Hopeful Whistling Signs

I recall similar signs and notices
of ironic appeal:

“We have a zero-tolerance policy against bullying”
ripped and torn,
and is that a dried yellow yolk stain?

“This is a NO GUNS neighborhood”
surrounded by a lot
vacant except for weeds
mulched in broken shards of glass.

ZERO CRIME AREA notices
as prolific as NO HUNTING signs
in SureWood BeNice Forest.

Me thinks
we protest
too much
to not raise questions
about the wisdom of declaring victory
and moving on,
rather than struggling through win/lose
toward win/win resilient climates of peace.

Perhaps the guns
and their bully keepers
can’t read,
or don’t choose to notice the notice,
or don’t have enough time
in their conflicted day
on their lose/lose way
to making liars
of our best win/win published intentions

Made by frustrated raw spot prey
on some other day
in some other room
they would not
could not
should not feel free to enter
listen
then speak transparently
of their/our own vulnerably exhausted sweet spots

Now worn into deeply entrenched
isolated anger
hate
fear
envy
mistrust
distrust
defensive fight and/or flee choices

Provoked by win/lose competitive environments
cultures
climates
experiences
not bully and gun and crime
and co-related raw spot free.

Universal compassion
is a worthy goal.
But declaring goals already achieved
does not help induce real world cooperative progress,
especially for those not in the room
to help write our negative injunctions.

Perhaps we would healthier
and more effectively begin
with our positive universal aspirations:

We invite Zero Intolerance
Learning to listen with active compassion.

This is a ProPeace place
Cooperatively held active safe space
for growing our ego/eco-managed win/win grace.

We multiculturally and inclusively love co-passion searches
rather than dispassioned hunts
and nihilistic degenerative desertions.

Healthy people
seldom step out in anger
while co-inviting ourselves to step into compassion
with coming peacefully home messages
rather than angry commands to go back
to alien lose/lose lands from which none of us
could ever hope to survive,
much less win/win thrive.

Signs against patriarchal colonizing offenses
do not give compassionate notice
we are for matriarchal creolizing passions.

Hate Management

Managing anger
is too hard work.

Our passions, positive and negative,
when strong,
have their way of managing us,
or me, anyway.

Perhaps you are better
noticing with courage,
then distracting curious strong passions,
positive and negative,
as a resource of your RightWing
return to conservational business
as win/lose usual.

More calming long-term thoughts
of last laugh
getting even more overpowerfully even,

Which my LeftWing passions
remind me is not really even
equitable
symmetric;
More source for and of future ugly
competitive LeftBrain dominance
makes right-mind curiously dispassionate,
uncourageously more wrong
to pine for loving win/win passions,
co-passioning harmonics,
egoLeft/EcoRight
personal/planetary
communion/communication co-regenerative resource
from dipolar, un-bipolar, sources.

For me, anger and fear
and self/other hate management
is much harder than role playing
what courageous,
yet curious,
reactive passions feel like
when acted out divinely,
yet humanely,
embodied mad-grace
by my ego-recovering identity,

Passionate communal identity,
noticed courageously and replayed out imaginatively,
curious original-ego
yet grace inhabited eco-
systemic daring drama
and yet more tactfully listening

To how human experience ought to be
and yet how important harmonic becoming
communioned communicators
commingling
cooperatively impassioned already
is my greatest ego/eco-centering resource,
dipolar communing courageously left
best when also curiously right

Healthy Arts

A sometimes Yin
sometimes Yang
climate health advocate,
reading Thich Nhat Hanh,
unlyrically speaking of the Arts,
Muses of Communication,
creating resiliently wealthy Community,

S/he warmly considers
Why is such a simple book
so difficult to remember,
and breathfully incarnate?
Soaring through each chapter
for the third time
in less than an historic decade,

She notices
before “Art of Communicating”
Thich Nhat Hanh wrote
Science of “Fear.”

Fears about courageously communicating
even within our left and curious right hemispheres
about either/or
thought v feeling
dominating Western sciences
for dualistic cognitive nature v emotive spirit research
overpowering both/and Eastern acts of compassion,
compression
expansion

S/he holds these sacred communion keys
close within his vest,
listening for peaceful control
of that which leaves her
listening impassioned nest.

She speaks harmonic mantras
for love of understanding
when suffering arises
so too do fear
and stressed out waiting ominous boredom,
without nurtured lives of courage
climate planning.

Despite lapse of peaceful memory,
s/he’s more mindful now of vocational communions
in global interweaving communities
continuing resilient international health communication

When s/he practices
zen re-reads
time re-practices
curious compassions
overwhelming Western fear-filled praxis.

Nothing Is Not Lost

Hear unsilenced hope here,
Nothing is not lost.

Hopelessness is the enemy
of justice.

Music resounds appositionally
against fear.

Anthems rise solidarity
within eco-righteous anger.

Praise conserves liberal motion.

Emotion co-arises dipolar cognitive/affective passions.

Climate pathology may not become
the responsibility of white privilege.
Yet, healthy climates may heal
both our oppression of Earth’s sacred integrity
and our white privileged victimizations.

Wealthy multicultural opportunities
re-present risks for and of further monoculturing fragmentation
apartheid
disassociations
conserving silos
of hopelessly unfree silence.

This is our liberal conserving health agenda,
Earth wealth
cooperatively inclusive,
interdependently webbed.

We know we are conservatively listening win/win leaders
when liberally correct agendas
are also Earth-centered conservational anthems
singing courageous praise
against the fake win/lose face
of either totalitarian power
or universal fear.

Active hope
is the ally
of Earth’s great restoring justice
for all,
they and we
eco and ego
yin and yang
universal health and unitarian wealth.

If all faith speaks with liberal political correctness,
so too
all hope erupts from silent win/win conserving power
noticing risks of disempowering silence
missing opportunities for re-empowering healthy natural wealth
between all souls
among all soils
all fearful angry lynching
all courageous songs unflinching.

Music heals through wind and water carried
keening
secular mundane hate
become sacred epic texts
re-formed ego-wind with eco-water
singing unsilenced sorrow.

Hear hope here.
Nothing is not lost
through complacent silence.

Black Life Shatters

My oldest son,
one of the few Earth-mattering
Earth-shattering
Black lives
I was made to protect
to guide
by eco-righteous WinWin acts
and co-passioning words,

Felt, and therefore was, disempowered,
worthless,
like helpless prey among predators
who listen to the same rap,
same urban Earth writes,
same multicultural performances,
When a gun was dispassionately pointed at his head.

This was only tangentially about an economic exchange
primal, personally and politically, targeted.

He felt violated,
and threatened,
already home and identity invaded,
when forced to hand over his car keys,
and the back door
and front door
keys to his home.

He knows these guys,
where to find them on Facebook,
at the casino,
in the dance and rap clubs
where he invested
infested
while still in high school.

Urban night school, unEarthly,
earthy
darkly sensual.

He does not know where to find them in church.
Gospel music is for grandmothers.
Liturgical dance,
sacred rituals,
are for outside romance
on warm wet wombed erotic nights.

He felt naked
exposed
terrified when they demanded his last dime.

This is his biggest and baddest bully,
his most deeply echoing “LOSER!”
His darkest dirge
speaking of suicidal revenge.

Or prison,
where Earth’s great white patriarchal State,
will put a gun to his head
and force him to remove his clothes
and bend over
to assume the even more lost position,

Raped of any future hope
to rest outdoors
after an ecstatic liturgical dance
under a romantic full moon
rapping
and dancing
ultra-violet variations
on a warm wet wombed
bright delight.
Not So Bright Delight

You talk our talk
like Black Lives Matter,
but you walk your own walk
as Black lives shatter,
Brown lives stutter,
Green lives splinter.

What’s a-matter?

You want to want
all lives to splatter?
Might hear to hear
RealTalk ain’t chatter,

You eat to eat
friends heads on platters.
We taste to see
your fake get fatter.

Your act is tired.
Your allies scatter.
You need to feed
on guns’ disaster.

Permanent Sanctuary School

I came to AllSouls
looking for permanent sanctuary.

Sanctuary,
not only from a Rumpian absence of
civility
and non-violent trust
and integrity
and compassion,
but also pro-actively for an orthodox health eco-school
for learning to secure these passioned gifts
through cooperative
pro-active
co-arising practice.

A permanently green sanctuary for integrity
is asking too improbably much
from some,
like myself,
so wounded by cultural mendacity
of growing up intrinsically disturbed
by absence of heterosexual norms,
or masculine values,
or competitive-aggressive dreams
to too whitely overpower,
dominate,
occasionally to violate black extinctions matter
perhaps most of all sacred opportunity Nows.

YinSpirit degeneration in an early homophobic home
in an evangelical white nationalist church
in a rural white patriarchal school,
in a competitive capital over-priced
and cooperative communion under-valued economy
prepared to support even fairly rabid infestations
of white nationalist patriarchalism
competing for Friends With Rich Benefits Office,

Offices perpetually short-term re-investing
in re-election
into more supreme short-term process degeneration
against conserving peaceful health,
instead perpetually at war,
non-sanctuary automating convenient violence machinations
transporting us far away from original democratic ZeroZone nation,
ruled by a non-sectarian God of Compassion

To invest in universal human courage to Trust
unitarian green sanctuary Integrity.

In this AllSouls Cooperative Sanctuary I feel protected
from competing commercials
of anti-communion Holidays,
of Christmas
without SilentSolstice Advent Nights.

I see communal investment in health sciences
for truly wealthy outcomes
mental and physical,
like yin and yang
spiritual and natural,
internal and environmental,
sacred and secular,
inducing co-passionate deductions,
feeling thoughts,
universal wealth and unitarian health educators
mentoring co-passioning balance,
EgoYang dominant
only if also EcoYin prominent.

Nutritional ArtFlow of dipolar co-arising integrity,
peaking and valleying waves

Vulnerable to courageous health
and cowardly resistance
sometimes transportingly yielding into ecstatic,
co-acclimating wealth.

Flowing integrity,
fragile,
too enchanted for permanency,

Wounded synergy regaining effluent health
through nutritional investment change
into nurturing solidarity,
organic communion
fluid yin-flow nutritional-nurturing sanctuary.

More of a unitarian art–
Less of a universal, permanently orthodox,
health deductive-only science.

HomeZone, for AllSouls,
in-between what we choose to sing and dance together,
integrity of non-violent health sciences
also reflectively speaking and walking experimentally together

Everyday remaining
on and in this green sanctuary,
perhaps not universally permanent
but not chaotically temporary,

Blind Faith isn’t such Good Faith

Tolerance of differences
quietly lies between passive-aggressive anger,
then fear,
then active hatred,
And all the way on up to enchanting positive awe,
and then ecstatically cooperative wonder,
and then sacred multiculturing,

transubstantiating communion
of whole synergetic multilateral systems.

Neutral heuristic faith in Golden Rules and Ratios–
despite past warring differences,
chaotic oppositions of power
and complex appositions of potential integrity–
Lies between blind LeftBrain degenerating faith
then apathy
lapsing toward manic paranoia,
And all the way back to RightBrain with newer LeftBrain co-enchantment,
cooperatively ecstatic wonder
and then sacred Eastern nondual communion
with active Western secular non-violent ecological relationships
promoting global DNA nutrition
as communal multicultural wealth
through cooperative WinWin economic/ecological harmonies–
efficiencies short through long-term positive
with effective whole-system eco-relationality.

Gospel faith
is substance of relational things yet unseen
yet also actively hoped for,
advocated with new nutritional eyes and solidarity ears.
Good multiculturing faith is not violent bad monoculturing faithlessness,
nor blind and at-war faith
because healthy positive hopes
values
norms
ethical nurturing systems of life, not death,
are not blind
but inherited healthy v pathological sight

Redefining Greatness and Safety

What’s the problem with homelessness,
other than the violence from which it comes
and toward which it further travels?

Why not ignore
and grow tolerance
for the inevitability of caravans
of sojourners
on pilgrimage
toward mirages
of Uniting Promise Lands?

I have more immediately pressing
everyday problems–
trimming my nails,
drying the laundry
on a rainy non-clothesline day,
raking the leaves,
mowing the lawn,
sweeping the front porch
to invite the occasional visitor,
harvesting the squash,
pulling voracious weeds,
cleaning, the gutters, rain-barrels…
feeding the birds, the kids, the garden soil, the truck…
clothing the barefoot kids,
doing my nails…

Did I say that one already?

These are my at-risk immigrating priorities,
my everyday interdependent pilgrims,
projects longing for a more integral,
mutually inviting,
loving,
enchanting,
even possibly ecstatic?,
climaxing! healthy purpose.

Lawn and leaves, con-joined
birds and children, singing back and forth
wet porches and clothes
and dirty rain-barrels and gutters,
tired and depressed,
worn-out,
sleep-deprived visitors
right here at my doorstep
sharing our cooperatively therapeutic planet
with whatever climate health remains
before traveling further
degenerative and regenerative pilgrimages
of choice
and no alternative
homeless choicelessness.

Homelessness is too big
to therapeutically share alone.

I am too small to host
and everyday depressing
compressed to receive,
to accept with impressed renewing eyes
longing for healthy integrity
throughout my extensive habitat

cooperatively owned responsibilities
to co-produce common healthy outcomes
for ourselves
