Multicultural Political Health Design

I have had a highly redundant,
one might even choose polypathic,
graduate studies experience
spanning my adult life to date.

This began with a semester of Philosophy.
Just enough to learn I wanted something more experiential,
a more communitarian environment of Applied Metaphysics, perhaps.

So then I began, and soon completed, studies for the Master of Divinity degree,
which has an arcane ring to it,
but basically the title implies just the opposite of what degree candidates most hope for,
to be Mastered by Divine Love,
to economically and politically operate as an icon of all-inclusive ecological love.

Those receiving the M.Div.
hoped to apply their ecopolitical science of empathic trust,
our mutual Basic Attendance,
to life as liturgical theology
or at least teleologically benign song and dance;
to be the love today we proclaim for tomorrow,
rooted in our humane-divine nondual nature-spirit compost
of ecopolitical peace-integrity with justice-truth becoming;
pilgrimage,
The Ways of Divinity,
co-mastering together.

Fortunately,
when I landed in a rural Colorado parish,
the beat-down aging poor mutually-marginalizing Mexican and Anglo faith community
invited me to reconsider further investment in administering sacraments
disconnected from ecopolitically healthy outcomes of empathic trust.
To continue as individuals,
families,
and as a multiculturally rich community
of mutually holonic,
respected,
cooperative,
trusting co-empathic faith,
we needed more of a Total Makeover,
a gut rehab,
an economic design to fuel our continuing collective political incarnation
into this Beloved Therapeutic EcoPolitical Community
we each long to belong within,
as integrity without.

Responding to apparent hope for stronger organizing
and planning
and budgeting
and ecopolitical design and implementation,
and evaluation and socioeconomic change skills,
I accepted an invitation into a double Master of Public Administration and Community [Economic] Development degree program,
primarily taught by PhDs in Political Science;
my first among too many loves as an undergraduate at Michigan.

Here I learned, once again, that politically correct administration of empathic trusting,
sometimes mistrusting,
and even actively distrusting totalitarian political relationships
historically and culturally thrive
when “follow economic wealth”
also means “responsibly invite multicultural political as personal health”
internally economic as externally political,
nondual internal-external co-arising ecological landscapes of nutrition.

Humane ecopolitical landscapes are ruled by active hope
and cooperative potential within
as divinely landscaped multicultural ecology without,
polypathic faith in love’s synergetic trust
and discovery
and curious regenerativity of enlightening imagination.

The U.S. Declaration of interdependent Independence and Constitution were born of Enlightenment CoOperative EcoPolitics.

Applied ecopolitical science looked a great deal like applied theology,
or at least teleology, healthy purpose, therapeutic cultural meaning.
Democracy develops fragrant discernment through co-empathic multicultural trust,
moving toward inclusive resonant resolutions of complexly interdependent ecopolitical issues,
risks,
opportunities,
social investments and historical-cultural divestments,
intending improved climate health
and less climates of pathology,
whether too hyperactively warm
or too near to flat-line fading into freezing despair.

My issues with effectively developing ecopolitical health,
by suppressing dis-ecological pathologies,
past failures of achieving a truly multiculturally abundant history of sustainable healthy climates,
soon led to confusion about a great cultural divide
between two vocational labels:
1. Political Scientist, and
2. Permacultural Designer.

This great cultural divide appeared front and center
more recently when I became certified as a Permaculture Designer.
It helped me to look more carefully at the functional intent of “political”
as compared to “permacultural” outcome goals and use-of-power objectives.
As I thought more about how our normal day-to-day scientific investment in learning about power includes learning primal differences between multicultural designs
and monocultural monopolies of totalitarian mistrust leaning toward distrust chaos,
dissonance,
then polypathic confluence of design and pattern correlations emerge as the compost,
the food,
the fodder of our ecological as ecopolitical learning enterprise.

“Permaculture” was chosen to distinguish perennially designed
and democratically self-governing landscapes
from more traditional annual economies of “Agriculture” business,
with more of a replant, spray, and harvest of chemically treated quasi-edibles,
nutritionally malignant regarding fertile health of Earth’s soil,
leading to well-established suboptimal health-trends of ecopolitical Business As Usual.

Permaculture designs are for and on and about and composed of information rooted in past positive polyculturally balanced community landscape outcomes.
These polyculturing ecopolitical landscapes began as maps of nurturing health plans for exteriors only,
like gardens and farms and river banks.
But, this organic economic and political view of power-with ecological balancing climates
has moved from exterior to increasingly interior ecopolitical health landscapes,
like bicameral full-octave nature-spirit nondual deep learning healthy multicultural mindbody landscapes, dialogues, stories, evolutions.

A political power relationship of healthy nutritional economic/ecologic design
pulls together the implied normativity of Political Sciences comparing unhealthy totalitarian powers producing outcomes of mayhem and terror
to democracies intended to nurture co-empathic cooperative trust.
If designers using permacultural ecopolitical principles and procedures for healthier polycultural climates,
then we are also scientists exploring transactional-relational nutrient-power principles
and investment/divestment procedures for sustaining multicultural health designs and sustaining power-with development,
co-investment in planning,
and harvesting health outcomes rooted in (0)-sum Earth-centric climates
of polypathic ecopolitical health.

Permaculture Design Certification more or less brings me back full circle,
where graceful articulation of applied metaphysics
invites active,
relentless pursuit of ecopolitical deep learning
mutually cooperative faith communities
within bicameral heart and lungs and brain and guts and limbs and genetic roots
as cooperative Beloved Communities incarnating together without.

People of radically cooperative faith,
profound empathic ecopolitical trust,
ask what and whom you believe WITH,
while those of a more fundamentalist-exclusive faith,
including active mistrusts of alien faith systems as more or less idolatrous,
ask what and whom you believe IN.

If you believe in evolutionary cosmological processes
that you do not believe also believe in you,
cooperatively together,
then you are less likely to achieve healthy nutritional ecopolitically sustainable outcomes,
while you are waiting for SomeOne Other
to grace you with His Transcendent truth-beauty presence.

If you believe with processes of ecosystemic health,
then you have joined the evolutionary permacultural partisans of healthy regenesis,
wherein lies all evidence of creation,
rather than nihilistic monocultural nothing.
Then again, you might conceivably believe in both,
which is a highly polypathic wu wei pilgrimage–
a razor’s edge teleology of enculturing history.

Politically Correct Bodies with Economically Healthy Minds

What are your values and disvalues of and for power?

What are the political powers and weaknesses,
incapacities,
of economic value?
What is not for sale?
What is available, but only without commodification,
without any form of quantitative price paid in return?

Are these questions changed, yet equivalent,
in the following?

Are economic values and loss of nutritional values
intrinsic to powers of cooperative and competing health relationships?
to political power understood as broadly as possible to effect
increase
or decrease
or sustainable stasis in depth of health-flow v wealth-hold
political power as power of evolving nurturing-time itself?

What are the physical body’s powers
and lack of powers
to regenerate the mind’s economic comprehension
of metaphysical health-merit?

Are economic development/unraveling theories any more or less than
dualistic abstractions drawn from cooperative/competitive political health experience,
evolving ecological systems,
structures of logical regenesis,
and suboptimal derivative ecosystems of less sustainability,
without (0)-sum loss of interest,
energy,
re-generativity of perpetually emergent organic rights,
responsibilities,
authorities,
mutually-shared accountabilities
of beloved EcoPolitical Communities (M. L. King)
heading toward sustainable polycutural climaxes (Permaculture Design),
culminating in some deep sacred dualdark cosmological
BlackNegEntropicDenseMatter (0)Mega Consilience Point (Teilhard de Chardin with some Edward O Wilson),
in which our economic map is at last bicamerally seen
and balanced
and proportioned
and folded in as out (Buckminster Fuller)
as our holonically ideal politically cooperative EarthTribe Territory.

Are implicating forms of ecopoliticaly shaped language (David Bohm)
telling our timeless creation story,
holonic carved laser knives
for and from slicing and dicing political powers
evolved from and for nutritional redevelopment?

Our economic power abundance,
and starving absence of sufficiency,
economic map may depict a sad, yet hopeful, political territory.
Earth’s geobiological past,
present,
and therefore future health development process
toward empathic trust growth trends
projecting post-climatic health trends
of a highly diastatic-synergetic biosystem,
learning to co-mentor healthy investments of time and money,
and how to correct unhealthy investments in ego-,
ethno-,
and anthro-centric pathologies
by reversing current competing LeftBrain dominant enculturation trends,
shifting to an ecopolitical Tipping Point,
Left-Right balance of nutritional power values.

What are economic values
other than nutritional merits of and for healthy cooperative powers?

Wealth Without Walls

We pursue endless climate sabbaths,
I perhaps best and worst of all,
holidays of verdant forests floating within
oceans of atmospheric tides sucking and spewing nutrient flowing matters,
slow-dancing ecopolitical issues reincarnating history
of Earth’s love of Time Herself,
rich bubbling pastures for fertile economies
of harmonically choreographed dress rehearsals,
moving from today’s creation curtain back toward First Act
preparing already our next great transition,
another season of ecopolitical regenerate life
in Promising Lands and Prophetic Seas.

Economy, like Sabbath,
epiphanies a cooperatively normed word
and competitively abnormal climate function
for any sustainable ecosystem
including bio-networking human-nature-systems

To act economically, we practice ecopolitical health.
Practice, practice, practice makes further economic climates.

My economy,
running through my days and nights,
weeks and calendar-scheduled months,
me performing with cooperative intent
internally as externally,
organically bilateral,
binomial in as out reflecting in,
bisexual Yang-form power with Yin-flow fluid function strength,
interacting as peacefully as possible,
listening deeply for my own arrogant egocentric injustices
to myself and others,
excesses of shutting-you-out power,
most vulnerably over-exercised on those I live with
and work with each day.

My competing economic-political behavior feels like struggling against
some other competitive economic force,
stronger and thereby darkly compelling,
while my cooperative ecopolitical evolution feels struggle within
my own extended family of confusion, miscommunication,
lack of sufficient awareness
that our WinLose feelings and predictions
are rooted in embryonic experience of WinWin norm-expectations for life
in this EarthTribe Cooperative.

I have a healthy economic life
and one more pathologically egocentric,
with monoculturing intent,
feeding on ethnocentric hubris
yet sabbathed in anthro-enculturing Elders,
looking for a co-messianic bodhisattva EarthTribe economy.

Ecosystems like me,
prefer our healthy ecological economies
with mutual subsidiary, multiorganic cooperation.
I expect our political power-relationships
to normatively reflect our economically balancing (0)-sum intent
and orthopraxis centers,
which is why I do not want bicameral governance structures quarreling against,
rather than discerning with,
co-empathic trust in our shared economy
as karmic
and graceful
and incarnational
and evolutionary
and even sometimes revolutionary WinWin cooperative intent.

This is how we have all been raised together
from originating Yang-sperm and Yin-oceanic eggs,
Animus-yolk hemoglobic egocenters
and Anima-nurturing chlorophyllic green ecosystems
of embryonic-empathic trust forests
in healthy economic nutritional-branching and rooting truths
as ecopolitical sabbath beauty choices.

Sabbath climates invite cooperative opportunities
where daily grinds compete to improve WinLose risks and odds pathologies
as if these could be remembered
as a good and true anthro-embryonic history
of new life revolutions.

Keeping Americans Safe

A prayer for God to bless America
is also a reminder of traditional political mindfulness,
basic awareness of our economic investments in security.

First, no one “keeps” this confederation of uniting states,
unless we let them.

Second, prayers for sustaining safety assume the U.S. is safe now,
and/or implies concern that we are at risk.
There are many ways to become ecologically
and economically
and politically
and culturally
and physically
and mentally
and spiritually safe and unsafe.
We are each on a continuum of health v pathology
as individuals,
as is each of our States,
as is this Nation as a whole ecopolitical system.

Third, “America” refers to two continents,
one to the north and one to the south.
A U.S. safety and health security measure could both be
and not be
appropriate health and safety policy
and procedure for this quartile of Earth.
It seems to me we are heading in an ecologically unraveling,
and therefore increasingly unsafe, direction,
more immediately for our coastal nations and, yes,
still somewhat united States.

Fourth, “safe” for and from what and why?
Traditional conservative minds tend to exegete the Preamble to the Constitution
and perhaps even the Declaration of Independence.
Here we read that we are united in healthy pursuits of happy prosperity.
We also read we are uniting with freedom
to articulate a multicultural relationship with God,
free of dominating,
power-over controlling religious-political constraints,
restraints,
and economic leverages or punishments.

Preferably no inquisitions for bowing to the East.
If we all did,
then God might see the humor of AnthroCentrists
bowing and worshiping toward each Others’ rear ends;
Find it good and proper
and call us a full polyculturally wise day
mutually inviting humility.

Does separation of religious from self-governance declarations and constitutions
intrinsically grow tension with our desire to be safe
for ecopolitical prosperity?
This was, and perhaps remains,
a radical social experiment,
in part because religious systems,
institutions of intended regenerative self-perpetuation
toward safe and healthy governance
throughout Time’s eternities
is the nutritional stuffing of political powers over
and powers with,
powers under and powers without.

The multiculturing of a shared safe and healthy politically powerful Teleology
is not ecologically equivalent
is not educationally equivalent
to the dumbed-down secularization of U.S. society and culture.

We both under- and over-sell our political ecology of multi-enculturation
as purging ourselves of faith and empathic trust in each other,
faith in Earth’s creative cooperative health and multigenerational sustainability;
Bleaching such faith out of public discourse,
especially public education,
and most especially out of deep listening-learning mindfulness
about our own uniting states of ecopolitical trust
and mistrust
and learned anthrocentric distrusts,
our positive faiths
and negative ego-ethnocentric prejudices
within our interior landscapes
and across the North and South American Natural Landscape
of a remarkably ecologically co-evolving, polyculturing, dynamic-revolving Earth.
Such science and education can only predict closed-system entropy,
while nature-spirit deep learning comprehends open-systemic co-empathic loves, integrities, nondual truths as symmetrical beauties,
multiculturing evolution of Time our regenerational transgenerational selves.

To keep the U.S. safe from absence of health
through ecological learning from past successes and mistakes,
to keep us healthy for future generations,
which is your priority?

1. Aiming deadly and toxic ballistics at whoever we currently consider aliens
and rabid infestations inflicting terror outside our own boundaries, or
2. Aiming health as ecopolitically cooperative policies and procedures
at the aliens and rabid infestations within our own skins,
and stated boundaries.

Prophets,
Medicine Men,
preachers and teachers,
shamans and seers,
saints and messiahs and boddhisatva warriors,
mystics and gurus,
even motivational speakers
and Anger Management therapists
throughout the history of languaged culture itself
have looked into our futures
within every color and multicultural creed
to remind us we will become positively known for our regenerational love,
our evolving capacity to cooperate,
as generously and gratefully as ecopolitically possible,
until no monoculturing terrorist would choose to live in his lesser environment of fundamentalist exclusions of nurturing-fertile matriarchy,
such as that co-mentored with Gaia as Earth-BioSystemic EcoPolitical Intelligence,
Regenerative Health.

Our best health and safety American offensive for positive change on Earth
remains as always
a multiculturally integrative loving ecopolitical internal constitutional defense.

We already declared our interdependent political will to grow freedom
from supremacist nationalistic-religious tyrannies
against the good cooperative multicultural nutritional faiths of our co-evolving Elder Tribes.

We have already written a Constitution for co-arising nondual states of mutual-enlightenment,
for multicultural ecopolitical health and safety and prosperity outcomes.

We just need better practice.
Our lack of adherence to our own cooperatively shared nature-spirit traditional ideals
threatens further climatic
overly-competitive, ballistic distrust
and monocultural devolution, disarray, dissonance, decay.

Keeping Earth safe
may be a monotheistic mandate.
If so, we become one united state of being free
for further multicultural evolution of health
and globally inclusive climatic safety.

May our multiculturing God
continue to bless all our North and South Americans

Fundamentals Revisited

If it is a premise of fundamentalists,
whether Christian or Islamic or Devil Worshipers,
that Reason is bad, faith is good,
what could anyone reasonably say
that could not be unfaithful to good?

However, as I recall,
there is that oft-quoted Christian maxim
of Paul the Apostle:
faith without works is dead.
So there is good faith,
which works,
and bad faith,
which doesn’t.

So, if reason is bad
and good faith is discerned through good works,
then good work could only be unreasonable.
Yet I so doubt that a Carpenter from Nazareth,
or anyone who is trying to build anything positive
with cooperative and healthy intent,
would consider good outcomes unreasonable.

Why isn’t it more fundamental to believe that good faith produces good reason,
while bad faith leads to poor reason?
with poor, unredemptive outcomes,
ghettos of mystically terrified and terrifying despair
and anarchy of distrusts leading toward more ballistically active hatreds.

Why would any messiah worth the title teach otherwise?
Why isn’t this fundamental to Christianity?
Or, maybe it is but we have our language backwards.

Politically and economically cooperative and multiculturally inclusive Christians
are the hard working good faith fundamental
Basic Messianic Christians.
And, the pseudo-fundamentalist more rabid Evangelicals
are exercising their radically unreasonable absence of good co-messianic faith.

It amazes me about myself and those I love
that we have patiently tolerated this about face,
from “you will know them by their love”
to you will know them by their supremacist hate for other religions and cultures,
their self-congratulatory antipathy for communitarian political and economic beliefs,
their active mistrust of other racial and language characteristics,
other gender identities and proclivities and internal truths of good faith being
and integrative becoming.

If good faith without good works is radically dead,
then well-reasoned, healthy co-empathic trusting faith
is fundamental to ‘Earth’s multiculturing good faith systems,
like fertile seeds and eggs
growing into adult polypathic maturity.

Twenty Three Thousand Days

I have been counting the days and nights,
23,427 so far,
no two exactly the same
just as no two snowflakes
precisely duplicate a common design pattern.

Each of those thousands of days
invested in what cannot be purchased.

Therapists call this investment in health.
Mom called it love.
Educators know it as deep listening integrity.
Evangelists praise it as goodness.
Artists and their Muses name it Beauty.
Philosophers call it truth.
Economists call it abundantly therapeutic wealth,
what cannot be purchased
but can never become over-invested.

Through thousands of high purposed days
and deep ecology drifting sifting nights
no more ready for down payment
than that first invested breath,
23,427 nights ago.

Perhaps love would prefer I stop counting.
Not counting the cost
at least sounds like a more generous investment in life.

Psychology of Political-Economic Constitutions

Shalom, Aloha, Namaste

Kinship and Ego identity co-arise in socioeconomic health of mutual trust,
beginning in utero
swimming about in embryonic nutrition,
rather than active distrust
or more passive mistrust of the relatively unknown
yet somehow paranoic alien, Other.

The psychological fuel for polypathic political trust
is capacity for empathy,
which grows bicamerally within mutually subsidiary economies
of co-empathic positive intent,
co-arising nondually
in more ecstatic peaks of good beatific as beautifully edgy humor.

Empathy is a teachable,
because learnable,
listening and noticing skill,
stretching to include those aliens of self and other doubt,
occasionally even abusive terrorists within.

Mature co-empathic bicameral skills
are what we might call healthy mindfulness,
ecoconsciousness of Self as holonically syncing with Other,
intent toward mutual integrity,
trust,
love,
regard,
esteemed equivalence,
emerging from comprehension of our Original Intent
as regenerative cycling Earth’s SpaceTime fertile paradise
of Positive Deviance Psychology,
Political ChoiceMaking for Positive Nutrients,
Economically Cooperative WinWin TransActions,
deviant from vacuous dissonance and chaos,
random WinLose irrationality,
endless notnot polynomials of double-binding ambivalence.

Zero-centric mindfulness training
is not only the stuff of sit at home,
chant and drum meditation training and sensory experience
of nutritional sounds and tastes and sights and smells
with concomitant affective feelings
of resonant trust, dissonant mistrust, assonant distrust, hate, fear, anger
trusting things might be better
if I can just cathartically,
purgatively force myself and others to calm back down
from active distrust to at least more passive mistrust
about our continuing future lives together
in more peaceful silence of mutual breathing,
in as out.

While shared centering space and sounds can be useful
especially as household units,
and prior to important political and economic discernment events
processes
systemic networks of positive transitional evolutionary intent,
stretching mindfulness through each active loving moment
of each day and night
is optimally sustained only in a safe-risk environment
of political and economic cooperative nurturance,
where power competitions are normatively agreed to remain subservient
to greater cooperative nurturing,
Both-And powers of consensual discernment
to discover together highest and best political ecotherapy
and economic health optimization outcomes.

We are best within our democratically-inclusive empathic wheelhouse,
rather than the mutual immune fears of unknown
mysterious and unfortunate threats
and other competitive LeftBrain too-reductive dominance
in defining extended families of synergetic confluence,
requires (0)-centric disciplines of mindfulness
but these are more accurately embraced as Tao-disciplines
on behalf of Love as Nature’s KindTrust Expansion,
rather than suboptimizing political/economic goals
of Anger and Fear Management and self repression
of the static/stuck Panic-Terrorist within to feel better
managing damage control,
safety and security,
defensive mutual time out preferences,
restraint procedures
and economic investment boundary policies
to contain our LoseLose worst hunting and ungathering fears.

The Haudenosaunee definition of grace,
gratitude,
thanksgiving,
“the words that come before all else”
under ideal compost incubating circumstances
of mutual-mentoring
creative
Both-And political and economic cooperative discernment
might bilaterally nuance,
grace evolves the words that come before as after all else,
as above,
so below;
as Exterior Landscaped
so Interior Landscaped.

The belief that anthrocentrism is fundamental
to wise political and economic regenerative planning
for future generations,
is the Original Sin of fundamentalist self-idolatry.
Our capacities for healthy mutual co-empathic trust development
far exceed such a limited and limiting sense of our own personal,
familial,
and EarthTribal identity,
history of cooperative enculturation and intelligence.

Radical Revolutionary Earth (0)-Soul Centrism
is bicameral ecoconsciousness
of polypathic highest as healthiest beautiful minds and words
that come both before and after all else.

Our co-empathic democratic multicultural trust
in healthy cooperative futures begins this and each EarthLoving Eternal Day and Rich Composting Night,

Pronoia’s Paradise of CoEmpathic Trust
is what happens in
and on
and as a holonic soul of
Earth
when we expect,
anticipate,
the absence of Business As Usual (BAU) Paranoia.

Paranoia is the mutual suffering in fear
and concomitant chronic anger management
and ambivalent self-hatred
of LeftBrain dominant
anthrocentric-languaged enculturation,
non-expectation,
absence of active RightBrain agapic love
for Pronoia,
an EarthTribe originally intended
with co-empathic political, economic,
as ecologically bilateral trust.

EarthTribe’s Pronoia Cooperative
conducting relationships and transactions of Basic Trust Attendance,
as empathic faith anticipated within mental health itself,
the Positive Psychology progenitor of Gratitude.

Gratitude for Earth’s kindness
is the belief/feeling medicine,
Moose/Owl Medicine,
for arriving in Pronoia internal paradise.

is how to arrive in Beloved Communities of Pronoia Paradise,
Basic Trust Cooperatives (BAC),
rather than continuing on so much with BAU,
monopolistic anti-trusts.

For this,
we would best Pay-Gratitude-Forward,
actively love the positives you can hunt and gather today,
plant and harvest for tomorrow,
to starve the BAU negative cultural weeds
of competing Paranoias in yourself,
as in Other.

Both states of becoming are highly co-empathic,
and therefore autonomically contagious,
but paranoia feeds on anger, fear, and hate,
while pronoia feeds on good humor, beauty, and co-empathic ecologic,
(0)-balanced dipolar co-arising political/economic trust,
anticipation of pregnant Earth’s richly fertile,
fluid,
nearly timelessly reincarnating possibilities
for even further polypathic integrity
of becoming
evolving TaoTime OurSelves.

So let us say Grace together
by sharing our complex responses
to “Who are you?”
List your magical powers
and scratches and dents of suffering character,
lost opportunities to have become someone else,
comprising who you are so far,
your conjoining toward this climatic time and place
of co-celebrating grace
you bring to us,
and we bring to you,
this banquet of mutually pronoiac feeding
on who we are becoming
gracious nutrients,
this meal of pronoiac communing on grace ourselves
and what grace has brought to this table
this day,
this now,
this incarnation of co-empathic divinely gorgeous trust
in Earth’s fertile conspiracies of kindness.
