Because I like to help
and I do not enjoy recognizing myself
as a selfish hypocrite,

respond political/economically powerful parents
to children writing co-creation stories.

How do you know you are helping
and not helping retain a flawed toxic elitist system,
maintaining poverty of margins
far below wealth piling into too much power?
asked the cynical divestor
challenging this help-as-health investor,
asked the hurt and wounded child
challenging her health-confessing professing culture.

I doubt I could help
without co-investing in flawed health with pathology
in both political and economic systems,
responds this wu wei leader,
responds this co-mentoring parent,
but what have you noticed
might help more
while collaterally hurting less?

It seems to me,

resonates maturing residents of Earth,
those plans and budgets and stories cooperatively researched and written

It is my intimate physicality,
genderality,
sexual identity,
homonality,
juiciality of love,

this despairing of time and place
for expanding mutual reincarnating future loves.

Coupling communicators and regenerators,
mutually fusing Eros,
exploring our integrally intimate co-incarnating Agape.

My youngest son has cerebral palsy
which has limited his mind’s capacity to understand and form abstractions,
such as language,
yet he well understands nurturing v. pathological relationships.

I wonder what distinctions between Yang’s Eros and Yin’s Agape
lie within this my love’s perfection Son?
His responses to life’s variables and constants
remain both uninformed by,
and therefore unrestricted by,
love’s metaphysical abstractions
about what our relationship could look and feel and smell and taste like tomorrow
that would distinguish imagined differences
from how we feel together today.

This perpetual youth of love’s human incarnation
cannot age and learn and develop into diffusion
and dissonance of his body’s response to Eros-Yang
and his mind’s resonance with Agape-Yin Self with Yin-Other
primal WinWin love relationship.

My nondually both kind and unkind Taoist Master Son,
icon of coarising Eros/Agape,

as best he can recover this Golden Fleece of internal/external climate balance.

If his body feels good and healthy

Excerpts from Synergetic Symposia

I recall one of those rare college visits with Uncle Ollie. Actually, as I recall, I had just finished my undergraduate years in Vermont, and was on my way south and west on an internship pilgrimage, to see what and whom might feel right for me.

We had been discussing political science as analogically equivalent with permaculture design. He thought the only substantial difference between what each had promise of becoming was whether we were discussing network relationships between DNA-biosystems only, or interrelationships of DNA with Elder RNA.

We pause, drawn into our silence together. Then he asks me how I see him. “Who am I to you?”

I can’t think how to respond, other than as Uncle Ollie. He doesn’t seem to fit into any category that comes to mind. I can see Mummins, which was a term that began together behind her back, but then came out of its closet, usually to her amused, more playful, response. I could see Mummins in Uncle Ollie, but something more ambivalent too, defying my capacity to label.

In my silence he offered, “I see myself as an intelligent old man-woman who is curious, but also timid, about death as the absence of egocentric memory and identity.”

“I see an old man doing his best to invest his remaining healthy time in Earth’s remaining healthy time. Urging co-investment in our EarthTribe’s remaining healthy time. So, yes, I try for expanding my compassion into ecologically, politically, economically cooperative healthy development, Exterior community landscape Plan A, meeting and greeting and doing my best Plan B Interior personal landscape, until Plan B becomes nothing more or less than a mirror of Plan A.”

“Other than the old man part. I see you this same way, doing your best to adapt your relationships (political) and your transactions (economic) to your ecological exegesis of DNA’s natural ecosystemic story, logos, mythos, permacultural designs, social-political science.”

That was when I first realized that I see Uncle O-Liver as an old wise transgenderish polypathic listening and loving icon of deep ecological learning history. History about which I too have always found mysterious and perhaps even a sacred side of Earth’s ecosystemic Regenerative = HumanelyCooperative Design.

Strange. He asks me how I see him to show me how he sees me. Or maybe not. Perhaps he really does invite some feedback from my PostMillennial future. I hope so. That’s most certainly what he has coming, as do we all, I guess.

0-Liver’s lifestyle was far too ambiguous to say he was a Democrat or a Republican, or even a Libertarian or Green, although those latter two, together, may have been closer to his view that Earth’s evolutionary evidence points to a political science of active love-synergy as CoOperatism, like economic and political socialism, except using our global networking capacity to reverse power hierarchies toward cooperative decision-making authority at the lowest level of ecosystemic responsibility for each other, and ourselves, of course.  And, even responsibility for each other as mutually subsidiary-cooperative sharers in Earth’s Plan A ReGenerative economy and politically deep ecology of health and eco-therapeutic safety.

“You know, health, happiness, prosperity for all of Earth’s ReGenerating Tribes and ecosystems? The stuff of which our Elders established constitutions of cooperative economic and political intent?”

It was neither his intent or desire to start yet another political “non-party” as he called them. Across the board, combining all paradigms, areas of expertise and deductive specialization, across all this vast metaphysical complexity of languages and dialects, he argued for a Commons of Health-As-Wealth Value, often rather too passionately for the comfort of his academic colleagues.  “We already have all the information, precedent, evidence for cooperatively sustainable evolution through ecological balance we could ever hope to achieve, using (0)-sum and –centric Fullerian Synergetics.”

During his one and only debate as U.S. Senate candidate, the incumbent asked him, “Isn’t this zeroistic cooperativism you attribute to Buckminster Fuller’s political philosophy actually just a cover for your own Taoist hidden agenda?”

“Well, yes and no,” Uncle Ollie responds. “Yes, if anyone residing in Connecticut remains unaware of my own Taoist way of exegeting history and cultural evolution. But, no, for those who see Fullerian Synergism as ecologically equivalent with Taoist nondual dipolar Zeroism.”

Apparently, he scored alright with that response, perhaps a bit too ahead of his time. But, not so far ahead that everyone assumed he was as insane as Donald Trump, but in the opposite direction.

Anyway, I don’t think CoOperativism or nondual Taoist ZenZeroism, or even Fullerian Synergy lost that election, but it wasn’t yet enough to win it either.

Now, of course, these basic principals of thermodynamic permacultural design are facilitated and reinforced throughout our deep ecology learning systems, on line, in homeschools, and in what’s left of the premillennial Education-As-If-All-Earth’s-Lives-Matter preschools through universities.

One could hardly become a political scientist today, or a public policy designer, much less a popularly elected public office-holder outside a personal and professional commitment to DNA with Elder RNA co-intelligent design of healthy bio- and ecosystems.

History, according to 0-Liver Glory, begins with the “Word.” Influenced by Christian wisdom literature, but with his/her own twist. That is, yes, history is our story of  relationship but not just any relationship. Rather, history is the story of relationships between analogies, exegesis of eisegetical ecologies, of sound and dialectical events, of symbol and reenactment.

Analogy, then, precedes logic, or rationality. Pre-linguistic history was attraction of relationships to what felt good, what appeared beautiful, graceful, to what sounded confluent, melodious, harmonic. So, wisdom’s connection to beauty and goodness is primordial to wisdom’s connection to Truth, and even metric systems.

Although he agreed with Pythagoreans that older than linguistic history was the evolutionary emergence of culture, the earliest story-telling and legend-building of collective memory was probably kinetic communication, forms of dance, embellished with humming, chanting, singing, signing symbols that evolved into rituals. From rituals to sacraments. From sacraments to metric symbols. From metrics, including geometrics, symbols evolved toward linguistically-rooted icons.

Immortality of cultural history emerges through co-creative intimacy, confluence as well as dissonance. Tribal fame becomes synergetic accessibility and vulnerability within each moment’s integrative opportunity to share meaning and purpose.

Mastering Public Administration

A few decades ago
I learned a Master of Public Health v Pathology Administration
recognizes best opportunities emerge
by co-evolving cooperative mastery of private-public nonduality,
lovely political truths
shyly hiding within nature’s polycultural economic
self-as-other co-facilitation of evolution.

When I lapse into hoping we maybe could competitively
either-or campaign
our democratic republic way
toward optimal both-and
bicamerally healthy cooperative political and/or economic outcomes,
then I remember
as we sow our seeds
so shall we reap
two and four and six more years of climatically despairing competition.

Therapies, medicines, treatments, services, policies, projects, programs
that cannot become,
with co-mentoring sustenance,
self-administered for self-as-other regenerative health perpetuation,
are, at best, suboptimal short-term solutions
toward more optimally healthy and stable resonant resolutions,
with eyes on long-term prize of self-perpetuating political as economic,
personal as public,
within as without,
confluently robursting self-care governance.

When discovering disagreements
to motivate the Competitor’s loss
becomes more politically
and/or economically
and/or ecologically important
than recovering co-facilitated agreements
and equities
and healthy balance,
to co-facilitate our cooperative WinWin,
as does too often appear to have been our PreMillennial LoseLose trend,
then we end up
where we start out
crying our ego-manic political and economic heart pout.

Political Variations on a HealthTheme

Children are Fundamentalists

Children are literalists,
fundamentalists.

When they hear
“You’re filthy and you stink!”
the younger they are,
the less likely to hear as a mature adult might,
“You have a sour smell on you.
Please go bathe,
and use some soap and shampoo,
and you might want to think about some conditioner
and body lotion
while you’re in there
taking care of your lovely and beloved self.”

Early language and experiential learners,
younger students of what this culture,
and this particular relationship,
is about right now,
interpreters of newer lines of eisegetical experience,
newer exegetes of communication’s more recent transactions,
begin with fundamental heuristics,
and expand out more ecologically and analogically from that root.

So,
should a parent,
or some other powerful political and/or economic figure
in any younger and significantly less powerful life,
were to rant and rave about my stinky marginal self,
as a child I would hear this as a foul-soiled Ego identity.
Not necessarily something that could be easily remedied with a soapy bath.

We begin as fundamentalists,
in which stinky mindbody pathology issues
delivered with ballistic verbal aggression
root more deeply into our self-identity,
to help us discover how we must be,
steeped in negativity, pathology.

The opposite of all the above
could lead to reduced cognitive-affective dissonance,
and a more Positive Psychology,
a more cooperative political economy of proactive self and other communication
as polycultural
multicultural
interdependent
synergetic
integral
unitarian
coarising
co-gravitating
WinWin exegetical enculturation

Rather than more competitive fundamentalist
Lose the Stinky Loser!

Capacity to sustain mature loving communication
expands through longer sustained primary political and economic relationships.

These primal communicative transactions
favor finding our co-empathic balance,
where my image of how you are feeling,
my predictions of how you will feel and think
when I do and say as I prefer right now,
matters not more than my own ego’s thoughts and feelings,
but not less either.

Robin Norwood brings evidence that too much active love
invested where not appreciated,

Political Ecology of Economics

If time is money
then time is capital
so maybe healthy time could also become capitalized wealth.
If money is a token of time’s value
and capitalism commodifies time’s human value,
then human values commodify equitable,
as well as more competitive, investments
in Self and Others
as Earth’s EcoTribal Cooperative.

Capitalism of wealth distorts cooperativism,
healthy political and economic balance.
Like its anthrocentric enculturing fuel,
capitalism diverts human evolution toward accumulating tokens of value
rather than developing ever deeper and wider relationships,
transactions with health as wealth enhancing outcomes.

A form of idolatry,
capitalism substitutes quantitative commodity
where once lived stronger-rooted qualitative values
within our co-evolving EarthTribe Commons.

Capitalism is economic totalitarianism,
ruling over cooperatively healthy values
made possible by our historical monocultural devolution
wherein ego-nomics dominates eco-nomics,
reductive anthro-hypnotism rules over sustaining permacultural balance of Self,
cooperating with, as part of, human natured Others,

None of this implies that capitalism,
or competition or wealth accumulation,
is intrinsically evil.
All of this intends to counterbalance each of these with elements
too systemically suppressed for sustainable viability
of individual egos and social anthrosystems,
and Earth’s ecosystems.
We are now growing more cooperative health investment,
equity of both time (what we do with our days and minds and bodies)
and money
to nondually coarise Earth’s great and small transactional,
transitional,
transformative futures.

respond to, “What brings you most economic pleasure?”
differently than
“What brings you most ecological pleasure,

Do you share my concern that your happiness and healthy life are too ephemeral,
short-lived?

Not likely.
Just wondering,
awed by your capacity,
your relentlessly positive energy for life,
despite the odds of too-soon demise.

Do you share my concern that your happiness and health are ephemeral and short-lived enough
to harvest their wealthier sustainability through more cooperative logistics,
strategies of love,
designs of recreativity,
plans for healthier social and economic policies,
domestic and otherwise?

Of course.
Who wouldn’t.
Oh, that’s right,
perhaps someone substituting yangish eros for yin’s full-flowing agape.

Hmmm?
I know agape as Greek for Tao-balanced Basic Attendance.

Yes, well same transformational difference.
These language distinctions become complex
because of our continuing struggle with Yang dominating Yin,
Eros dominating Agape,
culturally responding by basically becoming a climate-change bitch.
Sorry,
I can’t find a more civilized English translation
for yin’s revolutionary anger with yang’s culture-dominating eros
when we could remember our Earth-balancing agape primal relationship,
not just in bed and during team time,
although those do come immediately to mind,
but also more politically, economically, ecologically,
systemically harmonic,
integrative, if you will.

No offense taken,
but this reminds me,
what is your relationship,
if any, between boredom, basic attendance, and bliss?

Other than all those bees,
it seems basic attendance lies between boredom and bliss,
a midway, or tipping point, perhaps.
A “wear your everyday clothes, having tea in-house” way
of balancing yin’s excesses of sensory-cognitive internalization
with yang’s excesses of ecoconscious elation,
which is very nice, and beautiful,
but can be distracting for Business As Cooperatively Usual,
everyday-wear purposes.

Rather like now.
My basic attendance neither grasps for happiness,
nor despairs of ego’s ephemeral absence,
lack of interest in whatever you just offered as a mix of nutrition and sometimes more dissonant pathology
in the too-slow time of my under-investment in our more active agape.

I believe we both want what’s healthiest for this tea right now,
appropriately wealthy cooperative attendance
to Earth’s multicultural voices,
most certainly including each other’s.

Yes, so tell me more about this blend of AsiaticTao and GreekAgape,
your perfection of imperfect love,
always both too enormously grand,
overwhelmingly much,
and yet never deep and stable enough to fully follow,
boundlessly insatiable agape
as quenchingly ravenous eros thirst.

Oh, that’s too dear,
communicating about my imperfect life,

Having all ingredients,

while our best benign hosting intentions evaporate,

bilaterally enthymematic,
or even multi-laterally,
with larger rhetorical and therapeutic events than this simple bilateral tea.

familial,
but also big political and economic systemic events of enculturing history.

Hot water fuels a civil politically cooperative tea
as passion fuels love,
as agape fuels life,
as life remembered and reflected,
experienced together becomes creative expression,
articulation,
transaction,
transportation of information between tea-time mindbodies
sharing our mutually-held Basic Attendance gestalt,
for and with myself and others.

I would add others as Earth’s interdependent Tribes
when discussing ecosystemic communication,
although here, for our larger sacred purpose,
yin-flow of water’s bilateral function,
freely shared and loved and known to compose DNA’s gestalt,
need not be quite so warm,
within these less domesticated circles of Tribal communication.

Water as Basic Attendance baptism
mutually recognized as our shared heritage of environmental history,
becoming Earth’s language biosystems steeping our genetic tea leaves
in and through Earth’s Basic Attendance waters,
rhetorical gestalts with mutually benign flow
and interdependently reiterative function,

Most certainly including a proper tea

Imagine yourself as a tree
with a leaf named Yang
and a coarising nondual twig named Yin,
having a sappy conversation about life and mortality.

Do you think this twig would be so foolish as to correct the leaf’s beliefs
that life and death are analogous to evolution and retrenchment,
dormancy decomposing into further incarnations of Earth’s soul,
feeding root systems of future tree’s healthy coarising development?

Yet, for the leaf named Yang,
once separated from your embryonic twig
and Yin’s ecologically breathing economic and politically symbiotic treehome,
healthy life is but a nutritional season.

Your incarnate tree’s rings of revolutionary root systemic development,
of resonant evolution,
of regenerate virginal life,
span many growing seasons, as a tree
thriving, then gradually slowing, within your interdependent forest.
