Truth Isn’t Truth

Attorney Giuliani,
concerned about perjury charges,
declares sometimes Truth is not Truth

So I suppose
Fake is not necessarily False
and it’s OK for us to believe
whatever feels most convenient,
given our orthodox requirements
to get through each WinTruth/LoseFalse day.

He might mean partial truth is not full transparent disclosure,
But, then, partial fake is not full false disinformation,
But, in either case,
and both together,
These do not sound like moral True is legal False
nor moral False is Legal True,
which would be a logical
and analogical
and ecological
and biological
and theological
and ethological
and eisegetical
and metaphysical
problem of cognitive legal
and affective moral disconnect issues,
disassociating concern,
anti-contextual chaos,
anti-historical nihilism

Growing cultural vulnerability
to propaganda,
in which partial truth propositions
propose entirely false dispositions,

And partial false dispositions
try to dispose of entirely transparent oppositional truths.

A second amendment case in point.
I saw a picture of a sign defining Infringement
Then confronting matriarchal cooperative witnesses
favoring automated ballistic free zones
for our children’s schools
and for our community centers
and local bars,
post offices,
etc.

The sign fully disclosed the last half
of the second amendment,
…the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

However, this is the “what”
without disclosing the historically explicit “why”
encoded in the first half of the amendment:
A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state,

This was most articulately
and definitively written
as a State v Federal Rights issue
to avoid bullying behaviors
of plutocratic power-hungry supremacists,
potential federal CEO demi-gods

Who might overcome democracy’s co-empathic trusting potential
by creating climates
in which the wisdom of The People
is clouded by advocates of partial truths
masked as transparent cooperative Trust Truth
and partial fakes
hiding vulnerable false dispositions
to not inquire too deeply
about original historical intent
for full healthy-wealth disclosures
of happy democratic wellbeing.

False propagated dispositions
trying to dispose of infrangible
not infringe-able
contextual historical truths

When our therapeutic tree theology
becomes limited only by our pro-ecology WinWin experience

perpetually cooperative interrelationship,
then we see and hear back and forth in timeless wu-wei.

Integrity, personal and theological-ecological
economic and political,
does require Secular and Sacred honesty
Yet need not preclude multicultural kindness,

Stalked by August Trees

Every time I change directions
lately, and possibly beforely,
Trees stand by to mentor
and nurture,
to feed with branched hands
to bleed when uprooted
from aptic past centuries
of hibernating winter naps.

Trees of original pheromone attraction,
August spawned
like Taurus colonizing crabgrass
embedded in deep horticultural learning root systems
self-with-other cooperative matriarchal
reverse-hierarchical
healthcare.

I’m driving my deep royal blue truck
without 1.5 tons of empty ideas
about why we tell each other we hope to plant trees
and edible urban goodnews landscapes.

And why deeper resilience
might invite us to think more extended family
about locally edible preferences for foragers
of all healthy species,
edible and humanely divinely ornamental.

Nor why merely WinWin ornamental undervalued lives
rather than Win/Lose edible and commodified deaths
bring more or less longterm health-resilient values
for unhungry people
and rapid but not rabid rabbits
and self-satisfied maternal turtles
and bedded oysters
and slow-grown snails
and sleek blue herons,
just because they too
can appear deep royal blue
when standing studying wet
nutritional environments
under a canopy
of May raining births and bursts
of pheromone coming leaves.

Why do healthy MotherTrees,
edibly and ornamentally developing,
cooperatively co-managing multicultural Trust with Beauty,
lust for a diversely wealthy woodland?
Responding to August pheromones
with healthy diastatic climax
here near our urban queered Thames River,
formerly Shetucket from the north and east,
and frantic Yantic
to those Western First TreeNation shored.

I remember driving
toward a first-time rendezvous
with another TaurusBrother,
deep royal purple
from early August sun
beneath picnic tabled shade trees.

Wearing broad branched shoulders
Armaments extending his Taurus pheromones
well beyond his white wife-beater
understory.
If not in heated August,
Would he still be my shade tree husband,

half a well-branched tree story
without valuing rich deep ornamental August roots?

I want to plant fruit
and nut
and date trees,
and edible oyster
and clam
and turtle
and river-watered healthy habitat
because I am a more ornamentally interesting
and edibly invested tree of Taurus confidence
when planting and watching,
with authorized RightBrain WinWin gratitude,
graceful Trees of multiregenerational

Returning from an Urban Agriculture
cooperative conversation

Cardinal Love

I host many song birds,
but never enough.

I steal them from neighbors
with lavish tax-relief offers,
free food
and housing
in exchange for their relocation
and entertainment.

I love them all
but especially red cardinals,
him with her.

They hang and fly together.
An integrity couple
more than the robins
and sparrows
and bluejays
and finches I have flinchingly noticed.

I’m not so sure how mourning doves might compare
with red rapturous cardinals,
him flashy patriarchal
and her graceful matriarchal
sharing worms and seeds
with a bilaterally grateful kiss.

Sometimes,
watching them carry on
from tree
to garden sea
to nested night to be,
I feel alone
longing to belong
mutually beloved,
paired
and not so autonomously impaired.

Kissing oneself
and our own past life investments
in mistrust of goodbye
without farewell
is better than no healing kiss at all,
yet falls awesomely short
of cardinal couple kisses.

One cooperative way to take back disempowering choices
is to teach and mentor our young
not to give empowerment

It seems awkward

to listen to,

For good health reasons
