Variations on a Punishing Theme

When people are hungry and at risk of homelessness
despair
wilting and climatic yet chronic extinction,
It is because their administrators and developers,
incubators and technical assistance providers
grantors and lenders
representatives and public sector officials
absorb too many investments and nutrients
for their own mouths and mortgages,
sleeping soundly at night
unaware of how their CQI intentions
economically and ecologically miss their orthopraxis mark
of solidarity and mutual subsidiarity,
of redeeming the bedtime and nutrients
they intended to invest in those with greater need.

Therefore the self-oppressive unruliness of hungry homeless people
Is due to over absorbent interference of well-intended practitioners
expert administrators
senior consultants.
That is why dominated marginal monoculturalists of poverty
are so dissonantly unruly.

Chronically at-risk people are not afraid of death’s dissonance
and entropic trends,
Because they are anxious to survive,
to build life; not so much death and perpetual advent.
That is why wilting lives are not afraid of macrosystemic death trends.
It is mutual-mentors who invest in cooperative living
That incarnate wise evolution of deep ecologically balancing lives.

Self-composting toilets
have surprisingly greater value
to people without a pot to pee in
than self-composting banks.

CoRedemptive Miracle

If you are asking me to forgive you
for being born human,
for the sins of making ignorant,
and often habitual,
mistakes of judgment and understanding,
for your lack of compassion and empathy,
for your cognitive and affective and effective dissonance,
for your part in our shared investment
in a cultural pool of violence,
mutual domination assumptions of win-lose logistics,
both intentionally and accidentally causing yourself to suffer,
others to suffer and become angry,
and hate,
and despair,
and wilt,
and develop climate-control issues,
and extinguish;
if you are asking me to forgive you
for sometimes doing more than your fair share of mayhem,
then of course my answer is “Yes!”

Especially if you might forgive me
for the errors of my pathological ways.
If this could be a cooperative double-binding kind of transaction
of mutual forgiveness for sins already committed
and those still on their way,
then this might serve a mutually redemptive dynamic,
as well as mutual mentoring cooperative investment
all in one compost pile of coincidental enrichment.

But, while this is all fine and good,
you do not need my fore-giveness
nor can I participate in your redemptive investments
of life,
of time,
of resources,
of positive healthy sustainable relationships,
in your stead,
nor you in mine.
My capacity to fore-give,
to invest in redemptive right relationship,
is limited not only by my own passioning capacity,
my ability and range of empathy,
but also by your own committed ability to empathize with,
identify fully with yourself,
your significant and also less significant others,
whether human or some other self-organizing
self-perpetuating
self-regenerative systemic form and force of nature.

Fore-giving,
like investment and karmic redemption of pay-it-forward commitment
to future hope of positive relationship,
begins as an internal economy
and grows out into Earth’s natural
systemic ecology of cooperative relationship
intention and practice.
You need not compete for my fore-giveness
any more than you could dominate in earning
what best remains a zero-sum free market exchange
of mutual regard,
and hope,
and trust,
positive investment is also negative disinvestment
from further harm,
mistrust,
inequity,
dissonant dominating win-lose strategies.
This is basic Hippocratic Oath mutual mentorship.

To do no harm
we must at least intend no harm
in actions,
transactions,
practice,
intent,
giveness.
An optimally redemptive economy,
equitable return-to-zero-balance forgiveness
of your investments,
is also a balancing return toward zero-sum win-win ecology of grace.

I can only be your redeemer
if you are your own redeemer,
returning Time’s investment in choosing to continue evolving,
incarnating,
your DNA potential since conception.
We are each coincidental co-redeemers,
redeeming Elder Time’s DNA regenerative investment
in our interdependent,
multisystemic
polypathic prime bicameral relationship
from past generations of Time,
carnating future’s regeneration
of our cooperative id-entity season.

You are your holonic subset
of nature’s informating existence,
conscious of your Time’s regenerating
and dissonant neural memories;
there, fore-given at birth, you know your redeemer lives.

If you’re asking me how I know my redeemer lives,
because my Eco-Time’s cooperative relational
(coincidental) investments
in this ego-ionic id-entity
of left-right neural balance
sing this song of miraculous co-harmony.

Redeeming Time’s Investment

He took his morning seat
to hear the Sage’s sonnet,
“On Punishment”:

“The people are not afraid of death;
Why threaten them with death?
Supposing that the people are afraid of death,
and we can seize and kill the unruly,
Who would dare to do so?
Often it happens that the executioner is killed.
and to take the place of the executioner
Is like handling the hatchet for the master carpenter.
He who handles the hatchet for the master carpenter
Seldom escapes injury to his hands.”

He drifted off and on and in and out
as gathering dusk redreamed:
Enlightening people are not afraid of losing time;
Why threaten them with loss?
Supposing they learn fear of untimely death,
And would seize and kill unruly incarnations,
Who would be wise enough to do so?

Often it happens that prophets are killed
to take the place of omniscient justice.
Redemption of another’s investment
is like handling the wu-wei hatchet for the master carpenter,
He who handles the master carpenter’s trimming points
pruning just discernment and balancing design
Seldom escapes injury to crucified hands.

Jesus was a master carpenter?
Teaching wu-wei design
and fishermanic skills
in a school of fishy men.
His self-optimizing teaching was redemptively mentored,
as is ours,
graduating from dominating executioners of time’s incarnate investments,
to commence mutual-mentoring global cooperative design.

We take each morning’s messianic seat
to invest our wise redemption.

When We Are In Charge

Evolution unfolds history
as economics forms cultural values.

Just as currency only carries values we supply
as a society of economists,
so my own paltry sums can only carry those values
I am willing to invest in.

Money does not grow out of some distant Orthodox investment value tree,
We invest our money,
like our time,
in our values, or disvalues.
Cash is our economic cart,
while our cultural values are our investment horsepower.

Our values are subjects of economic life,
as redemptive synergetic investments are objects,
objectives,
outcomes,
purposes,
meaningful as ecological life and time
and peace and justice as actively invested love.

Our “need” values are negatively synaptic–
lots of horsepower,
as our want values are positively aptic,
sustainable,
maintainable,
optimal composting economic norms
and natural law assumptions of synergetic ecologic,
like the stress of rapid spring growth
must separate winter’s decompositional gratitude
from summer’s regenerous amplitude.

We need to not be hated and hateful
marginalized or marginalizing others.
We need to be loved as lovers of all nature,
including humane nature.
We would like to not be neglected and ignored,
the subject of our own self-ridicule.
We would like to be met with gratitude
and trust
and non-violence
and willingness to invest in cooperative values.

We invest in ecological cooperation more gracefully
knowing our future time is already redeemed,
regenerative,
through our synergetic praxis,
cooperative self and other love
as gift-it-forward investments from Elder generations,
passing through our positive regenerative intent,
to redeem our future history of generations.

Ecojustice yang horsepower
races genetically bionic Eco-Logic’s YinYin Cart,
just as ecological values and disvalues
empower global Yang to drive
our binomial economic cart of wealth deposits and empoverishing loss
and health risk,
currency as energy flow and constipation,
and nutritional functions of co-redemptive compost.

Ecological karma predicts economic grace,
or not so much risk
and loss of face.
A regeneratively optimizing ecosystem
presupposes a redemptively cooperative economy.

A degenerative sub-optimizing eco-stressed culture,
ecological thoughtlessness,
lack of comprehensive consciousness,
grows mental and physical illness,
chronic cognitive dissonance,
inclusive affective autism,
flat-line economic entropy
with high risks of wilting
consumers and producers,
decomposers
and extinguishing richly effective pollinators.

It seems to me that ecological trends
predict an economic trickle up theory,
disempowerment and disinvestment
in synergetic systems,
beloved and climax community development,
will continue leading toward our demise,
until this unraveling ecosystem
reconnects balancing tipping points
and wu-wei principle
for reweaving ecojustice.

An EarthTribe platform of Earth Rights,

Time begat space,
energy begat matter,
function begat form,
as Yin begat Yang.

negative begat positive,
ionic waves begat radiant sprays,

Consumption begat production,

electrons begat protons,
as monoculture begat polycultures.

Non-aversion begat grasping prehension,
possession begat sin,
ignorance begat noise,
as mentoring begat teaching.

Past begat future,
negentropy begat synergy,
diastatic effectiveness begat cause,
as redemption begat investment.

Air begat fire,
water begat Earth,
ecological value begat power,
as decomposition begat regenerative metamorphosis.

Justice begat peace,
peace begat love,
listening begat speaking,
as polycultural liturgy begat permaculture design.

Regeneration begat redemption,
purgation begat enlightenment,
eco begat ego,
as economic cooperative justice begat ecologic.

So, just maybe two wrongs could make a right,
space is to time
as matter forms energy,
convex forms concave’s exterior,
as Yin reflexes Yang.

Form is to function
as positive is to negative
as grasping prehension is to non-aversive non-violence,
as sin and ignorance appear to those possessed by dysfunction.

Production is to consumption
as Host is to parasitic relationship
as Earth is to water,
as Permacultural Design is to Polycultural Flow and Development.

Radiant light is to ionic gravitational dark relationship waves
as protons are to electrons
as future is to past,
as regenerative creativity is to bicameral decomposition.

Synergy is to negentropy
as fire is to air,
as synaptic is to aptic,
as information is to noise.

Investment is for redemption
as cause is for effectiveness,
as power is for optimizing ecovalue,
as teaching is for mentoring.

Polycultures are to monoculture

within myself, society, Earth.

Soil and soul enrichment

of one ecotherapeutic process;

Who is this would-be Redeemer
stalking my own mirror?
Whether for good or evil
I remain steadfastly ambivalent.

Riding Time’s unfolding edge,
glancing forward for faith in better
stronger
surer lasting light
glancing backward darkens optimistic hope
to change what I cannot,
to fulfill commitments to grow together
as I might
were I not so all-encompassing alone.
Universe of Presence much too vast for home.

Even so, the present makes a safer home
than future’s pregnant womb

drawing these two faces together
in stigmatic messiah wound,
breathing in and out,
stifling each victorious shout

my time unwilling to climax
without our Time Beloved.

Faith in fated freedom
struggles with choosing birth as death
to what might have been,
contents with choosing life
as if chosen through cosmic coincidence
of karmic evolution.

Redeemer hearts and minds
perpetually ride anguish surf of paradise.

Tao is Like the Sea
flowing and floating Within,
