime Binary Information System Value

In other words: Greatest Effect (Yang+e) with Least Effort (Yin-e) Balances PermaCulturally when assets/strengths are recognized as gratuitous resources to overcome our current socioeconomic pathology, or weakness. This is a Yang/Yin holistic feminist-inclusively-balanced teleological ecology.

When Yang and Yin levels within any one ecosystem, or community, are in balance, then we have an optimal environment for self-perpetuating and sustaining (regenerative) Deep Growth.  Harmonious Tao-Centered trends facilitate multi-species’ (and multi-religious Traditions’) mutual nourishment, health, and well-being. Permaculture Design and Positive Deviance (PD) principles provide a ubiquitous and deep learning ecology through the development of language steeped in natural system metaphor, metric-numeric reiterative system-pattern development, and feminist/holistic therapeutic communication paradigms (David Abram, Julian Jaynes, Laura S. Brown, Miriam Therese Winter).

Second Stage: Cooperative Symbiotic Growth v. Competitive Linear Progress Myths

The literature on effective models for managing sustainable development includes some diversity of thought about how to best measure success. Are we about the business of growing in size, perpetually, across time, continuing to grow in numbers until the individual community, or paradigm, or belief system, or language, or species has created a monoculture? This sounds uncomfortably akin to Dr. Seuss’s parable of The Lorax. Alarmingly rapid changes in climate are teaching us that this way of defining human success points toward its own ultimate demise, bringing down most of our other-species allies with us. Basic laws of thermodynamic balance remind us that if the resources we expend outweigh the resources we take in on a sustained basis, then entropy describes our future. Our community’s most sustainable growth with least dissonance to the larger ecology may best be informed by a Deep Learning read of Fletcher Peacock’s Water the Flowers, Not the Weeds.

Much of the literature on growth of communities places more emphasis on qualitative measurements of success, or effectiveness. We might think of these outcomes as the slow, natural, rooting growth toward depth; becoming embedded in sustainable root networks of diversity and mutual enrichment (Dale, McNeal, Schwarz, Macy and Johnstone). To grow as a person of faith is to grow as a mutual minister embedded in a polyculture of EcoMinistry (Eco conjoins Economy and Ecology). Effective leadership follows growth in compassion; compassion emerges through the mutuality of cooperative, mindful, grateful development and stewardship. This natural systems analogical paradigm lies at the heart of Fuller’s Metaphysics of gratitude, belonging to the Commons, Spaceship Earth, (rather than materialistic reductionism, the memes of property and ownership), and the symbiotic, precessive, relationship-co-designing/desiring, trend of self-regenerative ecosystems.

Buckminster Fuller was  interested, in his later years, in a Theory of Regenerativity. In his Synergetics and Synergetics 2 (1975, 1979), especially Synergetics 2, he may have anticipated Gregori Perelman’s proof of the soul conjecture (1994) in Mathematics’ Group Theory, assuming n-dimensional symmetric, elliptic, structural boundaries-as-Vertex/Vortex Janus-faced Relationship. Hierarchically staged (folding and unfolding) relationships in a 0-soul Core Vertex Universe are isomorphic, and therefore mutually holonic.

It is precisely this symmetrical/appositional Information Codex as normative that may have connected, for Fuller, with the issue of Special Case Information Systems as the land of Physics. Fuller defines our Whole Systems Universe as: “the integral of all metaphysical and physical phenomena.” (1075.22, 1979)  Universe as a mental place of comprehended relationship AND the Exterior Landscape of physical/natural thermodynamic laws, AND an iterative conversation of mutual teaching-learning. He summarizes the metric and rhythmic significance of Einstein’s, and his own, prehensile attraction toward an optimally satisfying Universal Field Theory as

Third Stage: What is comprehensible (Polynomial Information-P) is appositional to what is proven to be Not-Polynomial Information-NP (confirmed not-real value).

Fuller believed that Polynomial Time and Space enjoy a self-perpetuating timeless P=NP equity balance. Information develops in ways that are normatively analogous to a Taoist description of Yang = +100% of Universal Natural Energy System and Yin = (-)100% of Universal Metaphysical System. Natural (Physical) systems thereby form the normative boundaries for (0) Balanced universal information system hierarchical-holonic structure.

Stored awareness of natural law boundaries within organic systems is Codex. Information Codex is bound by dimensional binary Information Balance structure, or staging, constraints of sequence and pattern, that we again discover in William Thurston’s 8-possible Prime Universes–spatial and/or temporal–in Group Theory. This Codex assumes that Polynomial Space/Time is indeed reversely equivalent to Not-Polynomial Metaphysical-Mental Codex Place/Moment Metric Systems. When that underlying assumption is supported and celebrated by our bicameral humanity, then Earth and her inhabitants improve our teleological pilgrimage trajectory toward consonant/dissonant abundant balance. Faith and hope flourish in a 4-Based Deep Econometric-Ecology, and blossom through Original Instruction Code to resist not-thriving, lack of string-resilience, increasing Problems of Incommensurability, in a bionic-binary-balanced In-forming Trans-Analogizing Metric/Linguistic Communication System.

Fuller often notes that the precessive/recessive patterns of space/time are redundantly expressed in the basic organic and sub-atomic structures of natural energy systems. Fuller’s Figure 203.09 (1975) predicts the underlying Codex expressed in the Higgs Boson, the tetrahedral 4-Staged structure of logic and trigonometry, laws of thermodynamic balance, analogy, communication, organic system regeneration (the life/death/fertilization/new-generation cycles of plants, and the 4-Season Earth-Sun Cycle Rotation,  for example), RNA, octaves, and double-bind-fractals.

Fourth Stage: Aha! Insight and Fractal Synergetic Rhythm Metrics

It is interesting to speculate that Fuller may have, at least implicitly, predicted that a Millennial Generation would PermaCulturally become aware of the implications of his Theory of ReGenerativity. Eventually, when the springtime of  human faith becomes ripe for Regenesis, we might find a successful resolution of Einstein’s pilgrimage of only relative-success, where P and NP remain winterized as not necessarily symmetrical; yet we hope they reflect Tao.

Earth, air, water, and bio-systems are overheating and moving toward entropic loss of Information organizing capacity, which will reverse after political, economic, and religious leaders recognize the abundant comprehensive power of  (0) Balanced In/Ex-Formation as both normatively and metrically balanced.[1] In other words, if it were not true that Polynomial equals Not-Polynomial Information in reverse linear, hierarchical, and fractal-staged Prime Relationship sequence, then human comprehension would not be possible.  When we comprehend (Fuller’s parallel to the Dalai Lama’s universal “mindfulness”)  that Not-Polynomial Ex-Formation, in any (0) soul Prime Rooted Information Universe, equals (-)100% of Polynomial Deductive Logic Information pattern sequence, and rhythm, humanly cognizable in the eternal/permanent inductive moment.

Fuller provides us with a reverse linear-time rhythmic projection toward our immediate Aha! Experience in Figure 1130.24, pp. 452-3, in which the Second Millennial Generation rather miraculously, maybe even heroically, embraces the fundamental laws of thermodynamically balanced gratitude, ethically and naturally and spiritually, normatively and inductively, even synaptically. An ergetic un-forming, unfolding, abundantly diastatic retrovirus reveals her “anti-matter” Not-Self=NP. Discovering her as the shy, virginal Yin Muse of GratitudeInfused Creative Synergy, the feminist, our shared Right-Hemisphere reveals -.50% of the Original Instruction Codex soul; it is Self optimizing to do no harm to Other. Yang/Yin ReGenerative dynamic equilibrium revolves a taproot back to our First Millennium’s Golden Rule, Ratio, and Elixir. Individuated-Self is to Other as Other has always been to our We-Self RNA Community String, Story, Song.

To comprehend the Commons as we would have the Commons sustainably communicate with Humans (certainly including Self), is to optimize nutritional and economic abundance, depth, and wisdom. The Commons, including metaphysically encultured pilgrimage Traditions back to our Original Instruction, teaches our teleological mission to ReGenerate Deep Ecology.

 

Stage Five: TrimTab Primary Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Principle of Greatest Effect for Least Effort: adhere to Golden Rule/Ratio

As mystics, polymaths, artists, architects, have been noticing from earliest shamanic proto-history to present, the greatest effect for least effort  fundamental design principle is a radically inclusive Golden Rule because we are all in this mess together (Macy and Johnstone). We literally and figuratively, normatively and metrically, nutritionally and bionically, naturally and spiritually, metaphysically and physically, are what we have absorbed from our progenitors; we absorb what is already potentiated (gratuitously prehensile, compelling, co-attracting) in the next Holonic Place/Moment.  When our Bicameral Species globally comprehends our eisegetical Internal Landscape of Graced Ecology and exegetical External Landscape are mutually reiterative[2], then Fuller predicts (and perhaps Teilhard de Chardin) a Cosmic Aha! Event. This diastatic cultural event follows the dramatic comprehension of sustainable and equitable abundance through balanced gratitude-mindfulness. Our mutual suffering emerges as the emphatic and obvious reverse of our optimized confluent wisdom. Socioeconomic pathology conjoins socioecological therapy.

Wisdom, then, recommends mutually other-optimizing intent and commitment to cooperate socioeconomically and ecologically with the Commons (these are Win-Win Game Theory strategies for outcome optimization), which is the Explicate-Order (David Bohm)  Exterior Landscape of our diverse polycultures, nutrient streams, communication systems. Grace-filled cooperative intent and practice evolves from our universally shared PrimeRoot Zero; a Deep Learning mutually-sustaining Core Vertex, liminally co-circumscribing a Feminist-Octave 4-Based Vortex.

We become abundantly sufficient, EcoMinistry balanced, when we practice our Species’ vocational trajectory back to the nutrient communication strings rejoining us to a future globally inclusive Gold-Standard Polyculture. This long-range, 8-generation, Original Instruction is now emerging through the moment-to-moment recognition of ourselves in grateful relation with Others, and SacredOther as the absorbed nutrients that In-Form “We-Self” identity.

 

Stage Six: EcoMinister as Dynamic We/Me Win-Win Facilitator

Christian Schwarz chooses empowering facilitative leaders as the first of his eight necessary qualities for Natural Church Development optimization. “These pastors equip, support, motivate, and mentor individuals,”…. “They do not use lay workers as ‘helpers’.” (p. 24) This is leadership operating in a cooperative transaction economy, and ecology. Capitalists and socialists, government regulators and “free” enterprise advocates alike need not apply for the role of Reverse-Millennial ReGenesis leader. Empowerment optimizes as grateful cooperation becomes equilateral, mutually initiated and received. This is a highly mindful and enriching cooperative value exchange—equal value for equal value. Enterprise is never free; there are always energy transfers in any endeavor, any change, movement, vocation, mission, business. Profit that only works one way is a distorted view; it lacks value-balance.

Leaders who realize their own empowerment by empowering others experience how the “all by itself” [TrimTab-post synergetic “gift” Yields derived from yoking GreatestEffect-TherapyStrength with LeastEffort-Pathology] principle contributes to growth. (p. 25)

Mutually empowering iterative loops are the economic-ecologists Positive Deviance way of advocating the benefits of designed-inclusion for optimizing cooperative transactions. Appreciative Inquiry (rooted in hope of mutual gratitude) within an intentionally diverse polyculture, is more likely to result in a long-term sustainably successful mutual-profit balance, than operating within a monocultural ecosystem. Positive Deviance selects for indigenous assets in response to urgent, and collectively shared, eco-pathologies. Cooperative value transfers intend win-win symbiotic value optimization—the emergent Ecology of Gratuitous/Gift all by itself Positively Deviant Evolution. This is the kind of reality that sounds like our most abundant purpose is to grow in mutual compassion and gratefully inclusive mindfulness, of “WeSelf” co-prehensile Awareness. The fruits of compassion are cooperative-oriented transactions, expressions of significant mutual gratitude relationships.

Schwarz further observes that empowering sense-builders appreciate bipolar balance between “goal” and “relationship” orientations. In his theological paradigm, too many of us are either imbalanced toward a technocratic Me-faith (YangSpirit) or a spiritualistic We-hope(YinSpirit).  It is the adept religious leader who is able to consistently self-and-other empower, keeping both her faith-in-self-optimization focus, and hope-for-prime-relationship development, in equipoised balance.

Our polymathic ReGenesis EcoMinister maintains an internal and external holonic landscape that compassionately reflects gratitude for self as part of other, through hope for other as part of self; a combination of the Golden Rule and the enthymematic solidarity-awareness that “we are all, most-gratefully, in this together.”  This is a solidarity that echoes the sacramental marriage bond, having a double-bind synergetic intent—but applied universally, radically, inclusively, embracing all species and all of nature.

Our millennial Positive Deviance facilitator transliterates the symbol-patterns within and between self and other during an inclusive pilgrimage toward a mutually re-discovered Universe of ultimate co-passion. This sounds like a good love thing. But, is this theology supported by what we discover in natural patterns of healthy development? This, after all, is the infrastructural analogy behind Schwarz’s thesis; we are an In-formation Bicamerally-Coded Language-string-reiteration Species of perpetually reincarnating nature-Events. He implies that  spiritual and/or metaphysical information is morphologically comprehended through recognition of incarnated natural elements, confluent and dissonant symbols, value exchanges, and their systemic relationship patterns, development sequences and stages. These natural elements are in dynamic evolutionary relationship, so we can notice nature’s patterns to improve understanding of our regenerating Universe, and perhaps vice versa.

 

Stage Seven: Deep-Rooting PermaCultured EcoMinistry

The ReGenesis Project vision is that we are already an emergent Species of quasi-cooperative EcoMinister wanna-be’s. This Turning Point Generation faces a uniquely critical opportunity and is potentiated for this socioeco-equity transitional moment. Our hypothesis is that grace-filled apprehension toward a holistic teleological self- and world-view is more prominent within the Reverse-Bi-Millennial-ErgeticCusp Generation, and their PermaCultured RetroPositive Deviant elders. Further, our Project goal is to accelerate and democratize this Deep Grace/Gratitude Ecology through a variety of Dynamic Facilitation interreligious and secular youth leadership development venues. If we model a regenerative, dynamically inclusive process of Appreciative Inquiry, then the medium of dialogue will naturally revolve toward a mutually-held plan for regenerative Self-People-Earth development, with diverse paradigmatic applications—economics, creative design information technology, neighborhood revitalization, holistic health care, Time/Space v. Moment/Place autistic bipolar-affective dissonance therapy, Deep Learning pedagogy, green technology development toward 0 carbon footprint, improved non-violent communication practice, child, youth, and family well-being CQI policy reform, and public discernment/dialogue choice-making.

The Positive Deviance (PD) concept is based on the observation that in every community or organization there are a few individuals or groups whose uncommon but successful behaviors and strategies have enabled them to find better solutions to problems than their neighbors who face the same challenges and barriers and have access to [the] same resources.

 

The PD approach is a problem solving, asset-based approach grounded in the fact that communities have assets or resources they haven’t tapped.

Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a method for studying and changing social systems (groups, organizations, communities) that advocates collective inquiry into the best of what is in order to imagine what could be, followed by collective design of a desired future state that is compelling and thus, does not require the use of incentives, coercion or persuasion for planned change to occur.

Both Appreciative Inquiry and Positive Deviance are community-improvement oriented systems models. Both easily fall within the Interior and Exterior Landscape vision of Permaculture Design, as well as Positive Psychology, and Fuller’s Holistic Teleology. AI and PD (which we will stipulate as a symbol for both Positive Deviance and Permaculture Design) actively search for the strengths currently indigenous to the community, or polyculture, to optimize these untapped  resources for sustainable Continuous Quality Improvement. This is precisely what Christian Schwarz recommends to strategically bolster the faith community’s greatest weakness. Respond to system weakness by strategically focusing BusinessAsUsual- Deviant strength-nutrient out-lyers.

Achieving the greatest effect with the least effort is, perhaps, the prime principle of Permaculture Design. Designing for synergetic development by intentionally working with natural systemic assets, positive deviance, is efficient, and the most sustainable option among those available at any given time.  Appreciate Inquiry and Dynamic Facilitation are public dialogue technologies designed to include affected, effected, and infected constituencies as diversely as possible in discovering the Positively Deviant resources already indigenous to the choice-making community.  These PD resources are the dialogue population’s most under-employed, most richly-potentiated, asset toward a consensus solution of value. Consensus is limited only by the sufficiency of listening deeply to the diversity within the polyculture.   The more diversity within the active polyculture, dynamically drawn-into the effective dialogue environment, the more sustainable the solution—rather like adding tangy yogurt to warm milk, to diastatically regenerate the milk into an optimized population of yogurt.

Schwarz (logically confluent with Fuller, and Macy and Johnstone) refers to the economy of grace, or gratitude, as the all by itself principle; the emergent outcome of system regeneration. Abundant fruition, or fertility, of a system is not only greatest effect with least effort, it is also the evidence of what Buckminster Fuller calls emergent precession. Metaphysical precessions and all natural precession trending systems comprehend, or culminate, in a fractal moment of regenerative intent, given sufficient urgency and an adroitly facilitated Appreciate Inquiry learning culture. Precession is positive trend toward syntropy, synergy, forming symbiotic, confluent, harmoniously intricate networks of patterned relationship. Positive Deviance may be what natural teleologists recognize as Original Meaning or Golden Rule-Original Instruction.  Regardless, the taproot of comprehension brings further nourishment to the Original Meaning of enthymematic gratitude—now, also the all by itself intuitive effects of grace, or teleological gift, bounty, extra, optimized abundance within any system, paradigm, universe. Grace is what creation adds to learning; new identity adds to authentic self-articulation; care-giving mutual intent adds to the norms of belonging and nutrition and therapeutic practice (see Brown).

A great deal of Fuller systems comprehension turns (literally and figuratively) on understanding his binary map for transliteration between the Interior Landscape (Metaphysical Universe) and Exterior Landscape (Physical Universe).

System insideness and outsideness means two congruent, concave-convex systems, four corner-defining ins, and their four opposite windows through which the omnidirectional out nothingness is revealed. The eight were there all the time. The fourness of self and the fourness of otherness = comprehension. Comprehension involves tuned-in octave resonance as well as omnidirectional and local angular integrity. (268.02, 1979)

This Youth ReGenesis EcoMinistry D. Min. Project begins with two Core Teams: an Interior Landscape (Metaphysics/Math) Team and an Exterior Landscape (Physical/Ecology) Team.

Both Teams will follow a Deep Learning path that explores Synergetics, Positive Deviance, Appreciative Inquiry, Non-Violent Communication, and Permaculture Design Principles. Positive Deviance

Positive Deviance may be more complex than gathering influential leaders with effective marketing, but Buckminster Fuller is not the only design expert who has advised us to encourage the demise of dysfunctional systems by building a more optimized, positive, better system. Building a permacultured cooperative deep ecology is effective marketing. It is being noticed.

 

There are two Positive Deviance efforts that I am aware of regarding the conversion of the public sector.  The Nellie Mae Education Foundation is currently implementing a strategy to inoculate Business As Usual in the field of public education with a turn toward a Deep Learning Ecology, sometimes called Creative Learning. An important part of their strategy is to contract with local models of Deep Learning pedagogy to speak directly with strategically targeted distressed urban (first priority) public School Board Directors, as well as school staff and students, and require at least 2 citizen research-type D&D events (there is also enough money to incorporate an on-line dimension to these events, to broaden participation in core iterative discernment stages).

 

The second is more industry-specific, in a way. I think that Permaculture Design is moving in linked-arm step with EcoVillages, cooperatively-owned businesses and residences, alternative energy technicians,  natural builders, organic growers and farmers to build cooperative demonstration networks.  These, in turn, are moving toward deeper cooperative network dimensions through tools like Local Economic Trading Systems (LETS), and BerkShares, community currencies, equity-as-capital-based Deep PermaCultured Ecology models of positive deviance. This emerging Transitional Generation PermaCulture “deviance” has missed opportunities to engage the public sector, while busy building our alternative universe model. I, for one, believe the permacultural emergence is mature enough to strategize more explicitly about how to engage public officials, perhaps borrowing a page from the Nellie Mae Foundation. 

 

We would do well to participate with more mindfulness toward our friends in the media, education, philanthropy, religious leadership, and political officials. Some specific allies who are better connected to these more public sectors than the permacultured guild of positive deviance might be NCDD itself, Habitat for Humanity, AmeriCorp Volunteers, homeschool networks, Cooperative Extension Services, which I believe are associated with land-grant colleges/universities in all 50 States, and inter-religious Eco-Justice networks, with potential global networking possibilities, inclusive of UNESCO as a “Greatest Effect with Least Effort” possible participant of interest.

 

Perhaps the ecologically sustainable educational system of positive deviance that David Orr, the Schumacher Center for New Economics, and many others are calling for is the emerging Gaia University (www.gaiauniversity.org) [I am not affilliated other than as a consumer of services, so this is not an advertisement; just an endorsement of potential value, where I believe there is already some form of UNESCO awareness, and maybe even some level of involvement–not sure about that]. Could NCDD partner with Gaia University’s on-line pedagogy, to extend the conversation toward a global cooperative economy and ecological awareness?  Maybe the Transition Network (www.transitionnetwork.org) could incarnate these global topics within their local public sectors; a resource for educating their local officials about the importance of their sustained, mindful, support, and their sense of urgency, as active facilitators for local cooperative sustainability.

Order of Universalist Unitarian Intent

I have a concept for a dissertation.  Want to “think it out loud” to you to get your visceral reaction about whether this feels like a fit for the Holistic Theology program and whether you would, could, recommend a “faculty advisor” for the topic.

Working Title: Regenerative EcoTherapy Development  and Universal Research and Design

[“Eco,” as in EcoTherapy, is a double-intent abbreviation for both ecology and economics. EcoMinistry always holds these two paradigms as inextricably bound values that became separated when humans began to perceive themselves as alien from nature; contrary to the aboriginal Original Intent understanding of Gaia.

Thesis: Universal faith paradigms, including OUnI and the Unitarian Universalist Association,  are explicit actors in the human species’ holistic therapy design process. They are also implicit explorers of a regenerative theory of global evolution. Whole Open Systems Development Theory is a universalist design paradigm now quickly, and ergetically, unfolding to reveal a Regenerative Theory of Integral Evolution.

 

Antithesis: Dividing the resources and continuing evolution, the EcoMinistry power and values, of integral interfaith networks, epitomized by OUnI, from the UUA infrastructure is transparently inefficient and costly, a sacrifice to the power of our shared Sociopathology Myth.

Implications: If EcoMinistry follows PermaCulture Design principles that are widely accepted as meeting Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and LEED energy efficiency standards, then OUnI and UUA might want to give universal strategic planning priority to:

1. cross-recognition of each other’s ordinations–EcoMinisters would have dual ordination as UUA Interfaith EcoMinisters,

2. AIHT and UUA blended academic and M.Div. preparatory institutions offering interdependently accessible class offerings, incorporating face-time requirements for those who choose UUA physical classroom options and those who may also choose AIHT on-line-only options (retaining autonomous fee-structures),

3.  developing an inclusive public sector EcoEquity tax and public revenue global advocacy agenda.  This EcoEquity Universal Value Agenda will be carefully rooted in PermaCultured regenerative development principles of equity, nonviolence, and Cooperative-Gratitude Original Intent Prime Relationship Assumption. This Prime Relationship Assumption (geometrically, biometrically, and eco-theologically expressed by Buckminster Fuller, a Universalist) is continuously, and therapeutically, incarnated in proto-historic, aboriginal, nature-based, value systems. Earth, water, air, information, and health belong to the Holistic Gaia Commons; their intrinsic values are the basis for our species’ cooperative economy. This intrinsic value cannot be consumed, bought, or sold; but can be noticed, understood, explored, discovered, developed, enculturated, planted, harvested, facilitated, learned, synergized, replicated, and regenerated. The Gaia Commons is our bicameral species’ therapeutic design space for healing our pre-cameral Sociopathology Myth (see Julian Jaynes, John Bargh, and Edward Podvoll regarding sanity, pathology, and Right-hemispheric pre-conscious awareness).
