of inter-related issues.

This comes to mind
as I listen to another lose/lose partisan debate
about democratic U.S. civil defense
of appropriate constitutional law
and socially egalitarian order
during this current SupremeCourt
public badgering
bullying
verbal ballistics.

A question is asked
in defense of
an individual health care policy
scheduled to soon reappear
on the constitutionally controversial
democratic health care
and resilient wealth defensive
Supreme Court docket.

Yet the democratic historical system
of evolving eco-political enculturation
education
expansion
win/win reflection
co-invested viral multicultural infestation
global and local peace restoration
(not so much win/lose pontification)
is seldom explicitly voiced
as a shared discussion experience
bicamerally favoring global health outcomes
through mediating and mentoring
compassionate communication safety.

In part
because systemic questions
frames
contextual intelligence
curiosity about responsibly held concerns
are better processed
more democratic-health accessible
more empowered
more enlightened
through open-systemic dialogue
than closed win/lose individualistic egocentered debate.

A central multicultural systemic question
has to do with the U.S. constitution
as a de-contextualized
de-historical monocultural dogmatic document
of a closed set democratic rights tradition
both static
and fundamentally originalist
as Democracy’s Holy Grail

Standing apart from a regenerative EarthSystem
of expanding
enlightening
empowering
democratizing win/win co-empathic history
extending our family
and sacred tribal
and secular state consciousness
to include all public life-health systems
for restoring justice
and compassionate peace-felt communication networks.

Which was more the multicultural value mindset
of Enlightenment Era
constitution-signing
U.S. StraightWhitePatriarchal ForeFathers,
largely left-brain dominantly educated
and competitively rewarded
for verbal debate acumen
more than more right-brain
ego/eco-systemic thinking and feelings
potentially win/win healing
more than win/lose further elitist wounding.

Declaring democratic health
interdependently determined to promote optimal
integral well-being
by turning away from

Autonomous apartheid
hierarchical defensiveness,
patriarchal,
supremely narcissistic
from-above
closed
unchanging
divinely designated elite monoculturalism
monotheism
egocentrism
anthropocentrism
of a StraightWhiteMale
made in God’s patriarchal capitalist
win/lose jealous and punishing
retributive,
and not redemptively re-distributive,
EarthHistoric System

As if a ProDeath Network
of compromised competition choices
too comfortable with military-industrialized
win/lose defense of democratic nationalist constitutionalism
rather than win/win compassion
for democratic global natural/spiritual
bicameral
bilateral
binomial communication-empowering systemic health
evolving
revolving harmonically resonant Constitutions
accessible to past through future optimizing
public and climate health wealth

To, eventually,
as historic multicultural consciousness expands,
and restorative egalitarian justice systems evolve,
as RightBrain interdependent enlightenment flows out,
and as LeftBrain ego/eco-centering empowerment strengthens,

Become a truer
more multi-goodfaith balanced,
healthy systemic democracy
of and for all residents,
humane natures
and divine spirits,
people and plants
and bioregionally cooperative
win/win
healthy systemic
local through global planet.

A better systemic question
for a healthier democratic nation
and Earth:

How do you support
the continuing eco-political WinElite and WinNonElite
emergence of empowering health care giving
and enlightened wealth care receiving
within your own growing
resonant and resilient
multiculturally co-empathic communicating
EarthJustice system?

Or are your mentoring
and modeling aspirations
for healthy interdependence
for wealthy multicultural democratic values
somewhat less enlightened
and more disempowering
than supporting our original democratic experiment
in ongoing self/other GoldenRule
evolving co-governance systems?

Responsible and co-responsive,
vulnerable and transparent,
actively curious and quietly courageous,
win/win committed yet good faith humored,
anti-unrepentent predative monoculturing systems
