a healing gift,
is different from personal cash investment,

Possessed,
sometimes haunting, gifts
with sacred meaning
timelessly transcending

egocentered
anthrosupremacist
monopolistic double standards,
double gifted/ungifted boundaries.

Healthy inter-religious
interdependent
creolizing polycultures
societies
nation-states
restorative justice systems
regenerative green peace networks,
never dishonor whole-sum gifts as tools for
and not weapons against

Trashed as ballast
for Great Straight White Father’s
unfortunately necessary wars,
originally sinful threats,
collateral human resource damage
of the also-rans
ungifted
unpowerful
disposable

Justified despite thereby losing environmental health
and losing active hope
for resiliently gifted human peace.

It is harder for an unstraight
unwhite
unmale nonbinary child
to emerge from genderphobia
feeling sensually gifted
neurosystemically cherished
wanted as is

Surprising Elders

I wonder if there are Elders
wise
or more perennially surprised
who, looking back at their youth,
regret all their erotic time
invested in having peak
experiential sex,

And wish they had, instead,
done something, most anything,
more left brain dominant,

more economically prominent.

I so hope not.

Choosing Happiness

Tonight I heard a terminally cancered
yet not cancelled
singer songwriter say
“I can’t wait for life to not be hard
before choosing to be happy.”

She spoke well from her own experience
and I remain moved,
but also curiously confused
about physical v mental
hardness.

For someone with chronic depression
or suffering from loneliness,
chronic climate anxiety,
lack of nonviolent
and actively compassionate communication,
pathological attachments,
monocultural self-depreciation,
transparent and vulnerable dissociation,

For someone profoundly missing
resonant and resilient
spiritual and natural healthy wealth,
mental and physical,
sacred and secular,

Our primary suffering
includes not having ego-empowering
and cooperatively enlightened choices
to be happy,
nor healthy.

Although, perhaps more individual choice
can be slow-grown
to positively engage EarthMother’s outside nurture
with robust healthy integrity,
intent,
cooperative investment practice,
courage,
active curiosity and hope,

Lurking,
hanging out,
furtively searching around dark mystic
re-connecting sacred corners
for co-empathic compassion,
light,
power,
sufficient win/win energy
not feeling outside alone
as also inside lonely,

Not feeling heterosexual
as also homophobic,
any more

Or less than I can
and will power
to enlighten health wealthiest opportunities

Here as Now engagement
is not over There and Then war
against PatriarchalCapitalist PC Them v Healthy Us

Left spatial seen
and heard consecutive Right deductions,
temporal happiness reductions,
felt and touched cumulative inductions
of each ego LeftBrain dominant voice
is not hopelessly PC alone

Nature Preserves

I don’t know many people so urbanized
they would not prefer a nature preserve
and star light
for neighbors, day and night,
over a new developed suburbanization.

Not too many people smile
when they drive by a familiar farm
with woodlands,
now scraped and scaped,
graveled and turfed,
cut down and razed with concrete foundations,
ready for more humans
not preserving natural relations
with more diverse species.

Nature preserves
promote both natural and spiritual reserves.

External nature preservation
emotionally walks
senses
feels and smells and touches
internal spiritual reserves,
sanctuary,
sacred habitat.

Most of us still cherish
natural multicultural places
as also spiritual polyphonic spaces
to visit,
know as cherished neighbors.

Few of us still live and love
as residents among sacramental traces
of past Paradise.

Even if right-brain’s emotional integrity of Earth sensed
as an interdependent matriarchal reservation
for restoring justice
through multicultural preserves
for inclusively democratic peace
has atrophied
to prefer the smell of asphalt
and chemically treated turf,

Together,
we can still remember
sacred ecological relationships,
glowing star lit nights,
cherished campfire habitats
following only DNA’s inspired multicultural health
as spirited happiness
instructions.

Natural wisdom
that what is good,
even for autonomous ego-development,
is also healthy
for sacred Nature’s preservation,
including Humane Places,
natural
sacramental,
emotionally and cognitively intelligent
Reservations

about what is healthy progress
and what is impoverishing regress.

Often,
in left-brain dominant prose,
We invest capitalized empowerment intention
investment in unnatural domesticated places,
re-nouns and pro-nouns more Proper,
speaking of independent ego-autonomy’s
drive-by missions,

And,
we fail to naturally reserve more capitalization
for what feeds our Spiritual Integrity Preservation.

BlackFriday suffering,
as Buddhist allies would speak of global EarthDay pathology,
and sin,

anxiously headed for Lose-Ego/Lose EcoHabitat Earth,

There is, perhaps,
also another more positive function for ego-fragmentation,
more accessible to everyday noticing with compassion,
to interdependent fragments of living systems

Over-invested in Win/Lose sub-optimal survival
of the fittest predator

Also seen and heard,
felt and tasted and touched
in implicate-yin shadow,

Under-invested in Win/Win optimal thrival
of healthy Left EgoBody
and wealthy Right EcoSoul Mind,

As immortal as DNA’s long regenerate
open systemic
multiculturing
Win/Win natural/spiritual
bilateral polynomial appositions,

Between historic GoodFridays
and herstoric EarthMother HealthWomb
of Win/Win co-redemptive polypaths
toward Great Transitional EarthDay.

Mother-Son Happy Talk

I said to my son,
He said back to me,
To be honest with us,
I’m worried

We want to be happy
while bypassing disciplines of left-brain healthy
is not too right-brain cooperatively sappy.

But, after my ancient lifetime of trying
directly for prosperous happy
that may or may not lead to left-brain healthy,
that may or may not lead to right-brain wealthy,

I hope you can benefit
from what we redundantly say,
more than what I’ve actually done
in front of you
and behind your back,
confronted you,
denied,
and what I’ve failed to take left-with-right back.

We want to be happy
and to win wealthy left-brain ego-fame
however flashingly synaptic
even at the price of ignoring natural/spiritual resilient healthy
is not all that win/win polyanna maniacally sappy
nor lose/lose despairingly immoral crappy

So I have done
and we long to be done
with such lose-happy and lose-wealthy self-prophetic life confusion
profusion
contusion,

Of unhappy cognitive left
and disaffected unwealthy right
dissonance

provokes short-term wounded choices for mere satiation
because long-term resiliently healthy happiness
feels too right-brain prominent sappiness
suffering left-brain crappiness

Both un-together remaining mutually blind
to integrity of global win/win GoldenRule manners,
uncrappy and unsappy,
too remotely not experienced on our shared big mainframe
but maybe flimmery-glimmers of light emerge
in more everyday lighter healthy,
wealthy,
and wise here/now
space/timeless moments.

To be honest with you,
I’m worried
we want to know abundant happiness
without accepting and committing to our win/win integrity
as ego/eco-systemic
left/right cooperatively integral
Red/BlueGreen
yang-fire/yin-water
holistic nonsectarian
non-partisan
non-violently communicating health vulcanizers,
optimizers,
re-creators,
transubstantiators,
creolizers,

With happy inter-hemispheric ego/eco-logicality
speaking dipolar bi-loyally
in cooperatively resilient
health/wealth solidarity

Which I think everyone would regeneratively agree
is not too sappy
nor too degeneratively crappy
to remain responsibly happy
despite all our co-arising snappy facts
without contextual slappy feelings.
