Primal Intelligence

Intelligence,
including, but not particularly indigenous to,
human intelligence,
begins with nutritional ecopolitical exchange systems,
discerning what might be good to consume,
and healthy to produce for and with future generations,
and what might become a more toxic pest
attracted to me as your next best meal.

Humans enjoy speaking of our gastric-rooted economic issues and deposits
as politically healthy cooperation

between species
nearly as much as we protest our innocence of buying,
well, stealing, actually,
Earth’s healthy climate
supporting multicultural feeding and fueling and reproducing
and breathing and beating and surfing

each and all knowing enough to eat while the sun shines
not yet too bright
for hungry thirsty
but still struggling-healthy
root gastro-intestinal chemistry-climatic nutrient
networking ecosystems.

If Kant had been a medical doctor
or a better historian

Addiction to acclimated cultural norms, then,

To be consistent,

Fair Market Pricing

The prices we each gladly agree to pay

Final Climate Health Rally

He was in his death bed, or on it,
when I asked the most beautiful man Earth could ever know
about his legacy.

This apparently futile pilgrimage toward,
on behalf of,
climate health?
Is that of which you are so curious?

Yes, how well do you think you did
with all your ecopolitical consuming passion?
Who ate whom,
when your last chapter hits our history books?

As well, no better or worse eating and eaten than you,
or anyone else.
My healthy laughters and sad pathologies
have taught me faith that we each do,
have done,
will always do the best we can
this side of total collapse into hypnotic despair
and despotism.
Perhaps that’s what despair feels most like,
knowing we are and will continue to refuse all avenues toward hope.

Do you really speak so humbly of health?
Would not regenerative destiny proclaim your message more majestically,

At this final moment,

has it grown easier to separate fertile health priorities

become more environmentally supported.
Climate health is what is left

It is not possible to win in isolation.

You know climate health when you feel it and think it

Why do we aim hot hate at each other
causing further cracks and craters in dried-up deserted skin,
when we could choose to heal and recreate
formerly fertile forested and grassland soils
to filter and rejuvenate subclimates of therapy?

ReCreating springs and filters of and for clean rich waters,
together restoring healthy air
to breath more deeply together
as we plan Earth’s further fun and happier rejuvenation,
yet another year, and season,
decade and millennium.

We retain subclimates of good cooperative potential
so urgently needed.
We have no time left for guns and missiles.
We have so much labor-neglected waste and humane depreciation
for machetes and rakes and shovels.

For this we emerged

more prosperous,

Those who choose revenge and terrors
