Loving Defiance

Punishing for revenge,
could this occur to natural systems
without capacity to imagine alternative futures?

Punishing others for their defiant behavior,
actions and words stronger than merely ignorant
bolder than merely angry with each other, and ourselves,
but how much more
to accurately measure fair consequences
for words of anger
compared to more aggressive, too often violent,
defiance?

If I had never been a victim of another’s vengeance,
bullying,
violence of word and deed,
intent and practice to exercise power of revenge
against a defiant world,
including me,
however unwittingly, impersonally,
would all defiance in my life
calm down into more generic anger
about fear of living as dying alone,
haunting dreams of chronic claustrophobic stress?

Perhaps my defiance was merely being who I really am,
but it didn’t look right through your vengeance lens of opportunity
v. risk.
A safer mark becomes another punished victim
growing increasingly defiant and/or depressed.

Repressive chronic stress

If no defiant anger,

Shoveling I-Cycles

He said he planned to freeze to death.

Did he mean to have his body frozen?
Stored to hatch again later,

I hope and believe that I will choose
when to freeze my death.

Morning Gospel

I love my solitary matins,
morning excursions and incursions
toward simply divine places,
reading to hear voices from my past
Interior Landscape prophesy
Occupy BeComing BeLoved COMMunity futures.

In this sacred space
we sing full RealTime ReSolutions
eco-therapeutic gospel by day
and dream this good-healthy news’ ReMix by night,
regenerating each dawn’s richly choired
polycultural anthem
climaxing just as SunGod
kisses EarthMother’s rich-soiled face
of graceful embrace for all Her Tribes.

I then love quiet endings
for this global namaste psalm,
when each eremetical ego
enters a private sacred school
deeply co-mentoring lessons,

from last night’s dreamy discern,

To emerge as my mother’s son
but heatedly defined as not my father’s wanted son,
or child of either gender
much less elements of both
male and female

To know I could not win his love,
that any admiration would grow silent

Time echoes and resonates without language,
invests in green triumphal backdrop,
below misty blue sky,
spotted
blossomed in yellows and spindling purples
blues and flaming orange,
fragile moments of fully fertile tone
bilateral shapes and colors,
flagrant erections of next generation’s timely hope
for full-hued polylife as health regeneration,
perennially emerging through fields,

Earth-toning soil and rocks
and weathered blackwet-stretching darker barks

This diastatic summer’s newer time full color;
Elder tunes dressed in fallen grays and browns,
