It has been said
Charles Darwin was not happy
with leftbrain’s Survival of the Fittest
without rightbrain’s ecosystemic health roots
in Thrival of the Fittin-ingest,

Which Bateson,
and other systemic ecologists,
would later call interdependent co-acclimation,
and Jane Gordon politically theorizes
rare histories of win/win creolization
with much healthier outcomes
and wealthier too,
than leftbrain’s fascination
with wealth-acquiring colonization.

Foolish leftbrain dominance,
so unaware history has regeneratively concluded
there is no lasting resilient wealth
without ecosystemic EarthClimate health.

Adam Smith’s Wealth of Nations
produced similar unease
about evolutionary theories
denying the primally obvious
Health of Interdependent NationStates
through robust natural/spiritual Earth consciousness,
co-passioning double-binding nonduality,
like bipolar either Yang or Yin of reductive ZeroSum reasoning
and dipolar both Yang with Yin of inductive ZeroSoul co-nurturing.

While Adam Smith’s leftbrain wrote,
“The necessity of civil government grows up
with the acquisition of valuable property…
till there be property there can be no government,
the very end of which is to secure wealth,
and to defend the rich
from the poor.”

His more interdependently ecosystemic rightbrain
was feeling,
“The opportunities of civilizing governance grows up and out
with the acquisition of healthy interdependent properties
of communal co-acclimation…
till there be cooperatively integral properties
there can be no ego/ecosystemically thriving co-governance,

Where “capitalism permits wealth
to purchase,
own,
and profit from natural resources,”
notes Kenneth Cloke’s ecosystemic analysis,

There also,
integralism, integrity,
invites health to invest in,
to cooperatively own wealth,
and resiliently benefit with nondual natural/spiritual resources,

Not only LeftBrain “exhausting the land on which our food is produced,”
but also RightBrain feeding our soil-souls
from which our sensory nutritional awareness is rooted
and wombed;

Not only “poisoning the water we drink
and polluting the air we breathe,”
But also healing the living waters we consume
and collaboratively purifying the air trees breathe
and bicameral lungs digest
ingest
outgesture;

Not merely “the sale and consumption of fossil fuels,
irrevocably heating our planet,
altering our weather,
raising sea levels,
extinguishing countless species
and threatening the survival of millions,
if not all species”…

But also re-investment in natural/spiritual
left/right systems
interdependently cooling our robust planet,
re-acclimating our weather,
re-lowering sea levels,
cooperatively planting and nurturing countless species
and fostering the thrival of ecosystemically resilient millions,
if not all left/right
yang/yin balancing
anthro/eco-systemic life
on secular/sacred
deductive/inductive
unfolding explicate/refolding implicately co-arising
win/win binomial ZeroSoul compassion with Earth.

Where leftbrain’s either + or (-,-)1
is also rightbrain’s resolution
both + and (-,-)0-Soul,
like positive psychology polynomials
equivalently health/wealth valued
as not-not polynomial
neurologically interdependent polypathic web systems,
inviting both wealthy rightbrain polyphonic co-passion
and further leftbrain healthy curiosity.

Restoring Natural Spirits

Dear Attorney Thompson Page, LLC
Sentient Advocate for Domestic Companions

Thank you for reminding me
last evening, as I was feeling unfree,
Retributive justice is rooted in ecological principles
of healthy empathic relationships
responsibilities
judgments
discernments
communications between sentient beings.

For remembering that good
healthy
effective legal systems
intend to protect our interdependent webs
while too often building punishing walls
settling into side-by-side cells
of separation,
fragmentation of wealthy democratic purposes
like robust well-being,
cooperatively-owned curiosity and prosperity,
healthy and courageous happiness,

Constitutional gratitude for compassionate priorities
win/wins for both justice and peace possibilities
of EarthTribe patriotic loyalties
encompassing suffering and joy.

You mentioned several crimes against sentient beings.
Some punished by legal precedent
for protecting human nature
more than Earth-nature’s other sentient breathing forms
legally misunderstood,
under-refined,
not well-defined,
as mere property,

Properties autonomously owned by narcissistic human natures,
Legally presumed as morally superior sentient beings,
becoming evermore integrity’s active win/win advocates,
inclusively aware
we are not humanely alone
in our co-empathic capacities for emotive communication.

I am wondering,
this morning,
if it would make a nondualistic difference
to our legal-moral systems
to notice, and give germane standing, to Lovelock’s Gaian Hypothesis
that multicultural Earth is a globally sentient ecosystem
capable of internal/external balancing health care,
evolutionary regenerative development
through complex organically organized sentience,
ecosystemically communicating awareness
between subclimates managing our diverse property
and properties for competitive/cooperative
EitherOr/BothAnd
walled/webbed bicameral communion.

If our legal oaths,
moral allegiances,
were to understand
One nation, under God
as also
One of many interdependent nations
and a few continents
and oceans
within Earth’s sentient integrity
of ecotherapeutic properties,

I wonder if punishing and fragmenting judgment systems
would fade into second place,
deferring to primal natural justice
for restoring healthy sentient relationships
between Earth’s propertied tribes,
species,
elements,

Could natural/spiritual legal properties
swing back toward universally uniting
what could not be healthy secular/sacred divided
by health-intelligent
Earth’s most sentient-wealthy beings?

Positively Deviant

She seems afraid to say too much
and not listen enough.

Perhaps fear of becoming misunderstood
and, worse, too quickly dismissed,
her moment,
even in this small-staged sanctuary,
unnoticed
under-nourished
unfed
unwatered.

She wants to share with us
her deviant dissonant sufficiency
usually seen as negative degenerating autonomy
but, occasionally, in epiphanies of positive
ecologically healthy
revolutionary ZeroZen deviant resonant potential,

Receptive tingling silence
thumping and breathing
autonomously ringing singing
timelessly herstoric
within domesticating unreal world paradise,
unwombed worn integrity re-memories
echoing between nightseed dreams
and switching off her leftbrain daily alarm.

Until she smiles
I am impressed by her nothing is sadly wrong
yet everything goes unsanctuary too patriarchally long,

Business As RightWing World gone,
anxiety about personal and political
and social and psychological
and mental and physical health issues
for future climate chaos kids
reversing integrity’s robust synergetic win-win potential.

I notice then
soft teeth with nearly infinite hard work
pain
suffering loss,
alone?

Physically alone,
and not not spiritually autonomous
feminist suffering deviance
often in counterculturing ways
to help others,
more win-lose predominant,
suffer unspoken withdrawal less.

Once
I see her primal eyes smile
and suddenly my own competitive mistrust,
my own positive deviant naked fear,
goes away,
dismissed by curious eagerness.

Compassion therapeutically co-arises.

I ask if she too suffers
without sufficient release
from mutually withheld win-win loneliness,
mistrust of fully disclosed intimacy
vulnerability
co-empathic joy.

She continues
now turning toward wealthy belly laughs
co-operating integrity
mutually vibrating abdowomen,
soul sound of synergy’s vast wisdom
loudly rooting for win-win potential global health
through her sanctuary solidarity,
still curiously becoming.

She seems fearless to listen too much
and eager to not say enough.

Mixed Taxed and UnTaxed Blessings

Those of us
who have had guilty pleasures
of owning valuable property,
like a car
and rental property
and office equipment

Office buildings,
solar inverters,
and nuclear holocaust delivery systems
but not MBA degrees
or intellectual property
or more privately owned emotional properties,

Those of us
who know the mixed blessings
of owning organic and mechanical fragments
of climate pathologized,
yet still breathing, planet Earth,
especially if taxable property,
have heard about depreciation of values
over their natural/mechanical life/utility time.

We might recall
depreciation of property value
decelerates gradually over time,
barring any unfortunate head-on accidents,
flying and melting and fragmenting damage,
accelerating astronomical crises
eliminating long-term realistic health-wealth values.
Depreciated suddenly to total loss of asset value,
now a global junk-dealer liability.

Anyway,
just as depreciation decelerates over time,
appreciation accelerates resilience
with time’s enduring health/wealth cooperative life-experience,

Organic systems accelerate robust cooperative integrity
over a deep learning nutritious multiculturing life-time
of Win/Win
ego/eco-relationships,

Growing in good-humored co-investment priorities
for story telling and listening
to Win/Win co-opportunities

Rather than continuing historic depreciated taking
and Win/Lose epic slow-losing ego/economic depressions,

Anti-systemic pathologies,
realistic predictions of global chaos.

Retributive injustice depreciations
slowly fade toward entropic disorganization
just the restorative opposite
of appreciative Win/Win compassion

Explicitly conscious
of living interdependently between and within
autonomously natural depreciative law
and polypathic open-systemic/spiritual
yang/yin multicultural
left/right psychological
self/other empowering
appreciative
spiraling
deep and wide learning order.

These questions came up
when I was looking for a dissertation topic
for InterReligious Dialogue and InterNational Diplomacy.

My Big Question statement began:

The technology and philosophy of dialogue,
diplomacy,
conflict resolution,
restorative justice,
peace-making,
non-violence,
WinWin solutions,
derive from philosophy,
theology,
natural and social sciences,
and perhaps even abstract psychotherapeutic geometrics.

Rather than asking the more classical academic questions
of how are public health empowerment resources
better and worse than each other,
how do they best practices differ?
Perhaps it is more fruitful to diversely
and interdependently
compare these health/pathology paradigms
to search for their most resilient therapeutic WinWin communion
and wealthy holonic promise.

And so I began inviting the widest,
most diversely multicultural, dialogue
about what are our highest health and therapeutic priorities
for cooperative people
who understand godliness and/or Gaian-ness
as at least sufficient power
for synergetic integrity
to generate light
out of nondual darkness.

Which, on living Earth,
has produced some astounding evolution of compassionate grace history,
polycultures,
polyphonics,
polynomial WinWin communication,
polypathic ways
and ego/eco-balancing
and cooperatively centering means
to godliness
and/or Gaian-nest integral hypotheses.

Dubious Differences

What is the difference between a Rescuer
and a Facilitator?
A codependent
and a resilient health-enabler?

Why?
If we insist we must have at least one,
What is a difference
between a pan-sectarian Messiah/Bodhisattva,
a co-inviter into health-fertile mutual service
And, a compassioned co-facilitator,
an eco/ego-therapist,
An Other/Self-cooperative healer?

As for the first,
I look for a distinction,
unconscious or not,
between LeftEgo’s self-dominant intent
for internal wealth-serving service,
growing more fame and less infamy,
more adoration and less apathy,
self-rescuing from an anonymous pit
of unprominent history;

On the other hand,
the Facilitator is an equal opportunity rescuer
for both Ego and Ego’s healthy EcoHabitat,
including planet,
animals and plants and people,
foreign forests and HereNow complex technocratic cities,
far away deserts and internal oceans of motion,
former golden days and still perpetual nights,
past nutrition and future health,
ancient tribes and future families.

As for differences
between sacred CoMessiahs
and eco-over-ego secular therapists,
perhaps the difference between an integral spirit of abundant faith
and a robust soul for healthy and humble HereNow agnosticism,
like John Rawls’ vulnerable veil of self/other unknowing,
perhaps this is one of those distinctions between metaphysical identities
without a RealTime physical nature difference,

The dubious difference between non-violent sacred communication
and enthymematic,
nondual-WinWin,
secular co-passionate discernment,
between LeftBrain active hope
for future cooperative healthy-wealth understanding,
and RightBrain historical faith
in ancient wealthy-health tribal experience

DNA’s secular/sacred nonsectarian history
of rescuing ourselves
from dubious
dead-end
unhealthy differences.

What’s the difference between what’s metaphysically uplifting
and what’s physically integral,
interdependent,
synergetic?

Maybe both are heavier
and one promises to co-arise lighter?

The static idea
of an unchanging personal Holy Spirit/Nature,

creatively constant HolySpirit/Nature
for health-redemptive change.

The theological idea of equal dignity
in God’s eyes
and ears
and taste
and love
and passion,
and, for some, even god’s death
and ultimate trans-regeneration
into GreenGaia-Spirit of active WinWin post-millennial Hope,
ignores our ProGenitors’ co-equal post-death still-evolving integrity
of becoming one regenerating creolizing metamorphic communion,
one Holonic Green ecosystemic DNA-spirit/RNA-nature recombinant womb,
nondually married,
multi-generationally dipolar,
mutually enthymematic nutrition-communicators,
fractally holonic,
committed to god’s evolving preferential option
for those WinWin integrity poor
in WinLose nihilistic
dualistic
commodified capitalistic suboptimization
of diverse mental-capital health-options,
interdependent ZeroZone spirited networks,
integral 0-soul eco-metric core natures.

Consumer/Producer consciousness of a co-operating communal god-story
works most effectively for WinWin RealTime,
and not apocalyptic LoseLose UnReal ScreenTalk night time,
and really Rapturous Earth Health/Wealth
as a god-cooperative omnipresently internally/externally evolving,
resiliently restorative ecojustice revolving,

Einstein Speaks

Old Albert was frustrated.

He knew his famous ego-identity came from this solar eco-system
with four interdependent dimensional voices.

He felt his own original moment began with ZeroSum nutritional balance
between eco-centered womb
and emerging ego-centered identity,

And, he felt he would soon return
to some mysterious Zero DeadZone identity
as an interdependent eco-relative inter/outer-relationship
formerly languaged
and autonomously identified organic system,

But, Albert couldn’t quite articulate
his lifetime longed for universal theory
of early interdependent metric
geometric
ecometric ego/eco-bilateral co-relativity function.

Old Albert knew he was losing his cherished mind
to dementia,
and he knew from a lifetime of deep meditation,
if he thought out loud in words
he might better remember
what he called “Thought Experiment” medications
for his universally commodified cognitive LeftBrain
and his affective effluent unitarian-flowing RightBrain

Imaging 3D spatial revolving change
in 4D temporal-fractal whole-system revolutions
of wave-linear eco-systemic childhood memories,
like co-relational DNA
bilateral internal strings
of historic trans-regenerative images
in 4D interweaving undulations of nurturing rhythm.

So, Albert mumbled to himself
in universal-stage whispers
others might hear
but not comprehend,

Not because Albert hoped to obfuscate communication just yet,
but to help his ego LeftBrain language
develop and retain what he still felt could be new re-memories
as his burning metric vocation
to resolve Earth’s interdependently fertile history
at least within his own RightBrain’s feeling
of synergetic accomplishment,

Old Albert still looked for bicameral resolution
of troubling absent complete integrity
of math and science
symmetric arts of interdependent theory
through healthy WinWin
and not pathological LoseLose language

Ancient voices of metric natured ecosystems
and isometric spiritual ego-meditations
inspired by infant memories
of some distantly not-not polynomial 4D Paradise,

Some warm wet womb
composed of dual dark fecundity
from which he had ego/eco
patriarchal/matriarchal robustly emerged

Until now
in Albert’s last organically autonomous days,
reduced to speaking his internal meditations
out loud
on his smaller ego-centered fragmentary stage voice
hoping to remember
what both his Left and Right communicating networks
used to universally and interdependently hope to become
togethering

ZeroZone potential integrity
paid forward cooperatively EarthCentric,
nutritional ego-economic synergy
and eco-empowering meditating/medicating
not ZeroSum universally interdependent
WinWin ego/eco-consciousness.

Go ahead,
Albert mumbled,
Left to silent Right dominantly-prominently interdependent,
start with classic discernment,
“If I were to die tomorrow,
what would I hope to have universally accomplished
during my unitarian ego/eco-relational life?
Whether as a professional Integral Universal 4D Designer,
or a more Regenerative EarthJustice Green Advocate,
or more of an everyday avocation,
a DiPolar CoArising Multicultural Landscaper.”

Later,
we actively hope,
after he had entirely run through his LeftBrain languaged punch list
of imaged RightBrain eco-relational ideas,
Albert may have moved on to,
“If I were to die tomorrow,
if everyone I know and love were to die with me,
voiceless tomorrow,
what would we mumbling hope to have accomplished
more articulately together
during our ego/eco-cooperatively compassionate 4D lives?”

Whether as resilient WinWin integral health-passioned landscapes,
biotic natural/spiritual ego/ecosystems,
or mere ego-fragmented
LoseLose nihilistic
economically disempowered disease disasters
having finally arrived at our LeftBrain deductively logical
tragically autonomous
self-unfulfilling ZeroSum prophecy.

sometimes also mean pre-violent fortunate
and threateningly unfortunate
critical rhetorical events
pre-compassioned,
positive and negatively impassioning behaviors?

Actively hoping to send
a properly received message,
an effective message
confluent within a not ineffective messenger medium
to build up
or destroy
primal relationships within Earth
and Her tribal plants
and root systemic people
and other animated,
communing,
discommuning,
excommunicated
recommuning species.

Does non-asserted Yang envy
sometimes also mean pre-asserted Yin silent stagnation,
suffocating climate anti-climax,
aptic apathy
born into an already too patriarchal monoculture
of LeftBrain
EitherWin OrLose ZeroSum theoretical evolutionary dominance

Against all realistic hope
for RightBrain’s Both-EgoHealth And-EcoWealth
natural/spiritual rhetorical voice lost,
nearly bicameral forgotten absence of inside communication,

Now eco-schooled in resilient green compassion therapies,
begins to sing for light sufficient
to virally flower,
to effluently flow
out river’s mouth
filled with healthy/wealthy AllSouls,
interdependently webbed,
flowing through this HereNow valley
of ZeroZone Judean soils

On through 2020 revisions
restoring Golden Rule and Ratio green futures
timelessly co-present within our at-hand embryos and seeds
sharing cooperative genetic memories
over-lapping compassioned green sanctuary images
of who we are at our healthiest best,
have been,
and are becoming

Multiculturally to-gethering,
re-gathering,
pre-gathering passion stories

Messages,
critical rhetorically communicated events
as told and acted out by viral multicultures
with interdependently communicating media
mentoring WinLose mediums
into WinWin healthy climate justice optimal outcomes

Through peacefully cooperative
democratic
communal ownership
within Earth’s warm web womb

Non-verbally communicating
LoseLose violence through growing WinWin compassion,

Affluent atomic fragments
of sequential communal events
with effluent interdependent waves
of communicating portent.

Touching With Kindness

Some parents and cooperative school teachers
and classroom and bus aides and drivers
are discussing government regulations
restraining transportation providers
from providing therapeutic touch,
because of an over-compensation
for emotional dysfunction behaviors
leading to appallingly irreverent touch.

Toxic touch critical events
predict long-term non-lifegiving,
non-wellbeing consequences
in young
vulnerable,
transparently frustrated learners

Typically,
healthily born with WinWin internal/external co-relational cognitive assumptions,
confluent expectations,
positive neural receptivity is therapeutic
while negative interceptions are toxic,
pathological.

We discuss our unhappiness
about current administrative restraints
on giving healthy therapeutic touch,
but no such caring restrictions apply
to receiving healthy
appropriate
therapeutic touch
from our wounded,
Win/Lose fragile,
fragmented,
cognitive-affective dissonant disarranged
kids.

We seem to be heading in a direction
that would more positively hypothesize,
Despite past risks of exposure to toxic touch,
and apathetic untouch,
we do not want to restrain therapeutic touch
with our arms and hands,
our feet walking and dancing in cooperative solidarity,
stepping out rhythmically, together
with our voices of kindness,
mouths speaking and singing
with ringing patterns of kindness,

Integrity fully-embodied
to support resilient WinWin therapeutic touch relationships.

One of my daughter’s school transportation providers
learned therapeutic massage from a yogi,
Who began their first hands-on learning class
by reassuring those about to receive a student’s touch,
and those about to give their first intentionally focused massage,
that there is only one mistaken choice to avoid,

Massage, any form of verbal or non-verbal touch,
turns from therapeutic default
through toxic abandonment of communication, untouched apathetic restraint,
and also when too aggressive, much more so when actively violent,

Toxins,
nonverbally and/or verbally non-communicating counter-therapies
are Win/Lose neural neglect,
lack of therapeutic mindfulness,
to not touch by therapeutic intent at all,
whether with our WinWin intending hands
or solidarity voices
or any other of Earth’s neural receiving and giving
eco-therapeutic receptors.

So, I remind my daughter
of what the yogi message therapist said,
We only want to touch with kindness,
With our hands
and with our voices,
with our preferably dancing bodies
and our more therapeutically singing mouths
and signing hands
and signaling feet.

Her transport team listens,
laughs,
maybe a touch more relaxed
about possibilities for therapeutic WinWin touching
wounded Win/Lose dis-encultured students
on their often too-neglected journeys
in well-being life-skills
for enhancing healthy wealth resilience.

While us caregiving adults
continue to cooperatively talk without touching
among our comparatively privileged selves.
