Hell of a Heaven

Both paradise and hell
have their detractors.

I find some exaggerated truth
in this belief–
one person’s paradise
is another’s hell.

An eternity
of worshiping an unchanging
omnipotent
omniscient
omnipresent
mono-egotistical god
is not my idea of healthy re-creation.

I have never heard this
in reverse–
One person’s hell
may be required
for another’s paradise.

Heavenly Capital Adoration
begins to sound like sexist
and xenophobic
and anthropocentric rationalizations
of rampant capitalism

Sublimation as extension,
perhaps a corollary,
justifying capitalism and slavery,
violent settlers’ colonialism,
systemic racism
and straight white male
and left brain deductive domination
over who is empowered
to define
and refine
and confine
and double-bind
winners’ Paradise
v losers’ Hell.

If paradise is a healthy
wealthy place to freely live,
And hell is a pathological
divested
infested
under-invested
patriarchal chested
rapaciously unbreasted
place to not be
ecofeminist sufficiently,

Then losing bad humored,
terrifyingly rumored,
anti-organically tumored
hell is a dualistically shocking way
toward winning good humored
terrifically enamored,
organically amored paradise
of integral win/wins;

Economic and political
Neurological and biological
Ecological and geological
Egological and theological

Secular and sacred
Natural and spiritual

Space and time
ZeroZoned and TaoBalanced.

That said,
I doubt
we are without
universal Paradise
as absence of Hellish attributes

Such as autocracy
and kleptocracy,
fascism and racism
are multiculturally known
and felt as hellish.

Healthy democracy
may not be
a monotheist’s Paradise,

Still,
democracy’s win/win potential
for cooperative ownership and management
speaks louder than capitalism’s win/lose reductions
of ego’s participative paradise
in omniscient theocracy.

From Our Front Porch

Porches,
attached decks,
patios,
intimate places for alfresco,

These make a difference
between a fortressed house
and a transparent home,
between an ego castle
and an eco-habitat.

We also spread rhododendron bushes
and hostas,
flowers and ferns
around our stone
and concrete bound foundations.

We want stable defenses
but prefer to camouflage houses
in organic color,
life giving and taking shapes.

These boundary vistas
speak of heart felt reminders
our habitat is rooted
in Earth’s wilderness

In vulnerability
hidden from transparency
except with those who share our sacred space
inside
and upon,
within our co-passioned present time,

Presence bonding,
double-binding,
re-membering past wildness
anticipating future re-generative
re-storative
re-habituating
re-acclimating
re-bounding win/lose less
for more win/win paradise

Just barely 2020 visible
and silently audible
and fresco fragranced
and tasted,
felt
and so nearly touched
longing into belonging
on our cooperatively-owned front porch.

Making Cooperative Power

All regenerative energies,
like sunlight
and Permaculture Design
and Restorative Justice
and love
and compassion
and empathy
and contextual intelligence
and multicultural mediation
and non-violent communication,
are interdependently One,
in original embryonic matriarchy.

So all degenerative entropic trends
are separating identities
segregating
decaying
reverting back into One
timelessly eternal Source,
regenerative,
as positive health intended,
of course.

Divine energetic voices
appear in sunlight’s daily emotions,
climaxing transitions at lunch time
invocations
and waning remissions
in deep learning economic dreams
of sacred shadowed night,
mystic mystery
mysteriously ambiguous,
paradoxical win v lose
double-binding boundaries

Sensing right-brain dreams
are sacredly iconic stuff,
matters,
ether, light and dark,
atmosphere, loud and soft,
sensory, fragrant and disgusting,
healthy and pathological,
multicultural and monocultural
eco-balanced and/or ego privileged

Without west hemisphere supremacist language
within which God’s permacultural perennial voices
can still be actively heard
speaking humane-divine inspiration

As clear
transparent water
timelessly envelopes bubbling rivers,
burbling wet root systems
preferring healthy plants
and soils
and NonZero-Sum economic souls
and politically organic zones
and naturally/spiritually curious sums
and oxymoronic Source,
primal co-relationship
still bicamerally balancing healthiest wealth

Waxing and waving in
and waning and reweaving out
octaved light
and fractured fractal darkness
empowering health
by disempowering dispassionate demagoguery;
uniformly stagnant,
violently tongued and pitchforked extraction,
white privileged segregation
and dark nonwhite diminished,
anti-golden rule.

Punishing Voice
substituting profane nationalistic patriotism
for regenerative trusting democracy,

And substituting international disloyalty
for multicultural win/win Golden EcoPolitical Rules,

And substituting colonizing patriarchalism
for EarthTribe patriotism,

Loyalty to EarthJustice
extinguished by nightmares,
haunting revisions of demonic demagoguery

AntiAngelic dreams following TheLight
of bicameral communication,
bilaterally
and multilaterally
restoring EarthTribe justice,
resonance,
resilience

organically green,
inspiring and expiring,
ego and eco therapies

Dreams

DNA’s Ecological Confession

I live each breath
each day
each month
each season
each year
each stage of lifespan
each life and death cycle
of passionate memory,
between eternal consciousness
and timeless change.

Breathing in non-zero sum
and exhaling zero-sum

Who knows significant differences
in such profound zero balancing,
similarities of emptiness
and fullness,
symmetries,
centers,
sources?

Earth’s ecofeminist life span
and Ego’s left-hemisphere
mutually reflect dynamic changing passions,
timeless theological play,
passion’s eternal re-creative work,
eternal wisdom
as of timeless personal knowledge,
polypaths of correlating wonder
wandering in polyphonic
eternal octaved awe.

I need not become capable
of defining regenerative breath
and spirit of dynamic time
to already be bilateral refiner
of Spirit’s renatured fractal Source.

Organic Therapy

Sogyal Rinpoche,
and all the Rinpoche family before him,
prescribes therapeutic merit
of contemplating my Master’s face.

For ecotherapists
the Master of Regenerative Intent
is also Mother Earth’s face,
climate,
multicultural health
in ecological/theological harmony.

EcoTherapists,
like ancient saints and sacred scriptures,
teachers and teachings,
oral tradition Tellers
and Experiential ReTellers,
do not distinguish
between secular ecological relationships
and sacred theological co-passions

Because we cannot see
or hear,
feel
or touch,
taste
or smell any difference
that makes a difference
between exterior left-hemisphere dominant
YangNature
and interior right-hemisphere ecofeminist
YinSpirit

In appositional dialogue
and not unhealthy oppositional debate.

Anyway,
whether because of dualistic blindness
or nondualistic wisdom,
or both physical experience
and metaphysical theory,
or all above and below
tipping points of universal mediation,

Gazing on the Face of Earth
is, for this ecotherapist,
a growing awareness
of changing enlightenment,
beginning with dawn source East
and ending with dusk’s last gasp
surrounding light’s enculturing dominance
fading from East toward West.

In this light’s day
my brown-skinned daughter
with lively brown crossed eyes,
born addicted to alcohol,
leaves the light and darkness of my home
to enter a residential facility

Paid for by the State of Connecticut
and staffed by a non-profit Lutheran agency,
with professional behaviorists
and egotherapists,
left and right hemisphere teachers
of deep learning
spiritual emotions with natural thoughts,
natural thoughts expressing spiritual
sensory sensed
healthy healthed feelings,
co-arising Earth’s facial ease
v disease,
light v dark,
empowerment v entropy.

But, even today,
as we finish packing
and travel for an hour
and go through this postVirus placement,
the profound and most significant drama
of light unfolds
across the Face of our exterior Mother

Where sun and shadow
again sweep
and climax
and wane

Where seasonal climate
and daily temperature and humidity,
rooted in yesterday’s pre-millennial climate
and global subclimates,
branch out
toward tomorrow’s regenerative
and degenerative
health wealth and pathology stealth trends,
co-arising this day’s unique permacultural opera

Witnessing
and celebrating operations
of daily changing
uniquely evolving
resiliently revolving Face
my daughter’s new and old homes
of light and shadow
resolutely best embrace.

The Big Fascist Elephant

Once upon eternal time,
all philosophers
and theologians
and ecologists,
published and unpublished,
credentialed and indigenous,
elders and children
and all ages in-between,
alive and dead
and all health indicators in-between,
got together
to sort out our competitive win/lose mess
of competing theories
about just what is this elephant
star of our BigTent historic stage.

Some,
especially straight men of color,
but many others as well,
argued the head of this fascist elephant
is racism.

Others,
especially straight white women,
and their feminist allies,
argued the head of this pathological creature
is patriarchalism.

Others,
especially LGBTQ wo/men,
and their straight allies,
were sure this fascist elephant head
is homophobic sexism.

Others,
especially positive psychologists
and communication system theorists,
encouraged more resonant dialogue
about how this fascist elephant
is led by either/or deductive
reductive left-brain cultural dominance.

Others,
especially social psychologists,
whole system thinkers,
eco-political pathologists,
permaculture ZeroZone restorative healers,
advocates for restorative justice as peace,
cooperative economic ecologists,
WholeEarth systemic theologians
advocated multicultural co-mentoring
non-violent communication
to better see and hear
heal and not punish,
feel and think
with full mindbody intelligence
about how this fascist elephant
of Western hemisphere dominant capitalism
win/lose favors egocentric monoculturalism
elitism
narcissism
ethnocentrism
anthropocentrism
through metaphoric polypaths
dreaming
streaming
scheming all of the above.

Sharing Is Caring

Yesterday
I heard someone say
To cure police
and military violence,
we need a NonTrumpian change of culture.

Sometimes revolutionary changes
include conserving feminist elements
of ancient healing cultures;

Intent to reward multicultural inclusion
rather than hanging on to patriarchal
and capitalistic monocultural supremacy–
a culture of exclusion,
excommunication,
and extraction from Earth’s communal nature
and spirit.

Sometimes we need to restore justice
and peace to our own soil
and souls
before we are ready to grow
healthy seeds of primal relationship,
healthcare,
compassion,
into wealthy win/win Paradise.

I have also heard it said,
If you show mercy
to a sociopath,
And if you merely shun
an imperialistic narcissist,
you will only fuel future selfish outrage.

But, I have lived with oppositional defiance
neurologically hard-wired
for adolescent megalomania
and know that punishment,
revenge,
violence,
anger,
fear,
and hatred fuel further sociopathology

Not fertile healing warmth
of transparent and vulnerable attachment,
healthy curiosity,
abundant care,
nonviolent communication,
compassion,
gratitude for opportunities
to explore win/win polycultural outcomes
ecologically healthy
and communally wealthy
erupting into global healing
theological experience of grace.

My daughter
with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome
listens by the hour
to a kids song,
“Sharing is caring.
Be kind to everyone.”

But, we train our police,
and our soldiers
and teach our political party
and economic investors
the opposite
retributive
competitive
hostile
paternalistic
capitalistic
win/lose
zero-sum
monoculturing shadow
of ecofeminist multicultural truth
and beauty,
nature
and spirit.

The false peace of tolerating mutual win/lose hostility
is a sin of freedom’s omission
to reconnect with EarthBeauty’s greater gracious half.

Polypathic balance,
polyphonic harmony,
polynomial integrity,
polymorphic bilateral intelligence;
these are the love
and faith
and hope
and wisdom
of revolutionary compassion
for ourselves
as part of EarthOther

Forgiven climate trespassers
as we forgive
our inhumane ecological debts

Empowering further ego-recentering
in curious pathway nonjudgment
by patiently enlightening,
choice enlivening–

Past Yang left-brain autonomous,
Future Yin right-hearted interdependent–

Ego/Eco-systemic experience,
bilateral balancing memory,
healing compassion’s doubled
yet untroubled image.

 

Summary note from deepest and most repressed chakra voice:  Some of us are penises, homo and hetero, some of us are vaginas, cooperative and competitive, but all of us are equal in being assholes, with potential for pollution and for fertilization.

I Have A Son

I have a son
who worries

His economic vocation
requires a political vacation
from the rest of us
and perhaps even light of sun

Which hardly feels sustainable
or resonant
and certainly not win/win resilient.

I have a son
so brilliant
he could choose to hunt
and gather shopping carts
at Walmart

And find a way
to help shoppers feel
he is vacationing
with
and for all of us.

I have a son
whose most visible mistake
is believing his anger and fear
stem from missing invitations
to enter his one true
politically correct
and socially esteemed
vocation

As if any employment
he could embrace
would not become more sacred
by his warm communication,
cooperative invitation,
profound sublimation,
ecosystemic renunciation
of fear
to make wrong
ego-uncentering annunciation
articulation
of what he means
by joining in
with this multiculturing humane race

Of confusing
competitive and cooperative
eco-political pace.
