Cooperative Feministas

Cooperative Feministas
are not quite so much Competitive Manifestos.

In David Holmgren’s introduction to Permacultural Therapeutic Design,
he contrasts “Industrial Culture” with “Sustainable Culture”
kind of like comparing masculine LeftBrain culture
with feminist RightBrain enculturation, nurturance, resonance
over the longer-term scenaria,
rather than shorter-term dementio.

Anyway, Holmgren recognizes we could choose alternative words
for labeling these two contrasting, appositional, cultures.

We might sometimes choose
Competitive Culture v Cooperative Culture,
or Capital-Accrual v Capital-Nutritional Dispersal,
sort of like the difference between hunting down and killing the defense
as compared to watering and feeding and gathering the vegan edibles,
or Colony Acquisitional
(especially of slaves and other, alarmingly similar, ways of acquiring cheap manual, and especially womanual, labor)
v Creole ReGenerative
(like mixing multicultural spices contributed in some pay-it-forward co-invested development of a robust Stone Soup
accessible to all with cooperatively managed ownership),
or LeftBrain Dominant Patriarchal (Business As Anthrocentrically Usual)
v Right-Left CoRelational Matriarchal BiCameral,
or DeGenerative LoseLose ZeroSum AntiEcological Entropic 2nd Principle
of Closed Patriarchal Framing FromAbove Ecosystems
v ReGenerative WinWin NonZeroSum PositiveDeviance CoOperative Revolutions/Devolutions, the what goes up must also at least partially come back down,
and what grows out must also economically recess back in,
a more Syntropic 1st Original Intent Principle
of Open Matriarchal Framing-From-Mutually-WithIn Ego-EcoSystem,
or Yang v Yin,
just to keep the regeneratively complex
from becoming too stressfully, and degeneratively, chaotic.

But, if Holmgren was familiar with Buckminster Fuller’s
Synergetic EcoSystemic Theory,
he might also have chosen
Precessive Political Culture v Recessive Economic Culture.
Precessive toward prophecies of Diastasis-PolyCulturally Convex-Complex
upward and outward development trends
implying their reverse double-binding inevitability
of Recession toward ReAcclimation ConCave-Within-Embryonic,
where Convex is the top of a forward surfing wave of temporal-flowing energy,
and/or information,
while concave is the subsequent creolizing trough,
the renewing ebb of what had been that precessive crest,
now reacclimating inward and downward,
more deeply resonant toward a renewing polyculturally inclusive balance.

Regardless of Fuller’s balloons with growing and ebbing synergy/entropy,
information implying double-binding reverse-appositional binomial exformation,
these are culturally oppositional categories.
We might heuristically assume each represents an appositional tension,
with all the cultural risks of revolutionary eruptions growing toward violence
and capitalistic-repressive recessive despair,
and all the multicultural opportunities
of evolving re-creative regenerative tensions
toward therapeutic midway Tipping Points
of ecosystemic ecological balance,
cooperatively sustainable at both highly localized
and global-planetary scales
of co-redemptive ecopolitical co-empathic trust,
more culturally dominant,
more sustainable,
than mutually antipathic distrust.

While this suggests our hopes lie in our combined powers of cooperatively active love
and our degenerative despair lies within any further stressing increases
in uneven powers,
terrorizing showers, of competitive
(and increasingly rabid over-populated behavior of elites v non-elites)
monoculturing monopolistic monochromatic monotheistic disdain,
fueling each ego’s sense of selfish competitive gain
at the expense of others’,
including future generations’, zero-sum entropically inevitable loss;
reacting to each other defensively
as if we lived on a ClosedEcoSystemic Earth,
which, of course,
we don’t
unless anthro-supremacists choose to continue playing these uber capitalist-colonialist-industrial
zerosum Exhausted Games.

Holmgren helpfully adds a chart of comparative/contrasting characteristics
of his Industrial v Sustainable Cultures,
which I will supplement in brackets
intending to nuance these EitherOr oppositional cultures,
into a more regenerative BothAnd appositional bilateral enculturation,
premised on LeftBrain Yang falling back in love with RightBrain Yin:

that is modestly increased over the year 1500.

Suddenly, rising in these DisUniting States
playing LoseLose ecopolitical Trump cards,
I realize how far our kids have to fall
together.

The PermaCultural Brain Surgeons

Honey,
please don’t even try to get me interested
in your Cranial Ontology Department.
You know how the name itself
puts my brain to sleep.

Yes I noticed your tendency to snore
when I am thinking out loud,
with tender thoughts about glial climate cells
holding up all that neural landscape in your mind.

Sounds more like Brain Architecture to me,
and I prefer my architecture out where I can look at it.

I thought so.
So why isn’t your PermaCulture Design Department
called the PermaCultural Therapeutic Design Department,
so your therapeutic ecoconsciousness could be better marketed
for all to see?
You are the health and nutrition regenerativity people;
the public-private health development scientists and artists, really,
rather than restricted to outside edibles and ornamentals,
stimulating neural-glial flowing smell and taste therapies,

without also seeing

Neural Yang networks

Higher and Deeper Powers

I was noticing that those in the Unitarian Universalist Association,
with which I am more or less anonymously affiliated
in some far too abstract way for personal comfort,
believe in three prime sources for their (our) truth search,
rather like a revised holonic trinity,
equally at home for Buddhist monk
or Islamic or Christian not-quite-so-fundamentalistically BothAnd alive.

The first of these is a Higher Power.
Now this must have been written by the Yang Universalists
within the Universal-Unitarian assembly,
because every wholesome Yin Unitarian knows
that what is a Higher Power for Universalist Yangers
is also a Deeper Power for Unitarian Yinners
bilateral BothAnd winners;
so, a HigherYang/DeeperYin Power.

Then we come to the second source,
YangLife and YinDeath.
Now any fully bicameral balanced Unitarian-Universalist,
just as any Taoist,
knows there is always something of Yin within Yang
and vice versa.
Just as there is something of our daytime lives
in our nighttime dreams,
and sometimes our inductive dream work
presents bilaterally incisive insights
into next morning’s Tipping Point meditation
on and for and of the breathless balance
of ego- and eco-consciousness,
empathically trusting in healthy YangLife
and safety of exhaling final YinDeath,
leaving further climatic paradoxes
and coaxial dialectic nondualities
for future regenerations to sift through,
notice,
comprehend and decompose,
and then reweave again,
as full-octave light emerges from dark
so life emerges from embryonic death
the absence of discontinuous life at egocentric levels
posing both risk and opportunity
in wider and deeper nutritional Earth-centric becomings.

Finally, we have sacred texts,
the YangLogos and YinMythos of experience
reflected in the memory language of Wise Elders,
presumably filled with both Higher and Deeper Powers.

So, that’s it.
We have the Higher PatriarchalUniversalist Power
with the Deeper BiCameral Learning MatriarchalUnitarian Power
living and dying to WinWin nature-spirit nonduality together,
as written in the fusing-fractal DNA and RNA
of each sacred ecological phylogenically regenerative
and co-operative
reproductive rights and wrongs re-creation story.

Now the 3-Source trinitarian story takes us to the 7 Principles,
which some permaculturists would expand out to 12,
while spiraling octavists, and maybe sufis and artists, stop at 8,
but nature reweaves as a regenerative bilateral-fractal 4
seasons of health and safety regenerativity,
or cooperative ownership and self/other governance,
if you are a Yin-Unitarian NonZero-Sum economist
or a Yang-OneEarthClimate politician
or possibly even nondual BothAnd alive and growing
out your extending UU-Taoist family,
tribe,
species,
planet,
the wu wei in-between horizontal and vertical spacetimes
where Earth and Sun/Moon radiant Sky
nondually co-arise seeds,
trees,
and other bilateral root and branching health and safety systems
seeking both Higher and Deeper Powers
of reproductive
reweaving continuous life and discontinuous death,
sacred regenerative texts;
not to become confused with degenerative twitters.

Starting with the End

As a young avid reader
I always read the Introduction or Prologue,
when offered,
to see if this treatise overture
would take me some place I cared to wade through.

As an old avid reader
I always begin with the last chapter
because I may not otherwise have time to get there
and because its always offered, eventually,
and here I listen to learn if it might transport me
to some place I care about and believe in
and might even faithfully hope for;
a place I have not yet been
promising a pause in wonder
about where I might be now
had I only visited earlier.

Biographies are especially telling
as the end where history has brought each writer
to remember what these assembled lives and thoughts have become together
and are now replete unfolded
for all to see and rediscover
how extremes of final stages
like shared nascence of embryonic birth and infant interests
seem to land as we began
withdrawn from adolescent and middle-aging fuss and blunder,
both respectability and revolutionary thunder,
so good in our coming to, and escape from, ripe time
now echoing warnings
to start and end each new narrative’s last chapter first.

I might not have time to invest
in earlier stages of this story’s redevelopment,
especially if the last chapter doesn’t sound
at least as healthy wealthy as my own
last day and night so far,
which I probably should plan
to finish writing soon.

The L Word

The L word,
like the N word,
labels no one with healthy homeostatic balance within society,;
no conservative fellow-conservationist of culture
that we would want to be
and creolizingly become.

The L word
is a political caricature,
a despotic stereotype,
of what is too often economically proven
as also a faithless hypocrisy.

An authentic political person
favoring liberating inclusion
within our systemic power structures
cannot also be an economic autonomous ownership conservative.

A politically bilateral cooperative management model,
where responsibility goes up as authority comes down,
is ultimately supported through cooperative ownership
as public health
stewardship for optimizing multicultural wealth.

To own the L word
is to cooperatively own Earth,
including our nondual co-arising
nature-spirit,
descriptive-prescriptive,
logos-mythos,
yang-yin,
left-right,
deductive-inductive,
double-binding ecopolitics.

Old School Libertarians
had faith in conserving political freedoms for co-empowerment.
PostMillennials would also liberate
our faith that growing economic cooperative ownership,
and self-with-other governance,
is a normative therapeutic prescription
but also an ecological description
of how we organically have derived
optimal regenerative
multiculturally positive outcomes
throughout both history and herstory,
both economically co-owned
and conservationally co-operatively managed.

Who cooperatively owns and manages
your not primarily for elitist profit-growing enterprises,
plans,
designs,
projects,
corporations,
incarnations?
Is it your celestial Board of Directors
and your monopolistic CEO?
Or do you cooperate your days and nights through family-owned busyness and playfulness,
through your local economic and political cooperative networks
of co-owned industry and recreation,
transportation and communication,
communing self/other transport,
your cooperative interdependent ecosystemic States,
your Earth interdependent international economies?

These are each and all for ego/eco-therapeutic climate-liberating health
accruing cooperatively emergent slow-growth wealth
through WinWin regenerative games and choice-making
and self-with-other ownership of our cooperative game ourselves.

This cooperative matriarchal/patriarchal Organic Garden
is already multicultural Shabbat here,
and still not quite cooperative therapeutic economic ownership
of and for regenerative self/other-gratitude governance;
not just anti-climatically yet.

The Fourth Principle

The Fourth Principle of cooperative ecopolitical design (D. Holmgren):
Apply self-regulation and accept feedback.
One might read this as an implied corollary
of the Golden Rule.

Why?
The sins and blessings of the patriots and matriots
are revisited by and with children
unto the seventh generation.

If we are to develop healthy and robust democratic self-governance
then we must grow cooperative ownership and stewardship of feedback systems,
especially from those whose outcomes are least robust
among our slowly extending global family.

Feedback comes in two trends,
regenerative-positive,
which often has some form of creolizing, creative, recreative dimension
to love’s evolution,
and degenerative-negative.
It is important to accept both kinds,
to welcome both kinds, especially when they are offered together,
within some nondual co-arising double-binding frame
of appositional dipolar reference,
to become grateful for both kinds,
to express this gratitude for both kinds,
life’s apparent blessings and curses.

So, whether Republican or Democrat,
or something Libertarian Green in-between,
an important litmus test for the savvy ecopolitical consumer and producer
of national and state and local leadership and maturity
that we sometimes ignore at our own disgruntled peril,
and at further peril “unto seven generations”
of potentially robust regenerators,
from Bodhisattva PeaceWagers and CoInvestors
to CoMessianic Salvific GoodNews CoRedeemers:

1. How has this candidate for public office
demonstrated and grown mature self-regulation
in his/her personal and public economic and political-relational life?
Essentially a question to compare cooperative ownership and governance trends
with overly competitive elitist and supremacist egocentric trends.

2. How has this candidate demonstrated growth
in regenerative capacity
to absorb,
learn from,
and become grateful for
positive and negative feedback
in his/her personal and pubic economic and political life?
How might you compare this to your own life,
both naturally organic and spiritual?

Perhaps the overly competitive economic and politically aggressive public servants
we have been electing and hiring to represent our healthiest interests
are the to-be-expected answers
to the absence of higher-priority questions,
too degeneratively short-term focused
and polarizingly narrow-minded,
questions unmindful of the Fourth Principles potential
for more robust Golden Rule cooperative outcomes.

Growing Up Healthiest

Just as a significant line might be drawn
between permaculture design
and agribusiness,
defined as improved seasonal production through better and more expansive chemistry and soil and water and air and light pathology,
we might draw a parallel contrast
between cooperative Earth-nutritional politics
and competitive bottom-line capitalism,
human natural purpose and Earth-nature’s absence of healthy intent

between cooperation as Yin-flow
and competition as Yang oppositionally proficient deductive strengths

between cooperative ecopolitical co-ownership and stewardship
and competitive anti-ecological autonomous supremacy of human nature
and patriarchal-dominant rulership.

From a LeftBrain deductive dominant perspective
this line looks like an Old School opposition,
a mutually-antipathic hostility.
Yet, from a cooperative Left-Right mindbody perspective
this same line
looks and feels like ALSO (bilaterally) a decompositional appositional space
for heuristic co-empathic trust,
for significant deep learning Both-And,
rather than necessarily always and only Either-Or,
dipolar rather than merely bipolar,
ego/ecother zero-sum balancing perspective.

Just as EitherOr follows WinLose suboptimizing Game Theory ecosystemic outcomes,
while BothAnd follows WinWin regenerative-nutritional reiterative outcomes
for EarthGame Day and Night cooperative perpetual continuance.

So, suppose,
just suppose BothAnd,
for the sake of creolizing cooperative simplicity,
Republican Nationalistic Agri-valuing Business
were merely an appositional creative tension
with Democratizing EarthMatriarchal/Patriarchal PermaCulturing Design
and EcoPolitical Planning
for CoOperative Earth Ownership and ReGenerative Optimization Governance,
still including some degenerative-decompositional functions,
yet without deliberately recreating a runaway waste stream
nor a runaway personal, family, community,
or national nutritional, financial, or health-assurance deficit.

That’s what’s been up and down with my bicameral Yang/Yin mind.

Managing HealthCare DisInvestments

What did you talk about
in your Anger Management Class today,
dear Yang?

Crisis survival skills.

As opposed to opportunity optimization skills,
I would guess?

I suppose so.
Like when someone is screaming and threatening to remove your health insured head
it might be a good idea to just take off your clothes
and walk away.
Or, the next time my elected government officials
get togethr to debate
how quickly we can further dismantle my health care
as a right of humane residency on planet Earth,
I might distract myself
by banging my head against the nearest wall
or table top.

Oh, that sounds not at all like our discussion today
in my Conflict Resolution Class.

Well, dearest Yin,
that’s probably because conflict resolution
is about opportunities for health-thrival skills;
not pathological crisis survival.
We operate on more of a two to six year
short-term re-election for more bicameral head-banging
timeline.
So, what’s your big take-away
from your world of conflict resolution
and healthy diplomacy today?

We’re working on mindful listening skills
right now.

Such as…?

Like when someone is screaming at you
about how we can’t afford to provide care for people like you
who have the nerve to choose to be poor,
and sick,
and reside in the United States,
all at the same really inconvenient
pre-existing conditions time,
then we should listen for what we can agree with,
or at least might agree with for now,
and set aside the head banger statements
that drive us insane
for their lack of Earth-centric mindfulness.

You mean selfishness.

We could go with that word

Why does your seductive version of conflict resolution
always end with getting naked together?

unlike your anger management skills,
it’s not the way I would choose to start
in response to all that screaming
and fist shaking
about being both nakedly poor
and vulnerably sick
during the Republican AntiPoverty Nationalist Reform Movement.
