Reflections On Ancient Love

Long before sun light
was born from starkness

Long before Earth’s dawn
broiled unsteady hot star fire

Long before She filled
Her scarlet mind
with Yang’s high hills
time was this love

This ancient life
is reborn.

Long before our trees
greenly filled
Mother’s forests

Long before a wind
unsailed to sing
Earth’s wholesome songs

Long before She filled
Her turqjuoise mind
across Her seas,
time rewinds love

This ancient life
health born.

Long before Earth’s great chain
of being
forged ecocidal
egosystems

Long before a voice
could speak
divine creation

Long before She filled
Her bleeding heart
to grow a child
there is Earth’s love

This ancient life
wealth torn.

Long before a Truth
of love’s life
could be broken

Long before our wounds
were nailed upon a Mother Tree

Long before She laid Her body down
under His light
time spins this love

This ancient life
still born.

Wakeful each night
Greeting Earth’s dawning

rebirthing burned

As we fill our healing minds

Healthy Compassion Parties

I am deeply concerned,
worried,
anxious
that We The Humane Healthy People
need to calmly
and firmly say:

The Republican NATIONAL Party
no longer supports:
Public Health,
Mental/Spiritual Health,
Planetary Climate Health,
Cognitive/Emotive Integrity
Resilient Economic Wealth
Healthy Democracy.

A therapeutic
redemptive revival
of a trusted
true
and patriotic
Grand Old MultiCultural Party
requires pruning back through historic
toxicity
to the Eisenhower administration
channeling the Lincolnesque longing
for a more civil discourse
between those who are enslaved,
those who feel economically
and politically oppressed,
between loyal adversaries
sure of a United State of commitment
to public wellbeing,
green environmental and economic prosperity,
empowering profoundly co-empathic public health
and conservational safety.

My own Michigan
white privileged
homophobic
evangelical ChosenPeople
monotheistic father
never would have voted for a Hillary Clinton,

And he never would have voted for a Donald Trump
because of Anti-Christian vainglorious pride
in having no experience,
including veteran experience,
defending humane health
and sacred social safety.

The RNC owes We
The MultiCultural Democratic People
an apology
and reparations,

A therapeutic
bipartisan peace plan
for national resilience,
for global green health,
and for ecological-economic safety,
sanity,
EarthResonant security.

Relationships I Hope For

I need clear blue rivers of life
to not always flow away from me,
in some direction
I can’t
or won’t
go right now.

I need green commitments to home
to feel mutually nurturing,
sheltering,
organic,
peaceful,
cooperatively engaging
in nonviolent communion,
co-passionate integrity
of sacred emergent space.

I need the sky
to not always feel grey,
dampening my curious natural spirits.
Instead,
I want to always imagine,
as needed,
as invited,
as if sun summoned,
a radiant blue sky
singing reflections
of invisible spinning stars
on the other
lighter side
of deepest icy winter’s
dense
dull
dark cloud bank
of settled in oppression.

I need rich black soil
to support my feet,
my nose,
my stomach,
green trees,
brightly colored plants
and amazing animated animals
giving back robust excretions,
reparations for past extractions,
borrowed co-investments
infesting EarthTribal
creolizing rich brown humus.

I need my rain-bowed neighbors
to notice
applaud
cheer
celebrate
when two elegantly athletic white swans
sensationally fly upstream
to hang out at our downtown harbor
where we eat
and drink,
rest
and float,
dream
and gloat,
on land
and sandy water,
at least side by side,
if not honking happy
swimming together.

good marching when uniform,
bad when too shy
of improvising bold

Harmony musing
amusing spontaneous drifts

bright woke-up
out loud power focus

Searching out deep whole-sum liturgies
of octaved musicality
we share
when fine-tuned to listen
for our not-so-silent breaths,
anticipating life’s next cooperatively felt

story.

Songs of sacred circling lines

clever linearly written,
yet never speaking totally predicted sounds
resonant transcendent
anticipating in-between joy
and silent

resilience.

I wonder if she feels
as I sometimes can do
that muses nurture music
as abusers remain
narcissistically
patriarchally
capitalistically competitive,
unsympathetic

Lacking indigenous co-empathic wisdom,
