SoulFood Recipes for Peace

Re-membering roundly resonant Gaia’s
mystical polyamorous vulnerability
historical pronoia transparency
anticipating interdependent EarthTribe’s
soul-communing peace communications.

Once again, adding a culminating four-fractal fold
to three interdependent dimensions
closes a four-season healthy
regeneratively wealthy
peace-development story

Inviting our polyculturally expectant revisit
for yet more win/win synergetic soul food

Powers of Enlightenment

I’ve noticed our Republic’s
IrReligious RightWing Tree of Life v Death
reacts to root-systemic problems
as if oak strong branches
lifted to majestic worshiping heights
of crowning supremacy
need not be concerned
with watering
and feeding democratic roots
of nutrition
nursing organic trust
and nurturing EarthMother empowerment.

Such behavior feels less organically intelligent
than a sacred Tree of MotherEarth

More like a gang
of Bully Putin Pulpits
and capital addicted TrumPublican Puppets
with upset expansive stomachs,
boundlessly hungry eyes
and private paranoid parts,
and irritatingly irreligious deaf ears

Trying to feed
from entitled top,
trickling down to lowly
leftover
humiliated bottoms,
what we must primally breed
and seed
from deep down
communing democratic trust inside

Roots musing down
and communicating in
to feed organic communion up
and sacred community out

Conserving crown to root neurological tree-systems
resonantly nurturing
harmoniously liberacious crowns
both/and
win/win
organic/sacred
resiliently conservational root systems
interdependently
inter-religiously
empowering/enlightening communion.

Not quite so angry
with enfeebled branched-out leaders
and not mad
with anemically sad internal conspiracies
and bad dis-investment habits
rather than glad co-investment skills

for resolving which top bully,
devouring all challenger bullies,
will next be crowned King
of trauma-riddled TrumPublican triumph

Trumped-up singing:
It’s my party
and you’ll cry
when I want you to.

Meanwhile
democratic grassroot systemic wisdom
burns and blows
drowns and starves

Degenerating patriarchal migraines
and not regenerating grains
of deep-rooted integrity

to feel multicultural health
trust
truth
beauty
pleasure
wisdom
compassion
loving kindness
pronoia peace

courageous polycultural curiosity
about interweaving wisdom
of inter-religious root systems.

Liberating resonant crowns
and conserving resilient roots,
bipartisan integrity of a wealthy
healthy
EarthMothered Tree.

Or so it seems to me
noticing our disunited Republic’s
troubled Tree of CrownHeavy Life
reacting against healthy multicultural democracy

Deaf
to wilderness voices of dying forests
coral reefs
oceans
topsoil
shrinking polar caps
glaciers
rivers

EarthMother’s unenlightened crown of thorns
and disempowering trunk of sorrows,
man-privileged monotheistic
irreligiously and monoculturally wrong
ecocidally desecrating
anthropocentric maladaptive root-trauma

cannot resiliently support
TrumPublican crown drama.

Stop pretending

and sanctify

Stop pretending

once the veil of dualism is lifted,
predative anthro-supremacism.

Try remembering
that silent gifts,
like grace,
and redemption from hypocrisy,
are a lifetime healthcare process,

This is a revised version of a piece published in a poetry anthology a few years ago. I have added an ecocide-prevention perspective to the original suicide-prevention focus.

When trauma lurks
with upper hand,
To know loss
is to fear death
of much-loved reputation
and taxing self-respect.

When therapy
lends Her feminist sway
to know
and co-invest in life
is to predict
and cherish waxing love.

For both these reasons,
we send a significantly wrong message
of blame the victim
when we post public health messages
like “Suicide is preventable”

Which is no more
or less true
than Systemic Trauma is
and is not preventable
within one anthropological
LeftBrain verbally dominant
monoculturally ecocidal lifetime,
or one healthy democratic trust relationship,
one compassionate communication PolyCulturing Story,
one encircling EnLightenMind/EmPowerBody
resiliently brilliant
resonantly elegant
polyamorous and possibly pantheistic
naked native Nature
sacred/organic
win/win narrative

Matrimonially prophesying,
When trauma lurks
with upper dissociative
and irreligiously patriarchal
right-handed fist,
To know mental depression
body-shaming repression
cognitive oppression
intuitive suppression
is to fear comprehensive
fight or flight
and critically frenzied frozen events
of neurosystemic,
and now also ecosystemic,
loss.

When therapy

to know resonant win/win integrity
reconnecting healthy life’s

is to predict patriotic trust
and matriotic safety,
animus penetrating truth

Win/win thriving respite
from ego- and eco-distempered,
win/lose survivalist,

RightWing dominant trauma history

To fully rekindle compassion’s
wealth embodied laughter
health mindful listening
EarthMother Muse lustery

RightWing Answers Without LeftWing Questions

That’s the question,
why isn’t that obvious?

Because there ain’t no answer.
There ain’t gonna be no answer.
Never was an answer.
That’s my answer.
Because I’m always right!

Empathy challenges grow active curiosity for asking Why.
Trust responds with mind’s open multisensory search
for understanding
Because?…

Antipathy grows WhyNot win/lose answers,
prejudiced against investing in open questions.

Deeply learned distrust responds with lose/lose anxiety,
anger,
anticipating heated discommunication–
exclusively receiving pathological answers
to questions not ecologically asked

Because positive co-relationship is not for me,
of me,
by me,
with me,
like me,
in me,
near me–
nearly universal negative assumption strings of mutual disregard,
escalating,
too often going ballistic,
immunity to open bilateral communication.

CoEmpathic love evolves body chemistry inviting Why and WhyNot.
Trust empowers receptive questions
actively hoping for resonant win/win resolving answers

Typically leading to further resilient reiterations,
refining trusted answers
to more open communing questions.

Pathological discommunication
ruminates actively distrustful feelings
provoking viciously closed
darkly unanswerable loss of desire
for sacred EarthTribe communion

Because there ain’t no question.
There ain’t going to be any question.
There never has been a question
that I am democratically left
to assume your republican right
to give self-righteous non-answers
to my actively distrusting non-questions

Just like any other dysfunctional
disintegrating couple.

And yet,

I can re-member
a preverbal indigenous wisdom
spacious time

When “In God We Trust”
respected a deeply primal
panentheistic integrity

A non-dueling sacred communion
between monotheistic SunGod’s trusted pleasure
enlightening quests

fertile
grace-empowering
respectively responsive
inter-religious answers

In compassionately benign contrast
to a more LeftBrain/RightWing verbally dominant discommunication
like
